Surgery made my body look abnormal – I'm taking drastic measures to fix it, but not with fat jabs, says Lauren Goodger

The Sun6 hours ago

WITH her cosmetically enhanced bosom and gravity defying Brazilian butt lift, Lauren Goodger was just one of many reality stars determined to attain that infamous Kardashian look back in the late 2010s.
And as Lauren's fame grew so did her boobs and bum, trips to the surgeon weren't uncommon and she quickly became the queen of curves, which she regularly showed off alongside her plump pout.

But fast forward a decade, and the TOWIE star regrets ever going under the surgeon's scalpel, admitting: 'I've ruined my looks with surgery - I hate my fake boobs and bum now.'
And like scores of others in her position, from Love Island's Faye Winter to Geordie Shore' s Chloe Ferry, the 38-year-old mum is getting ALL of her surgeries reversed in a bid to return to the fresh-faced girl who first hit our TV screens all the way back in 2010.
The reality star exclusively told The Sun: 'I feel like my body looks abnormal - I don't need these massive boobs and massive bum.
'They make me look bigger than I am and I wish I'd never had them done in the first place. When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see is lumps and bumps everywhere.
'I'm 100% getting it all reversed. I don't want anything fake in my body. This look doesn't suit me anymore and I'm ready to go back to the old Lauren.'
Under the knife
Lauren's surgery journey began in 2013 when she had her boobs boosted from a 34D to a 34E.
While she was thrilled with them at first, after two pregnancies - Lauren gave birth to daughter Larose in July 2021 and lost her second daughter, Lorena, a year later - she is deeply unhappy with how they look.
My boobs and bum make me look bigger than I am and I wish I'd never had them done in the first place.
Lauren on her body
'I've had a great time with my boobs over the years, but since being pregnant twice back to back and breastfeeding, my body has changed and they are absolutely massive now. They must be a size G or a H and I can't wear a bra. I just wear sports bras.
'I went to see a surgeon not long ago, and he told me the implant has dropped too, so rather than being in place, they've sagged.'
And it's not just the appearance of her boobs that Lauren is unhappy with.
She adds: 'They are just so heavy and uncomfortable. I get back ache, they're so heavy I even struggle breathing and getting dressed is really hard work. I can't wear anything nice because it doesn't fit my boobs.'
Two years after getting her implants, Lauren then decided to supersize her derriere with not one but TWO butt lifts.
Lauren Goodger reveals new face as she gets huge 'butterfly lips'
'I had my bum done in 2016 and I loved it at first, but then I decided it wasn't big enough so I got it done again in 2017,' she recalls.
"It was the fashion at the time, but I was also a lot smaller then too and I trained a lot.
'But again, after two pregnancies, my bum is absolutely huge. It was never this big before.'
And the type of surgery Lauren had makes it more difficult to reverse.
'With a BBL, you can either have an implant in, or fat transfer. I had the fat transfer - I basically had 360-degree lipo from my knees up and they put it all into my bum.
'In hindsight, I wish that I had an implant, because then they could just take it out, but I had fat put in the muscle so it's harder to reduce it.'
Determined, however, to undo the damage she has done to herself, Lauren has made a plan, starting with her breast explant surgery.
'I've booked to have my boobs out at the end of the year before Christmas, and I'm really excited,' she reveals, adding that the op will cost around £12,000.
'For me, surgery is a much bigger deal now than when I was younger, as I'm a mum now and need to be around for my daughter, Larose. I've been through a lot of trauma since I lost Lorena, and I've got a lot of fears and anxiety, but I've done a lot of work on myself and I'm ready now.
'When I get these boobs out, they are going to cut the majority of the skin away too, so I'll be left with these nice little round perky boobs like I used to have.
'Everyone is going to be like, 'Bloody hell Lauren, you look half the size.' I bumped into a friend recently and it looked like she'd lost about two stone, but she'd just had her implants out. It will make a massive, massive difference.
'Then once the boobs are out, I'll look at getting my bum small again, which I'll have to combine with getting back in the gym and training. I can't wait.'
Body struggles
Being scrutinised in the public eye has seriously affected her over the years, and she admits it definitely gave her body dysmorphia at the time.
She says: 'I've always been bullied for my appearance - even when I wore a size 6-8, I was made to feel big. Magazines always printed pictures of me with unflattering angles, or they'd be distorted and unrealistic. Nobody allowed me to be small.
'My appearance has always been so scrutinised - even my teeth. I always had beautiful teeth, but I got veneers because I saw these pictures of me that didn't look anything like me where it looked like I had teeth missing. I felt like I needed a bigger smile, but I regret that as well.
'When Larose is older, I won't let her get anything done because she is beautiful as she is. I never listened to my mum, but Larose will listen to me. She'll learn from my mistakes.'
Now Lauren says she's sworn off surgery for life and the only thing she'll ever have done in future is Botox.
'The only I don't regret is my botox - that's amazing and I'll never stop that! ' she smiles. 'But even then, I only have it twice a year.
'I haven't had any filler in my lips since 2022 either. I'm too scared to get it done now, so I just leave it and it dissolves on its own.'
'I'll never take jabs'
She also vows never to resort to fat jabs like Ozempic and Mounjaro, despite their soaring popularity.
She tells The Sun: 'I'll never take them, it's against everything that I believe,' Lauren insists. 'We don't know the full side effects of them, they've not been around for long enough. Also I think a lot of people don't just lose fat, they lose muscle, which is why they look frail. I feel like it just ages everyone as well.'
"Everyone is on there own journey and I am not here to judge anyone that's just my personal opinion. I know people that rave about the jabs and I am happy for them. But it's not for me'.
Although she knows her total transformation won't happen overnight, she's excited for the day when she is finally back to her old self. 'I literally can't wait, I'd get rid of all this surgery tomorrow if I could.'

'I've always known I'm a sexy girl, but I'll feel sexier than ever when all of this is done.'
The single star insists, however, that her make-under is all for herself, and nothing to do with making herself more appealing to a man.
'People think I'm back with Charles [Drury, Larose and Lorena's dad] but I'm not. We're just co-parenting because we want to keep things as normal as we can for Larose.
'I'm very much single. Of course, I'd like to settle down with someone again one day, but right now I'm focusing on healing myself.

I had the perfect boobs... they have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for one year they have now changed and I've always found they make me look bigger! "Also they are heavy and I don't like the idea of an implant being in me all these years and I miss my old boobs so much .. so after looking around I've found someone that I feel really keen with having my consultation with @marksolomos! This is a HUGE step for me I've wanted to have them removed for so long but suffering with serve anxiety surgery is the last thing I can do!" In a new interview, Lauren, who was once engaged to childhood sweetheart Mark Wright, reflected further on her past surgeries and admitted they've left her feeling that her body appears 'abnormal'. Speaking to Closer magazine last year, she said: "When I had everything done, I looked the b****ks. My boobs looked amazing, I loved how I looked in pictures and all the attention. But now I wish I'd never had anything. I want it all out." She lamented the physical discomfort and aesthetic issues caused by her enhanced features, stating: "My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural." Speaking to OK! magazine, the Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing on Ice star revealed that she hasn't had fillers for more than two years, although she opts for Botox thrice annually. Lauren also explained how she abstains from alcohol, cigarettes, vaping, and caffeine, aiming to lead a 'healthier and happier' lifestyle.

Say Hello To Love Island's New Bombshell, Harrison Solomon

We've lost count of the number of hotties in this year's Love Island villa, from Tommy Bradley and Ben Holbrough to Dejon Noel-Williams. Joining the hunks is handsome footballer and model Harrison Solomon, who will be making his entrance as the ITV2 dating show's newest bombshell tonight – much to the surprise to the rest of the villa. 'I'm excited – I just want to get in there. I'm buzzing to go in,' he says. 'There's a lot of girls in there that are my type. It could get a little busy, honestly.' Harrison Solomon is the latest bombshell to follow in the footsteps of Remell Mullins and Shea Mannings to enter the villa. He joined the show on 17 June. Harrison is from Derby, but lives in Florida where he has been studying. Harrison played football at the University of New Hampshire and played in defence for Derby County's youth side. Harrison is friends with Amber Wise, who was on the show in 2023. You can find Harrison @hj_solomon, where he shares photos of himself on holiday, playing football and with pals. 'Personality is a big thing, so it depends who I vibe with in there,' he says. 'I need someone who is fiery and got a bit of an attitude. I don't want someone boring in the corner. I want someone who has got a bit of substance and voices their opinion. Confidence, being family oriented is a big one for me and someone who is ambitious, too.' He adds, 'I like a challenge, I like a bit of the chase.' 'Stuck up and rude' ladies need not apply. And while they don't have to be a footy fan, Harrison would like them to have a basic knowledge of the sport. 'Girls I've dated before have been into it. My perfect situation is for them to come with my family, watch me play and understand – at least slightly – what's going on.' Love Island 2025: Meet Bombshell Emily Moran

With producers promising 'twists and turns' in this year's series of Love Island, the latest season is definitely living up to our expectations. Brutal dumpings, cold-hearted uncouplings, endless drama and game-playing is clearly on the agenda this time around. Within days of the series' start, a number of male and female bombshells entered the Love Island villa to shake things up. One of them is Emily Moran. Let's find out more about her... Emily Moran is one of the Love Island 2025 bombshells, who entered the villa on day five alongside Yasmin Pettet and Malisha Jordan. Emily is from Aberdare, in Wales – the same town as Nicole Samuel from last year's show. She was living in Sydney, Australia, before flying back for Love Island. Emily works as an insurance development executive. She does! You can find her @emilyxmorann She definitely sounds like someone we don't want to cross! 'I'm really stubborn. I am always right and I don't argue unless I know I'm right,' Emily says. 'If someone's arguing with me and I know I'm right… watch out! I'm not very good at being the one to say 'sorry', I'm stubborn and set in my ways. If I make my mind up I'm set, which can be good and bad. I'm decisive, 100 percent.' Currently in her 'wholesome era', she works out every day – her faves are Pilates and running – and she enjoys reading. She still likes a night out but admits she's home by 10pm. She says that she's all for girl power and won't steal a guy from another villa-mate, unless the circumstances feel right. 'I wouldn't go after someone who wasn't giving me the vibe back, I wouldn't choose someone who didn't fancy me,' Emily explains. 'You can always feel if there's a vibe. I wouldn't want someone who doesn't want me or was giving someone else the time of day or lying to me. I want to be open and honest.' She reveals he's got to have the right combination of brains and brawn. 'Someone with emotional intelligence for one. Someone who is really confident but not cocky. They can hold a room, communicate… oh, and biceps!' she says. Emily is holding out for her knight. 'I want someone who is just really genuine and kind. I know that sounds so naff, but it's hard to find these days,' she explains. 'I'd also like a man who genuinely cares about my wellbeing and my feelings and wants to look after me. I want a male figure comforting me and wanting to do the little things, like getting me a morning coffee and noticing if my back needs suncream. I feel like that's where people have lacked before.' What she doesn't want is someone who is rude, admitting that anyone with 'bad manners, being rude, not saying please and thank you' would put her off. 'I'd rather someone be overly polite than not say it at all.' Being a latecomer to the party meant that Emily wasn't able to match officially with a guy – until the fourth recoupling. She's been getting closer to Irish rugby player Conor Phillips, but his 'partner' Toni Laites stood in the way. Wanting to be honest and open, Emily had a talk with Toni. 'He [Conor] mentioned [going to] the Hideaway, but I said no because I respect how you've been throughout the whole situation,' Emily told Toni. She also made it clear that she doesn't want to hurt her, adding, 'I think the world of you, you'll have your man, you will! Toni then confronted Conor, paving the way clear for Emily and Conor to explore their feelings. Where will they go from here?
