Report – Inter Milan & Club Brugge Agree On Buyback Clause Ahead Of Young Midfielder's Transfer To Belgium
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the clubs have ironed out all the details of the transfer.
Despite accepting Club Brugge's €10 million offer, Inter had refused to sanction the deal immediately.
Indeed, the Nerazzurri were reluctant to let Aleksandar Stankovic leave without a buyback clause.
And that was a central point of discussion for weeks.
Inter Milan & Club Brugge Agree Terms for Aleksandar Stankovic Transfer
After weeks of talks, Club Brugge have agreed to include a €23m buyback option.
Therefore, Inter will have a chance to re-sign the 19-year-old next summer or the year after.
However, the fee will rise to €25m in 2027, meaning Inter would have to spend more if they wait.
Furthermore, the Italian giants have secured a sell-on percentage in any future transfer.
Indeed, they will earn 10% from Stankovic's next move.
