
Bhavans Bahrain Indian School celebrates KG graduation day
Bhavans Bahrain Indian School celebrated its Kindergarten Graduation Day, marking a significant milestone for the young graduates. The event featured a distinguished array of guests, including the Chief Guest, Muneera Aldoseri from the Directorate of Licensing and Follow-up of Private Schools, Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The event was attended by the School Directors, Himanshu Verma and Ritu Verma; Principal, Saji Jacob; Vice Principal, Dr. Preet Kamal Bhatnagar; and KG Coordinator, Sharil Dimri.
Director Himanshu Verma expressed his pride in the students' achievements and emphasized the importance of nurturing a positive mindset as they transition to the next stage of their education. 'Today marks not just the end of a chapter in their educational journey, but the beginning of new and exciting adventures,' he stated. Further BIS Director Ritu Verma congratulated the young enthusiastic graduates.
Principal Saji Jacob also addressed the audience, congratulating the graduates on their accomplishments. He highlighted the vital role of parents in supporting their children's education and encouraged them to continue fostering an environment of learning at home. 'Our children are our future, and we must equip them with the tools they need to thrive,' he remarked.

BIS, ICAB Toastmasters empower educators
Bhavans-Bahrain Indian School (BIS) marked a major milestone in teacher development by hosting the grand finale of its Speech Craft Program, in collaboration with ICAB Toastmasters. The event showcased weeks of training aimed at improving teachers' public speaking and leadership skills. Educators delivered prepared speeches and participated in impromptu speaking sessions that impressed audiences with their clarity and confidence. Celebrating communication skills The finale opened with a welcome address from School Director Himanshu Verma, who emphasised the vital role of effective communication in education and leadership. Participants spoke on a variety of topics including personal growth, leadership, societal issues and motivation, demonstrating their growth and eloquence. The impromptu speaking segment tested teachers' ability to think on their feet, adding an element of spontaneity to the occasion. All participants received certificates, while outstanding performers were recognised during an awards ceremony.
