Chhoriyan Chali Gaon Episode Update: Is Rameet Sandhu Already Ready To Quit? Find Out The Reason

India.com05-08-2025
New Delhi: A surprising and dramatic turn of events is set to unfold in tonight's episode of Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, Zee TV's high-energy rural reality show hosted by Rannvijay Singha.
In a shocking moment, Actress Anjuum Faakih nominates co-contestant Rameet Sandhu by pouring a full bucket of gobar (cow dung) over her. The incident is set to air in the upcoming episode tonight at 9:30 PM.
The show, which follows 11 well-known female celebrities as they adapt to the rigours of village life, has been gaining traction for its raw and unscripted portrayal of life away from city comforts. Contestants, including Anita Hassanandani, Krishna Shroff, Aishwarya Khare, Reha Sukheja, Sumukhi Suresh, Surabhi–Samriddhi Mehra (Chinki Minki), Dolly Javed, and Erika Packard, have traded urban luxuries for traditional village chores like milking cows, cooking on a chulha, and fetching water.
Tonight's gobar moment marks a major turning point for Rameet Sandhu, who has had a particularly tough time adjusting to gaon life, having grown up in Dubai with little exposure to rural India. The unexpected nomination visibly shakes her. Within the very first week, she even considered leaving, as the chaotic nomination process and sudden loss of her usual comforts left her struggling not only with the physical demands of village life but also with an intense emotional turmoil.
Speaking about the moment, Rameet shares, ''It honestly took me a moment to process what had just happened. One second I was standing there, and the next, a bucket of gobar was on me. Coming from Dubai, I've never faced anything like this. I knew gaon life would be challenging, but I wasn't prepared for how raw and emotionally confronting it would feel. I was heartbroken and devasted. But then I reminded myself why I came here to push my limits and grow. I realised that this discomfort is also a learning experience for me.'
With tensions rising and relationships being tested, Chhoriyan Chali Gaon promises even more twists in the days ahead. Don't miss this explosive episode airing tonight at 9:30 PM, only on Zee TV.

Bollywood Star Dad, Hero Brother; But Glamorous Daughter Is Now Making Cow Dung Cakes In A Village

Last Updated: Krishna Shroff, daughter of Jackie Shroff, surprised everyone by making cow dung cakes on Zee TV's 'Chhoriyan Chali Gaon' In an industry where star kids often dominate headlines for their designer wardrobes, lavish lifestyles, and luxury vacations, Krishna Shroff's latest appearance has taken everyone by surprise. The daughter of Bollywood veteran Jackie Shroff and sister of actor Tiger Shroff has traded high heels for a rural setting, quite literally getting her hands dirty making cow dung cakes on national television. A viral video from Zee TV's reality show Chhoriyan Chali Gaon shows Krishna Shroff immersed in a task far removed from the glitz of Mumbai's film world. The show, themed entirely around rural traditions, requires contestants to participate in chores common to villages. In Krishna's case, the challenge was to prepare cow dung cakes using a mix of cow dung, straw, and mud, an exercise she had never experienced before. Wearing a determined smile despite the mess, Krishna can be seen shaping the mixture on an iron stick, flattening it, and plastering it onto a wall. She completed the challenge at impressive speed, though her team eventually lost to that of co-contestant Erica. Speaking after the task, Krishna called the experience 'a big lesson of life", noting how much effort goes into everyday rural work. For Krishna, this is not a Bollywood debut but another step in her growing television career. Known for her fitness videos and active social media presence, she has appeared in shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi before taking on Chhoriyan Chali Gaon. The current show has her swapping gyms for grain fields and kettlebells for cow dung paddies, an unexpected turn that has both shocked and impressed fans. The clip, widely shared on social media, has sparked discussions about celebrity adaptability and the contrast between urban glamour and rural grit. ‘Should we switch off TV?': Bombay HC chides man for FIR against Zee TV show ‘Tum Se Tum Tak', may make him mop hospital

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday pulled up a complainant who lodged an FIR against Zee TV's new show titled 'Tum Se Tum Tak', the plot of which revolves around a love story of a 19-year-old girl and a 46-year-old man. Closing for orders a petition filed by Zee TV seeking the quashing of the FIR, the Bombay HC indicated it will ask the complainant to do cleaning and mopping work at one of the hospitals in Mumbai. A bench of Justices Ravindra Ghuge and Gautam Ankhad pulled up Sunil Sharma, the person who lodged the complaint saying that the Zee TV show 'hurts' sentiments. 'What is offensive in the serial? If we go by your idea (of what is offensive) we will have to switch off the TV we switch off the TV and stop watching serials? A 46-year-old actor falls in love with 19-year-old girl and that will hurt the sentiments. You keep this with you,' the bench said, according to a report by Live Law. The judges also cited a previous judgment to say that if the complainant does not like a show, he should not watch it. "We can understand if there is some communal riot or frenzy arises because of the show or some communal tension etc... what is this? There is a judgment (of Justice Lodha) which clearly says, if you do not like a movie or a show, don't watch it," the judges said in an oral remark. The Bombay HC also expressed his shock over the different names used by the complainant at different occasions. He filed his complaint under the name of Sunil Sharma, and when he was produced before the judges at the High Court last month, he said his name was Sunil Mahendra Sharma. However, his IDs including Aadhaar and PAN shows his name as Mahendra Sanjay Sharma. The judges asked him to 'justify' his conduct. 'In the record before us, there are three types of signatures, the complainant made in the open court... This shows some problem with your (complainant's) own conduct... A mischief is played in the court hall... We can even direct the police to register an FIR against you.. But we do not get any pleasure to order someone's Arthur Road jail is full,' the bench remarked. Sharma replied that he was not bound to use his own name and can file an anonymous complaint. However, the judges were not satisfied with the justification and observed there was mischief and malice on his part. It indicated that it may ask Sharma to do community work at a hospital for at least one month. 'Let him do cleaning, mopping etc of JJ Hospital... We will ask the Medical Superintendent to give him some work and he will have to do it for at least 1 month. This man will have to do community service and he should not send anybody who is a proxy there for community service, the way he did here,' the bench said.
