Industries and Commerce Minister T.G. Bharath said that the NDA government has been working towards the all-round development of women in the State. BC Corporation had been imparting training to 3,400 women from BC and EBCs in basic tailoring and those who attend 75 per cent of the training days will be given a sewing machine free of cost. Those who exhibit good skills in tailoring will be further trained in fashion designing.
