John claims his next victim in Emmerdale ITVX release and it's a loved character

The following article contains spoilers from an episode of Emmerdale that hasn't aired on ITV1 yet, but can be viewed on ITVX.
John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) has resorted to desperate measures once more in Emmerdale in an attempt to get rid of his brother Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley).
Robert returned to the village last week and announced – to John and Aaron Dingle's (Danny Miller) annoyance – that he'd be staying there for the foreseeable to spend time with his family.
John doesn't want Robert gone out of fear he'll work out that he's a murderer, he wants him out of the village because he's massively insecure. Despite Aaron's constant reassurance, John remains worried that he'll one day wake up and discover his husband wants to get back with his ex.
John's negative emotions towards Robert increased when he discovered he had punched sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) in the eye.
Traumatised from time in prison, Robert didn't mean to hit Vic, and only did it because she made him jump.
To John though, it was a sign their brother is dangerous. He attempted to get Vic to report him, but she was convinced John only wanted Robert gone out of insecurity and jealousy.
After a failed attempt at a conversation with Aaron, Robert headed to The Hide for a date. He did it deliberately to try and make Aaron jealous, and was disappointed when he realised he didn't work. More Trending
While the man was on his own though, he poured a drug into Robert's drink.

Unbeknownst to him, John was witnessing the entire thing, and he realised this was a perfect opportunity for him. All it took was for John to wait for Robert to drink the drugged liquid, and his plan was underway.
He scared the date off and threw Robert in the back of his van. John was nearly caught by Billy Fletcher (Jay Kontzle), but he scurried away shortly after.

An inquest heard Zachary Cook was climbing a route with his dad Jonathan in Malaga when he fell 20 metres, suffering fatal injuries. A young climber plummeted to his death in a"terrible accident" while on holiday with his father in Spain after a detaching a safety clip at the wrong time. An inquest heard Zachary Cook was climbing a route with dad Jonathan in Malaga when he fell 20 metres, suffering fatal injuries. ‌ The 22-year-old from Winterbourne, South Gloucestershire, was on an adventure trip when the tragedy struck on December 11 last year, Avon Coroner's Court heard. ‌ Coroner Dr Peter Harrowing spoke at a post-mortem examination, conducted in Spain, and gave Mr Cook's cause of death as poly (severe) trauma resulting from the fall. The court was told on Monday a group of medics, who were in the vicinity, rushed to help but he died later at the scene. Coroner's officer Alexis Camp told the hearing climbers are "required to have two safety clips on their person and on the safety wires on the rock face". He added: "Prior to the start of the climb, they were informed to only unclip one of the safety clips from the safety wire at any one time and never to unclip both safety clips at the same time. ‌ "Around halfway through the route, Zachary unclipped both of his safety clips from the safety wire, which resulted in him falling around 20 metres below." "They believe this was a terrible accident and nothing more could have been done.' He recorded a conclusion of misadventure, adding: 'He fell around 20 metres while climbing causing him to suffer traumatic injuries. Tamika Empson hints at Richard Blackwood's EastEnders return

In 2018, Vincent, played by Richard Blackwood, it was implied that he was killed off but since his death wasn't shown, fans have wondered if he ever really died. Tameka Empson, who played Kim Fox until recently, seemed to hint at a possible return for Vincent, supporting the fan theory. Speaking to The Mirror, she said fans should 'watch this space' when she was asked if Vincent could possibly return. When asked about his return, Tameka said: 'Well where is he? And if he turns up he's got to turn up with something in his hands, cos it's been a long while now. 'We've cared for the children, out of house and everything. Watch this space people.' After reaching a dark turn, Vincent's drama with Aidan Maguire led to a mystery death and saw him leave the show seven years ago. He told the police everything he knew about the villain and planned to go into witness protection but his wife Kim was against the idea. A post shared by EastEnders (@bbceastenders) Vincent didn't realise that the police officers he was talking to were corrupt and working for Maguire. They drove off with him in the car and pointed a gun at him. Fans were lead to believe that he had been killed but they never saw what happened after the car scene. A few years later, Vincent's wallet was found, further implying that he had died when it was returned by Howie Danes.
