If you've left booking somewhere until the last minute, or maybe you fancy going with the flow, we've got you covered.

Noel Gallagher's ex-wife Meg Mathews shares sweet throwback snap of them together as Oasis prepare for first live shows in 16 years

Noel Gallagher 's ex-wife Meg Mathews has shared a sweet throwback snap of them together, ahead of Oasis' reunion tour. The Live '25 tour will be their first since the band's acrimonious implosion and subsequent disbandment during the ill-fated Dig Out Your Soul tour in 2009. Addressing the live shows, Noel's supportive ex reminisced on Noel preparing for his first ever gig with the band. Alongside a snap of the pair on holiday, she penned: 'Noel here getting ready for the first Gig… A week tomorrow Oasis are back. 'In 1996 During their legendary Knebworth performances August 10–11, they launched huge inflatable footballs into the audience as part of their upbeat intro before launching into songs like Columbia, Acquiesce, and Supersonic.' Meg met Noel Gallagher in 1994 in London through her roommate MTV presenter Rebecca de Ruvo. Noel was dating Rebecca at the time, however, he eventually left her for Meg. The former couple, who share daughter Anais, went on to tie the knot in June 1997 in Las Vegas. However, their marriage was short-lived as they divorced just four years later. It comes after Oasis revealed they are releasing more tickets ahead of their eagerly anticipated reunion tour this summer. The iconic Britpop band have reunited for a series of stadium shows across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan , South Korea and North, Central and South America, commencing at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on July 4. A statement posted to the band's official website on Wednesday reads: 'As the shows are getting closer, Oasis promoters may be able to release a very limited number of additional tickets for sale once final sight lines are checked and the production is fine tuned. 'These final production releases will happen over the coming days.' Following their initial release, thousands of fans waited for hours in virtual queues to get their hands on highly coveted tickets for the band's reunion shows, only to find that prices had jumped in a 'dynamic pricing' scheme. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has since called for Ticketmaster to change how it labels tickets and informs customers. The CMA launched an investigation into Ticketmaster in September to examine if it had engaged in 'unfair commercial practices', whether fans were given 'clear and timely' information to explain tickets could be subject to 'dynamic pricing', and if people were put under pressure to buy tickets within a short period of time. The watchdog said it was concerned that Ticketmaster, which sold more than 900,000 tickets for the Oasis gigs, may have breached consumer protection law. Downing Street has said that 'everyone deserves a fair shot at getting tickets' for music and sport events. Ticketmaster UK said in a statement that it tries to provide a 'simple, transparent and consumer-friendly' experience. Certain tickets for shows were labelled as 'platinum' and sold for nearly 2.5 times more than the standard price. However, the company did not explain these tickets do not come with any additional benefits and are located in the same area of the stadium. The CMA said this risked consumers being mislead into thinking the platinum tickets were better. Another concern listed by the watchdog was that two categories of standing tickets were listed at different prices, with the cheaper tickets sold first before the more expensive ones were released. This caused fans to wait in long queues without realising they would have to pay a higher price than expected, the CMA added. Since the opening of the investigation, Ticketmaster has made changes to some aspects of its ticket sales process, but the CMA does not currently consider these changes are sufficient to address its concerns. Hayley Fletcher, Interim Senior Director of Consumer Protection at the CMA, said: 'Fans reported problems when buying Oasis tickets from Ticketmaster and we decided those concerns warranted investigation. 'We're concerned that Oasis fans didn't get the information they needed or may have been misled into buying tickets they thought were better than they were. 'All ticketing websites should check they are complying with the law and treating their customers fairly. When businesses get it right, consumers benefit – and that's the best outcome for everyone.' Oasis last year blamed its management for the dynamic pricing fiasco. The band said it was 'not aware' the system would be used and that the decision was instead made during meetings between Ticketmaster, promoters and management. This is despite the fact that Debbie Gwyther, 40, the girlfriend of frontman Liam, manages him. A statement by the band said: 'As for the well reported complaints many buyers had over the operation of dynamic ticketing: it needs to be made clear that Oasis leave decisions on ticketing and pricing entirely to their promoters and management, and at no time had any awareness that dynamic pricing was going to be used. 'While prior meetings between promoters, Ticketmaster and the band's management resulted in a positive ticket sale strategy, which would be a fair experience for fans, including dynamic ticketing to help keep general ticket prices down as well as reduce touting, the execution of the plan failed to meet expectations. 'All parties involved did their utmost to deliver the best possible fan experience, but due to the unprecedented demand this became impossible to achieve.' In a statement, a spokesman for Ticketmaster UK said: 'At Ticketmaster, we strive to provide the best ticketing platform through a simple, transparent and consumer-friendly experience. We welcome the CMA's input in helping make the industry even better for fans.'

Gerwyn Price reveals US Darts Masters 'pinch me' moment in New York

The Iceman and his family get stunning sight in New York Stunned Gerwyn Price reckons it's a pinch-me moment for him and his family to be up on Times Square billboards as he gets ready for the US Darts Masters. The Welsh star is amongst the PDC elite gunning for glory in New York as the World Series heads for the United States. ‌ Price savours being part of the darts action and says it's a special feeling to be with family as he appears at such a famous setting as Madison Square Gardens alongside the likes of Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen. ‌ He explained: 'I'm enjoying New York and ready to go. It's an iconic and a unique venue and for someone like myself from a little small village in Markham, an ex-rugby player who never really knew about darts 20 years ago, to be playing in one of these magnificent venues, it's a pinch me moment and it's nice to be involved in every time that they've been here as well. 'Me, my wife, my daughter and her boyfriend walking around and you see your face flash up, to be in Times Square and see that is definitely a pinch me moment. "Hopefully there's many more years to come where I'll be here in New York City and in every other part of the World Series events as well." Speaking to Online Darts, he added: "I'm not one who wants to go and watch, go sightseeing all the time, for me, once you've seen it once, that's enough, but my wife absolutely loves it out here, don't get me wrong, I love it out here, but, Vegas is a little bit better.' Price wants the crown in the States as he gears up for a strong end to the campaign and the hunt for another World title. He added: 'The back end of the year, usually when the Premier League's over, I find my best stuff. I think I need to start playing in more Pro Tours because that's probably what gets me sharp. ‌ 'I was a little bit gutted last year. It was a tournament I threw away. I'm back here again which is nice. It's great to have the invite and hopefully lift the trophy. 'I've won in every country just not in America. I'm playing well enough and enjoying my darts. I'm enjoying travelling so fingers crossed it all comes together. 'It's difficult throughout the Premier League trying to balance everything. I think going from the Premier League to ProTour events and Europeans. But I have been a lot more positive this year which has definitely helped. 'I just need to find my best form when the Premier League is behind us, so fingers crossed that is what will happen the rest of this week and the year. It is tough being in the Premier League. It has not been great to me the last couple of years. 'I've been a bit too down on myself when I have been travelling but this year, I am a lot more positive. Not just for myself but off the fans and everything which is good.'

Paul Mullin says he's still in dark over Wrexham exile as loan move explained

Paul Mullin has joined Wigan Athletic on loan for the 2025/26 season after admitting to still feeling confused over being frozen out at Wrexham by Phil Parkinson last term Paul Mullin has confessed his bewilderment over why he was sidelined at Wrexham following his loan move to Wigan Athletic. The striker quickly became a fan favourite after joining the Welsh side from Cambridge United in July 2021, netting an impressive 110 goals in 172 appearances. His goal-scoring prowess played a key role in propelling Wrexham from the National League to the Championship, with three consecutive promotions under their belt. The 30-year-old also formed a close bond with the club's Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, becoming a familiar face on the Welcome to Wrexham documentary. ‌ However, despite his popularity, he didn't see any action in League One in the second half of last season following the arrival of forwards Sam Smith and Jay Rodriguez in the January transfer window. It came after a challenging start to the campaign, where Mullin only found the back of the net three times after undergoing back surgery last summer. ‌ He is set to play in the third tier again next term after it was announced on Monday that he would be moving to Wigan on a season-long loan deal. Mullin has now shed light on the difficulties he faced at Wrexham last season and his confusion over why he was dropped from the team by manager Phil Parkinson. In an interview with talkSPORT, he also hinted that he needed more time than he was given to recover from his back injury. "It's a strange situation but last year was quite difficult for me," Mullin said. "Wrexham is a place I love, they've changed my life for me and given me many happy times. Last season was tough, as I came back from my back injury. "When you've been injured and you're coming back, you just need time to find yourself again and there wasn't a lot of time to do that. Then from January onwards, I don't know why, but the gaffer didn't want to use me. "Coming into the summer, I think the gaffer has just decided to go elsewhere. As much as I love Wrexham, I want to play football and I don't want to be sitting at home every weekend." ‌ He added: "People say it's a dream to be a footballer, but it's so difficult when you're training every day and you don't get to do what you enjoy at the end of the week." Mullin previously said that reports of a fall-out with Parkinson were wide of the mark, but did admit to feeling resentment over being sidelined in a recent episode of Wrexham's documentary. In the same edition of the series, Parkinson also laid out the situation from his perspective. ‌ "When we brought two strikers in January, we always knew we'd have a surplus, and people would find themselves out of the 18-man squad because you can only have seven substitutes," the former Sunderland and Bolton boss said. "That's the way it is. Mulls didn't just quite get the goals, which he normally does. I thought he had a good start to the season, and his general performances were decent, but the goals just didn't come. ‌ "So Paul and Ollie [Palmer] found themselves out of the 18-man squad. It's a harder level than we'd been operating at. [They're] both good lads, really good lads, and have carried on training well for us. But it's tough, it's a competitive division and to make the step up is not easy." Meanwhile, Mullin has put any thoughts regarding his future at Wrexham to one side for now, as he turns his attentions towards reviving his fortunes with the Latics. "I'm just focusing on Wigan, to be honest, at the moment," he said. "The future is something you can't control - I can only control myself. I want to be as successful as I can in my career. "Although it's been very good up to date, I want to continue that with Wigan. Hopefully this year, we can be successful and I can be a part of another successful team."
