She bravely shared the health issue with her Instagram followers and was inundated with hundreds of messages from mums suffering with the same condition.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Binky says: "I actually put the gum thing online because I had no idea what it was and if it was common.
"I was really worried about it and I actually only learnt through social media. By the way, hundreds of messages I got from other parents, other women, saying they've got the same.
"I think the old wives tale is that you lose a tooth per child. I don't know, I'm freaking out, I'm going to have a tooth in ten years."
Mum to daughter India, eight, from her past relationship with Josh 'JP' Patterson and sons Wolfie, three, and Wilder, one, with husband Max Darnton, Binky uses her platform to give an honest account of motherhood – warts and all.
She continues: "Anyway, there's lots of not so glamorous things that happen after giving birth and having children.
"I mean, I've started having to do my greys. I think it's all fun and games, and obviously the good outweighs the bad.
"I think it's really important to talk about those things on social media. It calmed me down knowing how common this was and I've got some really great recommendations.
"I'm hoping I can do the same with other people. Like my son's sesame allergy, helping to get these things desensitised and kind of being open and honest and talking about things like having cancerous cells, getting a smear test.
"I'm using my platform for helping and educating in any small way I can."
Made in Chelsea stars stage the Ultimate Reunion
Binky feels her family is now complete, though admits she would like to add one more child to her brood.
Eight years on from leaving Made In Chelsea, she says she finally feels like she has her "s**t together".
"I feel like I've had child after child, and I've kind of been in the woods slightly, feeling a little bit kind of out of it," she admits. "And now I feel like I'm kind of getting my my Mojo back."
Though as happy as she is, Binky isn't immune from the challenges that face mums and dads up and down the country.
She's teamed up with Heinz to promote its new Mr. Men Little Miss pasta sauce in a bid to make mealtimes that little bit easier and tastier.
The release of the smooth Bolognese sauce, which contains 100 percent natural ingredients and three vegetables, comes after new research found over a third of parents struggle getting their children to eat veg.
Binky says: "I think all meal times are pretty stressful, and I've gone down the route of kind of creating beautiful masterpieces that have taken me hours to make, and I put them in front of my children, and there's vegetables in there. There's everything you could think of that's like going to shove goodness in them, and of course they roll their eyes, push their plate away, and they can go completely silent on me.
"So I have to take myself off into a different room, just to kind of calm down and just kind of breathe after being completely
shot down by my children.
"I've just realised that if there's any easy,
nutritious, yummy thing out there like this amazing sauce Bolognese sauce. It's a bit of a no brainer, really."
Adding to the fun for kids is the inclusion of new character Mr. Ridiculously Good on the label.
Away from family life, Binky has been filming the second run of Beyond Chelsea, the Made In Chelsea spin-off following the lives of original stars Binky, Lucy Watson and Rosie Fortescue.
Binky pitched the idea to telly bosses last year after being constantly asked what the cast members were up to now and is delighted with how it's been received.
And she's also launching her first kidswear range with Marks & Spencer which she calls a "pinch me" moment.
She says: "I mean, I've had my first bra fitted at Marks and Spencers. I've grown up with Marks and Spencers. So that was a really cool career highlight."
The new pasta sauce will be available nationwide in Tesco from 23rd July and other retailers from the end of July, with an RRP of £3.00 and an introductory offer of £1.75.

‘Killed it on the spot': Toddler bites cobra to death after it coiled around his hands

An infant in the northern Indian state of Bihar reportedly bit a cobra to death after it coiled around his hands. The one-year-old boy, identified only by his first name Govinda, bit the cobra while he was playing at his home in the small town of Bettiah near the Indo-Nepal border, according to local news reports. "When we saw the snake in the child's hand, everyone rushed towards him, but in the meantime, he already bit the snake, killing it on the spot," the child's grandmother told local news. After biting the snake, the boy fainted and was rushed to a primary health care centre for initial treatment, after which he was taken to the town's Government Medical College Hospital (GMCH). 'The boy, Govind Kumar, was referred here yesterday by the primary health centre close to his village where he was rushed by family members after he fainted soon after chewing on the live snake,' hospital superintendent Duvakant Mishra told Indian Express. The venom's effects were reportedly mild, only knocking the boy unconscious, but not fatal. "Timely treatment saved Govinda's life," Saurabh Kumar, a doctor of the government hospital, told the Times of India. "The child's condition is currently stable and treatment is being administered under the supervision of doctors. The medical team is treating the child, providing continuous medication, and he is under observation,' Dr Kumar said. Govinda reportedly is being closely monitored at GMCH Bettiah with treatment for poisoning expected to start if he started showing any symptoms, according to local news reports. India has around 300 species of snakes, including 60 highly venomous snakes such as the Russell's vipers, kraits, and the saw-scaled viper, which are responsible for most of the bite-related deaths. The Indian cobra completes this list of the "big four" species responsible for the most snakebites in India. The country recorded over a million snake bite deaths in just two decades from 2000-19, according to a study published in 2020 in the journal eLife. More than two-thirds of the recorded deaths came from eight of India's 28 states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh.

Dance teacher who claims she had to stop working after 'emotional meltdown' at yoga retreat sues organiser for £200k

A DANCE teacher who claims she had to stop working after an "emotional meltdown" at a yoga retreat is suing the organiser for £200,000. Melissa Revell paid out £2,250 for a teacher training course in 2019 in Goa run by Brit yoga guru Jamie Clarke and Mexican instructor Dulce Aguilar. 5 She claims the intense self-exploration exercises brought on a breakdown which has left her unable to work or look after herself. The dance teacher and personal trainer said her weight ballooned from a size 6 to a size 16 and is now suing The Yoga People International Ltd for £200,000 compensation. Revell claims the course involved unadvertised psychological exercises, which led to her being "re-traumatised" when memories relating to her being adopted were triggered. She said that as a result, she went from being fit, active and working to being "not able to care for herself". Revell also claims she now leads "an extremely reclusive, impoverished and dysfunctional life" with "acute anxiety whenever she leaves the flat." But lawyers for the yoga company insist Clarke, Aguilar and its other staff did nothing wrong. They also deny there was any "psychological" element to the training and say the emotional collapse Revell claims to have suffered was not a foreseeable risk of a yoga course. The High Court was told she paid for the 200-hour training course in September and October 2019, with the aim of becoming a qualified teacher of Ashtanga yoga. But she ended up leaving India early after having a meltdown triggered by an exercise in exploring childhood memories, her barrister says. He added: "On 24 September 2019, Ms Aguilar instructed the claimant and the other students on the course to participate in a somatic touch session led by her. "Ms Aguilar explained that the purpose of the exercise was for the students to explore their childhood memories and their relationship with their parents so that they could forgive them for things they had done, heal and move forward. "As part of the exercise, the students were instructed to pair up and sit in a circle with one person sitting in front of the other. They were told to take turns in their pairs to hold the other person. "Whilst holding the other person, they were instructed to imagine that the other person was their parent and massage their shoulders, hold their hands and stroke their hair. Ms Aguilar said words such as 'I love you, you are my teacher, my carer, my nurturer and I forgive you'." The barrister said following the session, Revell "started shaking and feeling ill" and was gripped with "overwhelming anxiety". Revell reportedly spoke with Clarke about how she was feeling and was offered one-to-one therapy sessions back in the UK as he "could not spend all his time with one student". Her lawyer said this "dismissive response" along with "coercive pressure to participate" in further "psychology focused exercises" caused Revell to "become very ill" and fly home. She was subsequently diagnosed with "significant and severe complex PTSD and comorbid depersonalisation/derealisation disorder" and "functional neurological disorder", the court heard. 5 5 Her barrister said: "She remains significantly incapacitated by her injuries. Her long-term relationship with her partner failed as a result of her psychological illness. "Now she lives alone and leads an extremely reclusive, impoverished and dysfunctional life. "She does not go out much. She is not able to care for herself. She cannot cook or clean or do grocery shopping. Her home is untidy and dirty as a result. She struggles with self-care. "She can go for days without changing her clothes or washing her hair. She doesn't eat properly. As she is unable to exercise, she has gained weight; she used to be a UK size 6-8 and now is a size 14-16." Although she had a history of mental health problems going back to to her childhood, she had been in good mental and physical health between 2013 to 2014 and the yoga course, he added. The court was also told there was no warning about "possible re-traumatisation". But the company's lawyers argue there was no psychological or psychotherapy element to the course. It also claims Revell attended a party where students danced and sang karaoke on a beach while in India, with staff unaware of her alleged symptoms. The firm added: "There was no focus, or even reference, to considering traumatic events. The philosophy was of archetypes - fostering connection and love. "The claimant completed the exercise without complaint or distress and at the end of the session approached Ms Aguilar and said that she had loved the exercise and was moved by it. She gave Ms Aguilar a hug." The case is now set to return to court for a full hearing at a later date. 5
