You will never believe what Kimberley Davies looks like now! Neighbours star shocks as she returns to the show after 20 years
The 52-year-old blonde beauty still looks as glamorous as ever, playing the character that launched her career as an actress and in-demand pinup girl.
As seen in recent episodes, Kimberley appears to have hardly changed in appearance since making her debut at age 19 in the beloved soap in 1993.
Her return is the first time the mother-of-three has been seen on the show since the 20th anniversary edition in 2005.
Kimberley, now an expert interior decorator, surprised fans last month when she dropped a video on X marking her first day of filming.
Looking fresh in a fashionable businesswoman's outfit for her role, the former soapie star made the surprising confession that coming back to Ramsay Street had made her feel 'old'.
'You might remember me as Annalise Hartman,' Kimberley said in the short clip, which also featured her filming scenes with Neighbours veteran Alan Fletcher, who plays Karl Kennedy.
Telling fans it was her first time back on the Ramsay Street set in 20 years, she continued, 'So being back...has definitely brought up a lot of memories, makes me feel really old, I must say.
'But so great to see some familiar faces and everyone's just so lovely and in a way even though I feel old it's kind of like I never left.'
She also teased that fans can look forward to plenty of drama in her character's upcoming storylines.
'Last time I was here, Annalise was doing docos and she was making a documentary about the history of Ramsay Street, but she's back this time with a different job shall we say... and [she has] a couple of new conflicts due to the new job.
'And she has a lot going on in her life... so she's got some stories to tell.'
Fans appeared enthusiastic about Kimberley's return.
'It's a great coup getting Kimberley back on Neighbours,' gushed one viewer, while another added,' I absolutely loved Annalise's return episode. So many callbacks! So much history!'
Kimberley rose to become a household name in Australia and the UK after first appearing on the soap in 1993.
The famed 'bombshell' became a staple in men's magazines, gracing the cover of FHM, Maxim, Loaded and many more.
At the height of her fame, Kimberley even covered Australian Vogue and released her own workout video in the UK.
Many fans will also remember her iconic '90s Tim Tam commercial.
Kimberley left Neighbours in 1996 and went to Hollywood, where she was cast in Aaron Spelling's short-lived night-time soap Pacific Palisades.
The show was cancelled after one season, but the Aussie star landed small roles on hit shows like Ally McBeal, Friends and Spin City.
She later appeared on a number of reality shows, including Celebrity Circus, Dancing with the Stars, and the UK version of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
These days, Kimberley lives a much quieter life outside of the spotlight.
She's been married to orthopaedic surgeon Jason Harvey for more than 20 years and the couple share three children.
Kimberley hasn't acted on TV since the 20th anniversary special of Neighbours in 2005.
That same year, she also had a part in the straight-to-DVD flick Death to the Supermodels, alongside Jaime Pressly and Brooke Burns.
Although she keeps a low profile these days, fans can occasionally catch the stunner at red carpet events around Melbourne.
Neighbours, meanwhile, wrapped up filming its final episodes in July after it was abruptly axed in February.
Amazon did not renew their contract with production company Fremantle Australia.
The final ever episodes will air at the end of 2025 with fans forced to say goodbye to Ramsay Street for a second time, after first being cancelled in February 2022.

Lindy Klim stunned fans on Tuesday night by announcing a shock career move. The 46-year-old model shared a gallery of photos to social media which captured her and her daughter Stella, 19, posing on Channel Ten 's The Amazing Race. The glamorous mother-daughter duo looked incredible in matching beige outfits as they prepared to take on the challenges of the long-running reality TV show, which premieres Monday, September 8. 'What an experience! The Amazing Race is coming! Get ready for a good old laugh and some incredible sights,' Lindy began. 'Brace yourself Australia, you're about to laugh at my expense.' Lindy will be joined by an all-star cast, including British adventurer Ant Middleton, who was the Chief Instructor on Channel Seven 's SAS Australia, who will be competing on the series alongside his brother Dan. Other new additions include comedian Steph Tisdell and actor siblings Stephen and Bernard Curry. They will be joined by Aussie Olympic gold medallist Bronte Campbell, parkour star Dominic Di Tommaso and podcaster brothers Luke and 'Sassy' Scott O'Halloran. It follows reports the rest of the cast were recently spotted boarding a flight together at Sydney Airport. Among the familiar faces were former AFL player Brendan Fevola and his teenage daughter Leni. In March, Brendan, known for his previous reality TV triumphs, including a victory on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia, announced his temporary departure from his radio show to join the race. New Zealand star Aesha Scott, known for her stints on Below Deck Down Under and I'm A Celebrity, was spotted alongside her partner Scott Dobson, further fuelling speculation about the diverse cast. Even original Big Brother host Gretel Killeen was seen at the airport, as she joins the cast of 13 teams competing to win $100,000 for their chosen charity. 'That's not a knife': Sword-wielding man's Crocodile Dundee threat to neighbour
A man has appeared in court after he quoted from the comedy Crocodile Dundee while threatening someone with a sword. Darren Morrison's neighbour had brandished a kitchen knife at him following an altercation over noise, so he responded by fetching a replica sword from his own home. He then brandished the claymore-style weapon at the woman – itself a replica from 1986's sci-fi film Highlander – and quoted from the Paul Hogan hit, telling her: 'That's not a knife…' Morrison, 51, appeared at Tain Sheriff Court to admit a single charge of threatening behaviour in relation to the incident on July 3 of this year. Fiscal depute Adelle Gray told the court that, at around 9.30pm on that date, Morrison and his wife had been trying to put their grandchildren to bed at an address in Westford, Alness. His neighbour was 'playing her music loud' and when asked to turn it down in a Facebook message, she responded by telling them to 'f*** off'. An altercation between those at the house and the neighbour followed, during which the woman slammed doors while holding a speaker. She then grabbed a purple-handed bread knife and began to wave it, shouting: 'I'll take you all – come on then.' Morrison's wife shouted: 'She has got a knife,' prompting him to go inside his own house and grab a replica sword, which was mounted on the wall. He then returned to the garden and stated, 'That's not a knife…' brandishing the sword in her direction. Solicitor Patrick O'Dea, for Morrison, told Sheriff Mark Lindsay, that his client had been referencing Crocodile Dundee with his comment and had 'not been trying to terrify' the woman in question. Following this revelation, the sheriff questioned whether the scene appeared in the original film or its 1988 sequel, noting 'It's where he is in New York.' The famous scene appears in the first film, not the Australia-based sequel. Mr O'Dea told the court that Morrison – a 'genuine first offender' – was simply 'trying to make a ridiculous situation more ridiculous'. He said: 'He bitterly regrets reacting to the complainer's bread knife – he now reflects on it as ridiculous.' Mr O'Dea explained to the court that the 'huge weapon' wielded by his client was a replica of a prop from the 1986 Highlander movie and was not a real sword. Hearing this, Sheriff Lindsay ordered the forfeiture of the replica sword and deferred sentence on Morrison for three months to allow him to demonstrate good behaviour.

Fans express concern after Keith Urban skips family getaway with wife Nicole Kidman - as the real reason why they've been apart for weeks is revealed
Fans have expressed concern after Keith Urban skipped a family holiday with his wife Nicole Kidman and their children. The 57-year-old singer failed to appear in sweet holiday snaps posted by Nicole, 58, to Instagram on Wednesday. Many fans have flocked to Instagram to question Keith's whereabouts after noticing he was missing from the images. 'Where's Keith? Guess the rumors are true,' one asked while another questioned: 'Where is he?' But Keith has been unable to holiday with his family as he is currently on tour. The country singer is currently performing shows around Australia and is set to take the stage in Wollongong on Wednesday night before heading to Sydney. In the photos, Nicole gave fans a rare look at her natural locks as she posed with her daughters and sister Antonia Kidman. The actress, 58, revealed her curly auburn locks in one picture as she embraced her daughter Sunday Rose. She was all smiles as she showed off her natural beauty in a second image while posing with her sister Antonia. She also flaunted her slim figure in a patterned blue crop top and a matching coloured skirt. It was a far cry from the dramatically straightened look Nicole unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival Presidential Dinner in May. The Moulin Rouge! star wore the weave to add volume to her strawberry blonde locks and help give her a more youthful look. However, the mesh wig cap was visible as Nicole posed for photos on the red carpet despite her real hair being weaved into it. She also unveiled another radical makeover at the Met Gala as she stepped out with a cropped, slicked-back cut and wavy fringe. Nicole's habit of wearing wigs in Hollywood movies and on the red carpet has earned her a cult following over the years. The Hollywood star has rarely showcased her natural hair in films and on the red carpet since the early days of her career, and almost always wears wigs for her roles. Over the past few months, Nicole has stepped out in a series of dramatic wigged looks – ranging from sleek, straight styles to blunt cuts, and one that became a viral misfire. Appearing on Sunrise in May, Nicole admitted that she 'loves changing her hair' and uses hairpieces to achieve new looks.
