Helen and Gethin, 47, have been spending an increasing amount of time together outside of the studio, including trips to a spa at a country club.
On Saturday, Gethin paid a special tribute to his co-star on her 42nd birthday.
He posted a photo of the former Blue Peter star surrounded by a flock of sheep.
Gethin wrote: "Penblwydd Hapus," which translates to Happy Birthday in Welsh.
He then joked: "Have the best time hanging out with your mates," referring to the farm animals.
He added a kiss at the end of the message, which has further fuelled speculation of a romance.
In June, The Sun revealed last month that co-presenters relationship had heated up in recent months.
And they were spotted looking loved up as they headed to a country club and spa.
An insider said: 'Gethin and Helen were all over each other. They are clearly super comfortable with each other and it wasn't just like two friends hanging out.
Strictly legends and Traitors' stars to join Gethin Jones and Helen Skelton on their epic 24-hour roller-skating challenge
'Helen was really laughing and smiling as they spent time together before heading off in the late afternoon.'
They both appear on the BBC show on week day mornings, which is based in Manchester.
Helen is based in Cornwall with her children Ernie, nine, Louis, eight, and Elsie, three, who she shares with her ex-husband Richie Myler.
It was first reported in May how their relationship had become more than a friendship.
They were pictured close at the Baftas and last year were spotted at a charity ball set up by Rob Burrow's sisters, with a source adding about the ball: "It was very clear that Helen and Gethin were together as a couple at the event.
"They were with close friends of Helen's and their connection was undeniable."
Helen's husband Richie Myler left her for Stephanie Thirkill in 2022.
Helen announced her split from rugby league ace Richie in April 2022 as she revealed he left the family home.
Just four months after Helen gave birth to her third child Elsie, he walked out of their nine-year marriage.
The Strictly star faced further heartbreak when her rugby player ex went on to have two children with his new love.
Gethin, who has previously dated former Towie star Lucy Mecklenburgh and was engaged to mezzo-soprano singer Katherine Jenkins, recently revealed that he's had little success on the dating scene.
Helen and Gethin took part in an epic Comic Relief challenge earlier this year and both gushed about each other after raising £34million for charity.
Helen said on social media: "I don't publicly say often enough how much love and respect I have for you my friend because I assume it is well known.
"But for the record you're a legend and I am beyond grateful to have you by my side on the rink, the sofa and beyond."

Love Island star reveals he's bought his mum a house after raking it in as an influencer

Love Island's Dami Hope has splashed out on a new house for his mum after shooting to fame on the ITV show, where he reached the final with girlfriend, Indiyah Pollack, in 2022 Love Island star, Dami Hope, has revealed he has treated his mum to a new house after making mega money from his influencer gigs. The 29-year-old has done well for himself since making his debut on the ITV dating show in 2022, where he met girlfriend, Indiyah Pollack. ‌ Taking to Instagram, showing off the results of his work as a full-time influencer, in which he promotes a range of stuff, including designer clothes, concierge services - and Asos - Dami admitted he couldn't believe he was a property owner as he shared a slew of snaps of a fancy pad, which featured a custom painting of himself and his mum on the wall. ‌ Captioning the carousel, in which Dami can be seen grinning in his mum's new kitchen next to a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers, he wrote: "I actually can't believe I'm typing this… I bought a house in the UK. But not just any house—this one's for my mum. ‌ "After years of manifesting, grinding, praying (and dodging the when will you buy a house? chats), this moment right here is different. "My siblings, you already know—you're part of the furniture now." ‌ Paying tribute to his dad, who sadly died last year, he added: "Dad, I wish you were here to see this. Everything I am is because of you both. This one's for you too." Continuing, he said of the house, which features a plush glass annexe and sizeable garden: "Growing up in an African household, the pressure is real. ‌ "But now I can officially tell my mum to retire that question because guess what? She's living in the answer. By God's grace, we did it." Earlier this year, Dami revealed he was flogging things on Vinted, with their listed items ranging from £3 to £300. ‌ Since his time in the villa, the former microbiologist from Ireland has collaborated with various brands on social media, including modelling different outfits in posts over the years. The former islander has also launched his own fashion brand, Snow Bunny. And amid growing interest in 'pre-loved fashion,' in a post on his Instagram Story, Dami revealed that he has an account on Vinted and showed off what he was selling. Sharing snaps of some Levis trainers and a Pretty Little Thing mini skirt, he wrote: "Getting rid of some bits on @vinted." He shared his account name @hopecollections365 and said he would also post on another online marketplace, Grailed, adding: "Gonna upload to Grailed later also." ‌ Last year, the reality star revealed his father had sadly died as he shared emotional photos from his funeral, telling fans he's 'learning how to live without him.' The final photo was of the sun shining through the clouds, as Dami captioned the post: "The healing chapter: learning to live without him."

And the Scotsman took his opportunity to bring up the shift in darts in his response, even calling out younger players for "walking round with 'their bloody headphones in'. He said: 'I was sitting thinking the other day, having a talk with [Ian] White, [Adrian] Lewis, [Phil] Taylor, [Kevin] Painter, we used to sit and have a cracking laugh. 'Nowadays, I'd rather sit like this. Nobody talks to anybody. You don't have a good laugh, you don't have a bit of banter. You need to have a laugh.
