Fact check: Did BLACKPINK's Lisa and Frédéric Arnault secretly get married? Truth behind viral claim that has TikTok confused

Time of India23-06-2025
BLACKPINK's Lisa and LVMH heir Frédéric Arnault have been seen together on numerous occasions—whether it's private dinners in Paris or shared appearances at events. But despite their repeated public sightings, the two have never made their relationship official. Still, that hasn't stopped the internet from fuelling a new wave of speculation, with some fans now claiming that Lisa and Frédéric are secretly married.
Where did the rumour start?
The wedding rumour seems to have started from a blind item posted on the gossip site Crazy Days and Nights on June 19. The anonymous post claimed that 'a member of the two-colour group' had quietly gotten married—an obvious nod, many believed, to BLACKPINK. From there, TikTok ran with it. Edited videos, voiceovers, and speculative breakdowns flooded the app, all pointing fingers at Lisa and Frédéric's secret nuptials.
Lisa and Frédéric's wedding rumours: What proof is there?
So far, none. There are no wedding photos, no visible rings, no leaked guest lists, and no credible source confirming the marriage. In fact, both Lisa and Frédéric have continued on with their public lives as usual. BLACKPINK's agency YG Entertainment has not released a statement on the matter, and neither have the Arnaults. Lisa's own agency, LLOUD, has also not shared any such information. Moreover, the Rockstar hitmaker loves to keep her fans posted with her activities, and she has never mentioned that she's looking forward to tying the knot or has already taken the big plunge. For such a high-profile couple, a secret wedding would be incredibly difficult to keep hidden—and yet there's zero verifiable evidence.
Fans are curious, but nothing's confirmed
Lisa and Frédéric have built up intrigue over time, largely due to how often they're seen together without confirming anything. Just last month, they were spotted together on a lunch date in Italy.

Given their high-profile status, photos and videos from their outings often go viral, leaving fans wondering if they're ready to take the next step. Still, the couple has kept things private when it comes to where they stand.
So, are Lisa and Frédéric married?
Lisa and Frédéric may be close. They may even be dating. But are they secretly married? There is absolutely no confirmation of that. The viral rumour on TikTok is based on a vague blind item and fan theories—not on any actual facts. Until Lisa or Frédéric choose to speak publicly, the claim holds no truth.
Lisa looking forward to her Deadline tour
Right now, Lisa appears focused on her music career, having released her maiden album, Alter Ego, earlier this year. In April, she also brought the house down during her solo stage at Coachella, where Frédéric was in attendance showing his support. And soon, she's expected to reunite with fellow BLACKPINK members Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo for their upcoming DEADLINE tour, a highly anticipated project that has fans more excited than ever.

Chad Michael Murray recalls near-death experience that led him to acting

Washington DC [US], August 11 (ANI): Actor and writer Chad Michael Murray recently opened up about a serious health scare that inadvertently paved his way into the acting world, reported Deadline. The 'Freakier Friday' actor recalled being hospitalised at the age of 15 as a result of twisted intestines, which led to life-threatening complications. "I was hospitalised for two and a half months. It was a lot. We had surgery. I had internal bleeding, I lost 50 per cent of my blood. I was on my deathbed," Murray shared, adding that he was "in and out of consciousness" during the hospital stay, reported Deadline. "I just remember seeing my father, the weakest I'd ever seen him, and a priest at the end of my bed, and they're talking about last rites and all that stuff, and [the nurse, Sandy] gave me a blood transfusion to save my life," Murray said. "It saved my life," reported Deadline. Murray recalled another nurse, Alana, whose connections as a working model got him a foot in the door in the entertainment industry. "Alana says to me, 'Oh gosh, you should model,'" he said. "I was like, 'I don't want to model. I want to be an actor. Like, I love film and television. I want to give this gift to other people.' And she's like, 'Well, you can segue from modelling into acting. Look, when you get out, I'm hooking you up with this modelling company I know.' And she meant it," reported Deadline. Murray continued, "And so I got out. I went from, like, 180 to 118 pounds. I was a skeleton when I got out; it was the scariest thing ever. I remember looking in the mirror the first time, going, 'Who is that?' Like, I cried. I couldn't believe that I was looking back at that guy," as per the outlet. The actor recalled that the traumatic experience led him to begin a "relationship with God" and grow closer to his father. Once recovered, he said the modelling company eventually paid his way to a convention in Orlando, where a chance acting competition jumpstarted his move to Los Angeles and led to his acquiring an agent. Murray can currently be seen in Freakier Friday, the sequel to the 2003 body-swap comedy with Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, which debuted in theatres on August 8, reported Deadline. (ANI)
