Jeff Teague on facing fellow Boston Celtics alum Gordon Hayward in the Final Four
For fans of the Boston Celtics, the NCAA tournaments of the past often come to mind as the tourney of the present unfolds. And that also holds true for former Boston players, who can't help but think back to their own play in the big dance and the future (now, past) Celtics teammates they faced off against in it.
Such was the case recently for Boston floor general alumnus Jeff Teague, who waxed nostalgic on his battle with fellow Celtics alum Gordon Hayward in the NCAA tournament's Final Four. Teague also touches on a number of other classic college tilts on an episode of his "Club 520" podcast.
Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about the big dance as this year's is about to wrap up.

Aliyah Boston Makes Blunt Admission About Controversial Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese Incident

Aliyah Boston Makes Blunt Admission About Controversial Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese Incident originally appeared on Athlon Sports. One more chapter of the rivalry between the Indiana Fever and the Chicago Sky will take place on Saturday as Angel Reese and Co. host the Fever at Wintrust Arena. Advertisement Unfortunately, Caitlin Clark will not be able to take the floor as the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year continues to deal with a quad strain that will force her to miss her fourth straight game on Saturday. There was no shortage of action when these two stars last faced off earlier in the season. In fact, Clark was called for a flagrant after a hard foul on Reese, who, for her part, made it abundantly clear that she did not appreciate the contact. Fever forward Aliyah Boston got involved in the altercation, too. Boston shoved Reese as the Sky star went after Clark, which resulted in Boston getting whistled for a technical foul. In the video later posted by espnW, Boston was seen reacting after learning that she was assessed with a technical foul for her role in the incident. As it turns out, she still remains in disbelief over this unexpected turn of events. Advertisement A fan brought up the incident to Boston as she was signing autographs after practice, which prompted a blunt admission from the Fever All-Star. "AB got the tech?" asked the fan. "And I still can't believe it," Boston responded, shaking her head. Clark won't be able to take the floor on Saturday, but Boston will. She will get an opportunity to go face-to-face against Reese in what should be a nice matchup between the two All-Stars. The Sky will be looking to get some revenge in this upcoming matchup after the Fever humiliated them in their last meeting via a 93-58 blowout at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Boston Celtics jersey history No. 20 - Jumaine Jones (2003-04)

Boston Celtics jersey history No. 20 - Jumaine Jones (2003-04) The Boston Celtics have had players suiting up in a total of 68 different jersey numbers (and have three others not part of any numerical series) since their founding at the dawn of the Basketball Association of America (BAA -- the league that would become today's NBA), worn by well over 500 players in the course of Celtics history. To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Celtics Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. With 25 of those jerseys now retired to honor some of the greatest Celtics to wear those jerseys, there is a lot of history to cover. And for today's article, we will continue with the 24th of 31 people to wear the No. 20 jersey, Boston forward alum Jumaine Jones. After ending his college career at Georgia, Jones was picked up with the 27th overall selection of the 1999 NBA draft by the Atlanta Hawks. The Cocoa, Florida native would play the first two seasons of his pro career with the Philadelphia 76ers instead, however, after a draft night deal. He would also play for the Cleveland Cavaliers before he was dealt to Boston in 2003, and remained with the team for just one season before being dealt again, this time to the Los Angeles Lakers in 2004. During his time suiting up for the Celtics, Jones wore only jersey No. 20 and put up 2.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.

Aces star A'ja Wilson's signature A'One Nike shoes sell out in under 5 minutes

The first signature shoe for Las Vegas Aces center A'ja Wilson by Nike wasn't around very long as the A'Ones hit the market on Tuesday and sold out in less than five minutes. When the shoes went on sale at 10 a.m., it didn't take long for the website to say the in-demand kicks were out of stock. Advertisement As of Wednesday morning, the link for the shoe on Nike's website still says "the product you are looking for is no longer available." Wilson said on social media that the pink shoes, which retail for $110 for adults and $90 for kids, will be available again later in the week. 'This morning was wild,' she wrote on Instagram. "If you missed the A'One, don't worry. We're dropping again Thursday at Nike stores and other spots everywhere. I do this for the real ones, always.' Aces team owner Mark Davis wore a pair of A'One white OG Pearls while sitting courtside for Tuesday's pre-season game against the Phoenix Mercury. "I'm so glad the shoe can be a tool to bring people together," Wilson said when asked about Davis' show of support. "I'm so thankful we have him on our side because he does a lot of things to help us be a better team." Advertisement The Texas Longhorns women's basketball team wore the pink A'Ones during their run to the Final Four. "I couldn't believe it. Even seeing them when I was surprising them, some of them already had the shoes on, and I'm like, 'All right, well, the cat's out the bag.' It's extremely just joyful for me to share this experience," Wilson told For the Win. "To see young girls, to see teams, to see boys ― everybody in between ― wearing my shoe, particularly on a big stage like the Final Four when they didn't have to." The A'One Blue Indigo Girl and white OG Pearl shoes will be available on May 15. Wilson, who is the 13th woman to have a signature shoe, is only 28 years old but has won the WNBA MVP three times, Defensive Player of the Year twice, and led the Aces to two championships. The Aces begin their season on May 17 against the champion New York Liberty. This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: A'ja Wilson's signature A'One Nike shoes sell out in minutes
