NBA playoffs odds, lines, betting: Oklahoma City Thunder one win away from NBA Finals
The Oklahoma City Thunder (-375) are now the prohibitive title favorites at BetMGM, followed by the Indiana Pacers (+550), New York Knicks (10-1) and Minnesota Timberwolves (40-1). The Thunder responded to a Game 3 blowout by making several big shots down the stretch in a 128-126 Game 4 win over the Wolves to take a 3-1 series lead.

In the East, the Knicks entered as -155 series favorites, which is only the second time in the past 50 years that the franchise has been favored in a conference finals series. The Pacers, however, won both games at Madison Square Garden to take a 2-0 series lead, before the Knicks held on to win Game 3.
Whereas public betting may waver at times during the NBA season because of all the injuries and load management, the playoffs are a big betting event, Thomas Gable, sportsbook director at the Borgata in Atlantic City — a BetMGM book — told Yahoo Sports.
"From a betting perspective, the handle is very good," Gable said. "The NBA suffers from the way that they handle the day-to-day season with players resting, and I think a lot of the recreational players have phased out of the NBA because of that. But the playoffs are a totally different story."
Here are the updated series prices for the 2025 NBA playoffs from BetMGM:

Knicks are now the betting favorites to land NBA superstar
Knicks fans continue to dream of seeing Giannis Antetokounmpo in orange and blue. And now the oddsmakers say it's increasingly worth betting on. Antetokounmpo is due to make $58 million next season in Milwaukee and has two years plus a player option remaining on his contract. If Antetokounmpo does get traded, the Knicks are now the betting favorites -- although it's unclear what assets New York would be able to deal for him. The odds were initially opened for 29 teams on April 29. At that time, the Nets were 3/1 favorites to land Giannis, followed by Houston (4/1), OKC (5/1), Orlando (7/1) and Golden State (8/1). Since then, the Spurs, Raptors, Rockets and even Celtics were listed as favorites. Below are the latest odds per Giannis Antetokounmpo Next Team New York Knicks 1/1 San Antonio Spurs 2/1 Miami Heat 4/1 Brooklyn Nets 5/1 Houston Rockets 20/1 Toronto Raptors 20/1 Boston Celtics 22/1 Cleveland Cavaliers 22/1 Memphis Grizzlies 22/1 Atlanta Hawks 28/1 Dallas Mavericks 28/1 Golden State Warriors 33/1 Oklahoma City Thunder 33/1 Orlando Magic 33/1 Los Angeles Lakers 40/1 New Orleans Pelicans 40/1 Charlotte Hornets 50/1 Denver Nuggets 50/1 Detroit Pistons 50/1 Los Angeles Clippers 50/1 Portland Trail Blazers 50/1 Utah Jazz 50/1 Chicago Bulls 66/1 Indiana Pacers 66/1 Phoenix Suns 66/1 Sacramento Kings 66/1 Washington Wizards 75/1 Minnesota Timberwolves 80/1 Philadelphia 76ers 80/1 KNICKS ADDING TO STAFF In other Knicks news, the team is reportedly hiring TJ Saint to Mike Brown's staff, per SNY. Brooklyn Nets jersey history No. 22 - Maurice McHartley (1968)
The Brooklyn Nets have 52 jersey numbers worn by over 600 different players over the course of their history since the franchise was founded in 1967 as a charter member of the American Basketball Association (ABA), when the team was known as the "New Jersey Americans". Since then, that league has been absorbed by the NBA with the team that would later become the New York Nets and New Jersey Nets before settling on the name by which they are known today, bringing their rich player and jersey history with them to the league of today. To commemorate the players who played for the Nets over the decades wearing those 52 different jersey numbers, Nets Wire is covering the entire history of the franchise's jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. The 23rd of those 52 different numbers is jersey No. 22, which has has had a total of 31 players wear the number in the history of the team. The fourth of those players wearing No. 22 played in the (then) New York (now, Brooklyn) Nets era, guard alum Maurice McHartley. After ending his college career at North Carolina A&T, McHartley was picked up with the 60th overall selection of the 1964 NBA Draft by the (then) St. Louis (now, Atlanta) Hawks. The Detroit, Michigan native spent his first three seasons playing in a competing domestic league instead before signing with the ABA's (defunct) Dallas Chaparrals in 1967. He was dealt to New York in 1968, and played for the team for 24 games before he would be dealt to the (defunct) Miami Floridians that same year. During his time suiting up for the Nets, McHartley wore only jersey No. 22 and put up 12.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and as many assists per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.

Golden State Warriors jersey history - No. 20 - Tim Legler (1995)
The Golden State Warriors have had over 600 players don the more than 60 jersey numbers used by their players over the more than 75 years of existence the team has enjoyed in its rich and storied history. Founded in 1946 during the Basketball Association of America (BAA -- a precursor league of the NBA) era, the team has called home the cities of Philadelphia, San Francisco, Oakland, and even San Diego. To commemorate the players who wore those numbers, Warriors Wire is covering the entire history of jersey numbers and the players who sported them since the founding of the team. For this article, we begin with the 15th of 29 players who wore the No. 20 jersey for the Warriors. That player would be Golden State guard alum Tim Legler. After ending his college career at La Salle, Legler would go unselected in the 1988 NBA Draft, instead playing in other domestic leagues until he signed with the Phoenix Suns in 1990. The Washington, District of Columbia native also played for the Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, and Dallas Mavericks before he signed with Golden State in 1995. His stay with the team would span 24 games for his first of two stints before he would sign with the (then) Washington Bullets (now, Wizards) later that year. He would return to the Dubs for his final season in the NBA in 1999. During his time suiting up for the Warriors, Leglere wore only jersey Nos. 20 and 23 and put up 5.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. All stats and data courtesy of Basketball Reference.
