Stacey Solomon shares loved-up holiday snaps from rare date night with husband Joe Swash after being forced to clarify his whereabouts
The TV personality, 35, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share clips from a date night on the beach with Joe during their trip.
Despite previously sharing a sweet family snap with her spouse on the holiday, Stacey took to her Stories on Sunday to clarify that Joe was with her on the trip after fans queried where he was.
The star posted a loved-up snap with her husband, writing: 'For everyone asking... of course Joe's here, but we have five kids so anyone with kids knows you're always on split shifts. Here's a rare photo of us from last night.'
Again proving he was on the trip, Stacey shared that her sister Samantha Stone had taken the kids to the disco so that she and Joe could enjoy a rare date night.
'Mum and dad,' Stacey captioned a sweet selfie of her and Joe sipping rose wine on the beach.
Stacey also shared a clip where Joe was driving them to the beach on a gold buggy, before he kissed her forehead.
She later posted another video of her and Joe lying on a bench on the beach giving fans an insight into their evening.
Stacey said: 'People "What did you do on your date night?" Us: Laid there in silence and didn't talk to each other. This is true love. This is true love.'
'When silence isn't awkward, it's embraced,' Joe said, as Stacey added: 'Have you even got something to rest your head on? Are you just hanging off the edge?'
Joe laughed as he said: 'No this is quite uncomfortable actually. It's like the ultimate ab workout.'
'Why have you laid like that? Why have you done that?' Stacey said.
Joe sweetly replied: 'Because I offered you my arm and didn't realise no one's there to offer me their arm.
'So I've just got to hover my head a little bit.'
Stacey added: 'And that is true love. Suspended over a bench to make me comfortable.'
It comes after Stacey hit back at trolls questioning whether her husband Joe Swash has jetted off on holiday with her.
She had been sharing a glimpse at her family's summer break at a swanky £1,000-per-night hotel in Turkey.
Stacey has been soaking up the sun with her five children at the Regnum Carya hotel, and has posted various snaps from the trip on Instagram.
Hours earlier, Stacey showed off her figure in a plunging yellow bikini as she enjoyed a ride on a rubber ring going down a water slide.
The star admitted she was hoping to avoid washing her hair by using heatless curlers, and it proved to be a success as she displayed her bouncy waves in her hotel room later in the evening.
Stacey is currently away with her husband Joe Swash, 43, as well as their children, Rex, five, Rose, three, and Belle, two, as well as Stacey's older sons Zachary, 17, and Leighton, 12, from two previous relationships.
Stacey and Joe have long been regulars at Regnum Carya.
Prices at the lavish hotel begin at £1,000 per night.
Prior to her meal at Nikos, she had a girly day with daughters Belle and Rose, with the trio all wearing matching outfits.

Steve Irwin's daughter Bindi shares health update after emergency surgery
Bindi Irwin has given an update after she was rushed to hospital in the US for emergency surgery earlier this year, and said she finally has some 'answers' about her health Bindi Irwin, the 27-year-old daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin, has given her fans a crucial health update after undergoing emergency surgery in the US earlier this year. In an emotional Instagram post, she revealed that she is "finally feeling better" following her procedure and now has some answers about her long-standing battle with endometriosis after "waiting 13 years." In May, Bindi was rushed to hospital in severe pain while visiting the US with her mum, Terri Irwin, and brother, Robert Irwin, for the annual Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas. She had emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix, and during the operation, she also received further treatment for her endometriosis. In an Instagram post shared this week, the Australian native said she is "genuinely healing" after an astonishing 51 endometriosis lesions were removed along with a "chocolate cyst", which is a type of ovarian cyst filled with old blood. She penned: "13 years of fighting for answers. 51 endometriosis lesions, a chocolate cyst, and my appendix were all removed across two surgeries with @seckinmd. My hernia from giving birth that was unzipping - was taken care of. "I can FINALLY say that I'm feeling better. Genuinely healing. I can function in everyday life without wanting to throw up or pass out from the pain. Slowly, slowly gaining my strength back." Bindi went on to say she "felt ashamed" as a teenager when she was told the pain she experienced was "just part of being a woman", and is committed to campaigning for women's health to be taken seriously. She continued: "I cannot express the gravity of my emotions as I am beginning to recognise myself again. I felt utterly ashamed as a teenager and young adult being told that my pain was just part of being a woman. I felt lesser. I felt hurt. I felt weak. That is not ok. "Young girls and women shouldn't feel alone with pain in the driver's seat of their lives. We need to take away the stigma of talking about women's health. It's time to have open discussions and make change on a global scale." Followers responding to Bindi's post applauded her for speaking out about endometriosis and championing the battle for women's health, with many saying they are "proud" of her efforts. One person said: "So proud of you for speaking up and sharing your journey." Another added: "I applaud you for raising awareness about this. It's time women stopped being gaslighted about this and other women's health issues. I'm glad you're feeling better and hope the future is brighter and easier when your daughter is your age. Bravo, you!!" A third stated: "So happy you are healing Bindi and sharing your journey to encourage discussion about this horrific disease." Bindi has previously opened up about her struggle to get a diagnosis for endometriosis. She revealed that she had been living with the condition since she was 13, but it took a decade before she underwent her first surgery. Despite visiting numerous doctors and undergoing "every test you could imagine", all results came back clear, suggesting she was a "healthy young woman", despite the excruciating pain she experienced during her periods. Following the birth of her daughter, Grace, in 2021, the pain escalated to the point where she "couldn't move". It was only after visiting a doctor in the US and undergoing exploratory surgery that she finally received her diagnosis.

Darius Danesh's ex-wife speaks out after tragic death and undiagnosed condition
Former Pop Idol contestant Darius Campbell Danesh died suddenly at the age of 41 in August 2022 Darius Campbell Danesh' ex-wife has paid tribute to the late singer on the third anniversary of his death. The former Pop Idol contestant died suddenly at the age of 41 in August 2022 after inhaling chloroethane - also known as ethyl chloride - at his Minnesota apartment. Three years on from the tragedy, 50-year-old Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge - who filed for divorce from the Colourblind hitmaker in 2013, after just over two years of marriage - has admitted she still misses him dearly. Alongside a series of pictures of Darius, including one of the couple posing in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, she penned on Instagram on August 11: "Love and light always. Miss you today…. Sending love to the Danesh's and everyone whose life he touched." According to his girlfriend, Darius had been "living with a broken neck" and an undiagnosed heart condition when he died. Lauren Cheek explained that an autopsy revealed that his heart was "twice the size" it should have been and that she believes he used the recreational anaesthetic to alleviate the pain. She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Darius was living with this heart condition that he didn't know he had. So many things could have taken him, but this one thing did, and he died in his sleep. "His mum told me they only found out after they did the autopsy. His heart was twice the size it was supposed to be, which was fitting, because that is genuinely how he was — he had so much love. "The autopsy also found he was living with a broken neck, but he refused to get help or complain about it. I think he used (chloroethane) because he was in so much pain and he didn't want to take pills, not even aspirin. That's what killed him — the substance mixed with his heart and he couldn't take it." Lauren went on to add that Darius - who shot to fame when he gave a memorable rendition of Britney Spears ' hit '...Baby One More Time' on the ITV talent show Popstars before releasing a string of hit singles and eventually going on to star in the West End - had sustained his injuries whilst racing with Hollywood actor Gerard Butler and always "refused" when she urged him to see a doctor. She added: "He was with Gerry (Butler) in Monaco for the Grand Prix and they slammed into a wall during a race with the Prince of Monaco. I don't think it ever fully healed and then he rebroke it because he got hit by a car in London a year or two before he died when he was riding a bike. "And then he got into a car accident with his dad in Scotland. D was in the passenger seat, his dad was driving and someone drove into them. "He was always in pain and I would beg him to see the doctor, but he refused. He was trying to find a natural remedy.'

Health warning as chikungunya cases detected among returning travellers
Holiday makers have been urged to take precautions against mosquito bites while abroad amid a rise in cases of the chikungunya virus among travellers returning to Britain. Chikungunya is a virus spread by mosquito bites, the symptoms of which include a sudden fever and joint pain. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has also detected the first cases of the emerging disease oropouche virus in the UK, all of which were linked to travel from Brazil. According to UKHSA, most people recover within two weeks, although the joint pain can last for months or even years in some cases. Serious complications are not common, but in rare cases the disease can be fatal, particularly in very young or older people, or those with underlying health conditions. The latest travel-associated infections report from UKHSA shows there were 73 cases of chikungunya reported between January and June 2025, compared to 27 cases for the same period last year. The majority were linked to travel to Sri Lanka, India and Mauritius. All cases were reported in England, primarily in London. There is currently no risk of onward transmission of chikungunya, as the two species of mosquito that transmit the disease are not established in the UK, UKHSA said. The illness mainly occurs in Africa and Asia, specifically southern Asia, although cases have been reported in Europe and parts of North America. However, this year there have been outbreaks in the Americas and Asia, with surges in China and the Indian Ocean islands of Reunion, Mayotte and Mauritius. Dr Philip Veal, consultant in public health at UKHSA, said: 'Chikungunya can be a nasty disease and we're seeing a worrying increase in cases among travellers returning to the UK. 'While this mosquito-borne infection is rarely fatal, it can cause severe joint and muscle pain, headaches, sensitivity to light and skin rashes. Thankfully symptoms usually improve within a few weeks, but joint pain may last for months or longer. 'It is essential to take precautions against mosquito bites when travelling. 'Simple steps, such as using insect repellent, covering up your skin and sleeping under insecticide-treated bed nets can greatly reduce the risk.' Two chikungunya vaccines are approved for use in the UK and are available to buy after an assessment at a private travel clinic. Meanwhile, the first UK cases of oropouche virus, which is spread by midge bites, have been detected by UKHSA. The three cases were all associated with travel to Brazil. The flu-like illness can cause a fever, headaches, joint pain, muscle pain, chills, nausea and vomiting. Officials urged anyone who becomes unwell with these symptoms after travel to affected areas, including parts of Central and South America and the Caribbean, to seek urgent medical advice. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), before late 2023, oropouche virus was mostly reported near the Amazon rainforest area. However, in 2024, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Guyana, Peru and the Dominican Republic reported locally transmitted cases of the disease. The UKHSA report also shows a rise in travel-associated cholera cases in the UK, with eight cases in the first half of the year compared to just one in 2024. Most cases were linked with travel to India and Ethiopia. There was also a 67 per cent decrease in the number of dengue cases reported in England, Wales and Northern Ireland from January to June, and there were just four cases of zika virus during the period, down from nine in 2024.
