Pregnant Pixie Lott reveals due date of second child – and she hasn't got long to go
Two years after becoming parents for the first time with their little boy Bertie, Pixie Lott and her husband Oliver Cheshire are getting ready to welcome baby number two.
The 34-year-old singer has now revealed just when her due date is and she hasn't got long left to go at all. Pixie announced she was pregnant with her second child while on stage at Migthy Hoopla in Brockwell Park earlier this year.
The Voice Kids UK judge has now performed her last gig at Flackstock festival last night on Friday, 8 August at Crystal Palace Bowl and has previously revealed it would be her last show. It comes after Pixie Lott reveals her own Strictly experience and secret 'WhatsApp group'.
A week prior she performed at Kendal Calling and told The Sun: "I think the last gig [Flackstock, Aug 8] is going to be four weeks before the due date. So yeah, I think it's going to be fine.
"I did it last time and I've checked with the doc and he said that it's fine to keep doing it as long as you feel good. So hopefully, I mean that last show, four weeks, I don't know how long... Woo! [laughs]."
This means Pixie's second child is due in the first or second week of September but it's been all systems go for her as she took to the stage for her final show on Friday night. She took to Instagram after to thank all of her fans for coming to her Summer shows and told them her new single, Coming of Age, will be out soon.
Pixie expressed: "Thank you so much for all of the love for coming of age at the summer shows this year and because of you it is coming out and will be yours on the 21st August but you can presave it now in my bio to be the first to hear it. What's your coming of age moment?," she asked as she signed off.
She announced her pregnancy back in June while performing at the Mighty Hoopla Festival at Brockwell Park, London. As she took to the stage, she told thousands of fans standing in the audience: "I'm having another baby!"
Sharing the moment on Instagram, she posted a video of herself posing outside of her dressing room she sang along to one of her songs with the lyrics: "I'm over caring what the weirdos think of me, leave it all behind, it's a projection of their insecurities, I just cut the ties, I'm a mother, of another," before exposing her bump.
She simply captioned it: "Surprise," as her fans flocked to the comments section to send her messages of congratulations. One follower gushed: "So exciting! Congratulations Pixie and Ollie," while another commented: "Oh my goodness, a massive congratulations. Amazing news."
Pixie and model Oliver met back in 2010 and got engaged six years later on 13 November 2016. Following a delay due to COVID-19, the pair finally tied the knot on 6 June 2022.
In June 2023, they announced they were expecting their first child before welcoming a baby boy named Albert Charles into the world in November that year. The songwriter chose not to reveal her first pregnancy until she was 31 weeks pregnant.
She shared a picture of herself showcasing her huge baby bump as she gushed: "We are beyond excited to announce we are expecting our first child together and cannot wait to start a family of our own."
Despite Albert arriving in October 2023, she and Oliver announced his name a month later after he was christened as took to social media to pen: "Albert Charles Cheshire. It has already been the most amazing time of our lives with you little Bertie and we feel so incredibly lucky you."

Maya Jama 'offered millions for Love Island as Netflix tries to poach her
Love Island host Maya Jama could reportedly secure a lucrative deal for ITV's longtime reality show hit to prevent losing her to rivals like Netflix. The twist-filled, sunny dating show just wrapped up for another year, and the show seems to be on the up and up with some fans hailing it 'the best season ever' and their viewing figures hitting 2.5 million – higher than it has been in years. A large part of this recent success coincides with the 30-year-old host taking over as the presenter in 2023 (after it experienced all-time lows of 1.3m viewers), not only revitalising the format but also gaining 3.2m followers along the way. As such, a source told The Sun's Biz on Sunday column that ITV has paid out to make sure she sticks around. The insider said: 'Maya is a huge hit with fans and the bosses. ITV are desperate not to lose her. They're acutely aware that she's being offered lucrative work with other companies, such as Netflix. She's hugely in demand. 'Maya is proud to be part of Love Island, and bosses want her to continue with the series for the All Stars and summer format. 'It is still early days but bosses are preparing an extremely good package for Maya that she would find hard to turn down.' The package is reportedly set to include a pay cheque of £800,000 to host the main summer series plus another £800k to host the All stars. That's a told of £1.6million. On top of this, she would be paid extra for hosting After Sun. The star clearly still has a lot of love for the show as she took to social media to celebrate Toni and Cach's victory in last week's live final. 'We are one of the few shows to do our finals live and I'm so grateful for the trust because it gives so much room for silliness and iconic moments, you truly never know what will happen and I had so much fun,' she wrote in a heartfelt post. More Trending Outside of her professional life, romance is also blossoming for the TV personality as she firmly put her relationship with Stormzy, and a high-profile break-up, in the past. In June, she was seen on a very lovey-dovey holiday with her boyfriend, Portuguese footballer Ruben Dias whom she was first linked in November. View More » Love Island is available to stream on ITVX. Jimmy Bullard returning to I'm A Celebrity... for All Stars
Jimmy Bullard returning to I'm A Celebrity... for All Stars The ex-Soccer AM host will be hoping to do better than his original stint in 2014 Jimmy Bullard and Carl Fogarty (Image: Mirrorpix) Jimmy Bullard is to take part in I'm A Celebrity... All Stars. The 46-year-old former footballer is said to be returning to the jungle alongside a number of other former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestants from previous years and the ex-Soccer AM host will be hoping to do better than his original stint in 2014, when he was the first campmate to be voted off. A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Jimmy had a brilliant time in the original series he took part in and it really opened the door to his broadcasting career. "He was voted off first last time and he felt he had a lot more to give. "Now he's got the chance to get stuck in again, although he's a bit older so he is worried he might find it harder to rough it. "His banter is still on top form though. Producers are hopeful he'll have a bromance with Harry Redknapp, who is also taking part." As well as Jimmy and 2018 King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp, The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins - who lasted only three days in the jungle when she took part in the 2014 edition of the programme - and 2016's third-placed Adam Thomas are also set to take part. Adam memorably took part in a record 12 Bushtucker Trials during his time in the Australian jungle and returned to present the companion series I'm A Celebrity: Extra Camp with Joel Dommett and Emily Atack in 2019. A source told The Sun newspaper of his decision to sign up for All Stars: "This will be a glorious return for Adam as he established himself as a true fan favourite through his series in camp and then on the spin-off show. "He's stayed in the limelight, too, with Waterloo Road and then on ITV alongside brother Ryan with challenge show 99 To Beat. "It's the perfect time for him to head back into the jungle and affirm his position as Mr Bushtucker Trial." The first legends series aired in 2023 and saw the returns of former campmates Myleene Klass, Helen Flanagan and Jordan Banjo. Article continues below A source said: "That was one of the biggest entertainment shows of the year averaging 5.2million views across its consecutive weeknight run. "We're very excited about bringing back campmates from over the years in a brand-new setting in South Africa."

Strictly's Katya Jones says she intimidates guys
Strictly's Katya Jones says she intimidates guys Strictly's Katya Jones says she intimidates guys Strictly Come Dancing star Katya Jones (Image: Getty Images) Strictly's Katya Jones says she intimidates guys. She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Us women have fought to be so independent and strong and do our own thing, that it might send confusing messaging to them, like, 'Can I approach or can I not?' So, I totally understand why they're being hesitant sometimes, but I'm open and ready to be approached... "I might meet somebody today. You get up and you never know who you might meet. I've got to look nice... I'm always ready and open." The 36-year-old beauty is hoping to find someone to settle down and have children with, but that wouldn't mean giving up her career. She said: "I would like to have kids with someone who I believe could be a good father but I've got nieces I can spend my energy on right now, or some of my friends' children, like Janette[Manrara]. "Seeing how she does everything and is a mother as well is really inspiring. It just shows that you can do it all if you put your mind to it." Katya has considered freezing her eggs to preserve her fertility, but is ultimately hopeful she can have a family "naturally". She said: "I've spoken to women who have done it... I didn't hear about it until two years ago, which is quite surprising really. However, I still have faith in meeting someone naturally. That would be lovely." The Russian dancer was previously married to fellow Strictly pro Neil Jones for six years until 2019, and while he has moved on and had daughter Havana with fiancee Chyna Mills, he and Katya are still close. Article continues below She said: "We're absolutely still on good terms. We knew each other since we were 18 and started dancing. We lived a life together... it was me and him against the world, chasing our dreams. "We were the only people there for each other so of course there is a much more profound connection there. You can't just throw that away."
