Evan, from Aberdeen, fell from the sixth floor of the hotel on July 7 and was tragically pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Tragedy struck again today after teen hockey star Gary lost his life after falling from a third floor balcony at Ibiza Rocks in the early hours of this morning.
Two ambulances were sent to the scene but there was nothing the paramedics could do to save him.
In the aftermath of the two tragedies, the hotel confirmed all of their party events have now been suspended.
A statement from Ibiza Rocks was posted on their social media pages.
It read: 'We are deeply shocked and devastated by the recent incidents that have tragically occurred.
'Our priority is to support those affected and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and to fully assist the authorities with their investigations.
'The safety and wellbeing of our guests has, and always will remain, our highest priority.
'Given the seriousness of the situation and out of respect for those involved, we believe it is right to pause our advertised events programme at this time.
'All customers will be informed directly via email.'

It comes after the hotel came under fire by friends of Evan Thomson for their response to his death at the beginning of this month.
They claimed the hotel's handling of the situation was "horrific" and claimed they were still advertising events after his death.
Evan's friend Blair Robertson, 25, said: 'We heard the jet washes from the ground cleaning the area where Evan died and it had only been 90 minutes or so since he was found.
'That was the worst thing for us to hear – how fast they tried to get things back to normal.
'They took us out of the hotel at around 9am and put us in a new hotel down the road.

'It was like they wanted to get back to business as usual as soon as possible.
'It was just a very traumatic experience.
'They just wanted us out – and to start the party again. It was a disregard of life.
'It was hard hearing the cleaners coming into the room in the morning, as though nothing had happened.'
"They just preferred that people wouldn't find out, so it wouldn't ruin the party."
James Shand
His other friend James Shand added: 'Seeing them post 'are you all ready for the next event?' within hours of it happening was sickening.
'They looked at Evan's death from a business perspective. They just preferred that people wouldn't find out, so it wouldn't ruin the party."
Cops probing tragedy
Spain's Guardia Civil confirmed they are investigating Gary's death this morning.
A spokesperson said: "We are investigating the death of a 19-year-old British man at a hotel in San Antonio in Ibiza.
"The alarm was raised around 12.40am this morning.
"Our officers were sent to the scene but the man in question was already dead by the time help arrived.
"The fall was from from the third floor of the hotel to an outside part of the complex.
"Court officials authorised the removal of his body at 2.40am this morning.
"The fall could be accidental based on the early information obtained from cameras but as part of the investigation possible witnesses will need to be located and interviewed.

William and Harry's cousin, 20, found dead 'with firearm nearby'

By A firearm was found near to her body at the property in Norton. She had been packing for a trip away with friends, an inquest heard. Rosie's family have paid tribute to her, saying she was a 'darling daughter' to her parents Pippa and Hugh and an 'incredible sister' to Archie and Agatha. A spokesman for the family said the 20-year-old 'will be sorely missed'. Emergency crews were pictured responding to a serious incident at the family home at around 1pm on Monday, July 14. An ambulance, three ambulance officers, two firearms officers and numerous local response officers were in attendance. Rosie was the granddaughter of Princess Diana's uncle, the 5th Baron Fermoy, Edmund Roche, who killed himself in 1984 after suffering from a long bout of depression. He was found dead aged just 45, from a gunshot at his home, Eddington House. His sister Frances was the mother of Princess Diana. Last February, Thomas Kingston, the husband of royal Lady Gabriella Windsor, died with a gun found near his body at his parents' home in the Cotswolds. A spokesman for Prince William declined to comment. An inquest into Rosie's death at Wiltshire and Swindon coroner's court was opened on Sunday and adjourned until October 25. Coroner Grant Davies said police 'have deemed the death as non-suspicious and there was no third-party involvement'. A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said on July 14: 'This relates to the sudden death of a woman in her 20s. There are no suspicious circumstances and our thoughts are with her family. 'We would ask that their privacy is respected at this terrible time.' Ms Roche had been studying for a degree in English Literature at Durham University. An obituary published by the Yorkshire Post said: 'Roche, Rosie Jeanne Burke. Died on Monday 14th July 2025. Darling daughter of Hugh and Pippa, incredible sister to Archie and Agatha, Granddaughter to Derek and Rae Long. Private family funeral. A memorial service will be held at a later date.' The death notice of Ms Roche also appeared in The Times newspaper. Durham University has paid tribute today. University College principal Professor Wendy Powers said Rosie had made a strong impression on both staff and students during her short time at Durham. 'University College staff and students are extremely saddened by the tragic death of Rosie Roche,' she said. 'Rosie was a first year student studying for an English Literature degree. Rosie had settled into the University and College beautifully and had lots of friends. She was loved for her creativity, energy, her love of books, poetry and travel among many other talents. She will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and condolences are with Rosie's family and friends, and we are offering support to those affected at this extremely difficult time.' The student was a scion of the Barons Fermoy and the eldest child of (Edmund) Hugh Burke Roche, 53, and his wife the former Phillipa Kate Victoria Long. Her grandfather was the 5th Baron Fermoy, Princess Diana's uncle, who shot himself dead in 1984. Last February, Thomas Kingston (pictured right), royal Lady Gabriella Windsor's husband, died from a head injury, with a gun found near his body at his parents' home in the Cotswolds. An inquest in January heard that he had been given several drugs to treat depression by a GP at the Royal Mews Surgery, a practice at Buckingham Palace, after having trouble sleeping following stress at work. In the days leading up to his death, the former hostage negotiator turned financier had stopped taking any medication and toxicology tests showed caffeine and small amounts of sleeping tablet zopiclone in his system. The coroner found that he took his own life while 'suffering adverse effects of medication he had recently been prescribed'. For confidential support, call Samaritans on 116 123, visit or visit

Brits in Benidorm are warned to be on guard for heartless charity con as local reveals trick scammers use to strip tourists of their holiday money

British tourists flocking to Benidorm this summer are being urged to watch out for a growing scam on the town's beaches. Fraudsters posing as charity workers reportedly try to distract and rob unsuspecting holidaymakers. A British bar owner and travel agent who lives in the resort shared a viral video revealing how the scam works. Frank 'The Stag Man', as he is known online, filmed a group of men roaming the beach with clipboards, claiming to be collecting signatures for a petition. In the clip, which has been viewed over a million times, Frank says: 'They're jumping on everyone. Once they've done that, they'll be looking at what's in your wallet to rob you later.' The men are said to often claim they are collecting for blind or disabled people or campaigning for local causes. But according to Frank and his wife Jade, who also appear in the clip, it is nothing more than a con. He adds: 'What you've just seen there is one of the scams that runs along the beach. It's kind of out of sight, out of mind.' He continues: 'Once you sign it, then they start pushing you for a donation.' Jade, who is said to be Benidorm's 'most legendary stripper', says: 'They'll say it's for the blind, it's for the disabled, for petitioning to get something sorted here in Spain – it's all a load of rubbish.' Frank describes a cunning tactic the alleged criminals use to determine whether tourists have cash. He says: 'Some people even get their wallets out and give them a few quid. Then they know you're carrying cash.' He filmed several beachgoers being approached, including himself. In the clip, he is seen brushing off one of the scammers who tells him it is for a petition. The video has sparked a strong reaction online. One viewer wrote: 'Benidorm is getting bad now, that's my opinion.' Another added that the same tactics are being used in Tenerife as well. A third added: 'I had this scam done to me and my partner. Luckily, we had no cash on us.'
