OnePlus is gearing up for the summer launch event. At the event the company will unveil the new OnePlus Nord series. The series will include the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePLus Nord CE5.
Launch date
OnePlus has already confirmed that the Nord 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip, a significant upgrade from the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 in the Nord 4.
New processor
The phone is rumored to arrive with a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support.
Massive battery upgrade
It is confirmed to feature 144 FPS display and is likely to arrive sporting a flat OLED screen.
Expected display
At the back, the teaser images reveal that the OnePlus Nord will be ditching the horizontal camera island for a vertically-aligned, pill-shaped camera module.
Camera design
The phone is also confirmed to get a 50 megapixel sensor for both rear and front camera.
