As the two entities work together to modernize golf and accelerate the sport's adoption, ROSHN Group and LIV Golf will champion youth access to golf and promote golf and education talent development. These initiatives will be delivered as a central part of Potential Unleashed, LIV Golf's sustainability and community engagement program in collaboration with ROSHN Group's YUHYEEK CSR program.
At LIV Golf Andalucía, this collaboration launches the 'Rising Stars' program, the first of its kind to recruit and train up to 20 young Saudi golfers over six months with mentorship from LIV Golf players and a Saudi-based golf training program. The Rising Stars children will have the opportunity to attend 2025 LIV Golf events in the UK and USA while preparing for professional-amateur events in the 2026 season.
Following ROSHN Group's sponsorship of the 2022 and 2023 LIV Golf Jeddah events and LIV Golf Riyadh 2025, the Group is expanding its commitment to the sports sector internationally, fostering vibrant experiences, and supporting Saudi Arabia's growing presence in global sports.
The Group has sponsored sporting events such as the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the country's premier football league, the ROSHN Saudi League, and Al-Ittihad FC. ROSHN Group is developing two stadiums in support of Saudi Arabia's hosting of the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
ROSHN Group's YUHYEEK CSR program will align with LIV Golf's Potential Unleashed to roll out additional initiatives and drive community impact for those keen to build their golf skills within society.
LIV Golf fans who want to learn about ROSHN Group will be treated to curated hospitality experiences, B2B hosting, and immersive on-site activities throughout the summer at five international events, LIV Golf Andalucía, LIV Golf UK, and three US stops, including the season finale, LIV Golf Michigan.

The streaming numbers are out for 'Happy Gilmore 2' and that's what we call a hole-in-one
The reviews on "Happy Gilmore 2" are mixed. The results are not. The sequel to Adam Sandler's 1996 comedy hit Netflix on July 25 and the numbers don't lie. According to Variety, 46.7 million viewers streamed the movie in just three days — making it the biggest U.S. opening weekend in Netflix history. It also hit a high-water mark for Sandler, who has been a key cog for the platform. The movie brings back Sandler in the lead role. Co-stars Julie Bowen and Christopher McDonald are back to reprise their roles as Virginia Venit, a PGA Tour publicist-turned romantic interest for Happy, and cocky pro golfer Shooter McGavin, respectively. The film includes a ton of pro golfers making cameos as well, including Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler, Tony Finau, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele, Jordan Spieth and Will Zalatoris from the PGA Tour, as well as Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka from LIV Golf. Legends of the game make appearances, too, such as Jack Nicklaus, Lee Trevino and John Daly. When asked, McDonald said he loved meeting many of the players, but one two-time Masters champ stood out. "He's a good man, Bubba Watson. I have known a few of these golf legends and legends-in-training," McDonald said. "But seeing them one-on-one, it's like: 'Oh, my God, that's Rory McIlroy. That's Bryson DeChambeau. That's Scottie Scheffler.' It was mind-blowing for me. And I came in on my days off just to hang out with them." President Trump names Lawrence Taylor to Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition
On Thursday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order establishing the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. The order will also bring back the Presidential Fitness Test for students in public schools. "From the late 1950s until 2013, graduate scholars all across our country competed against each other in the Presidential Fitness Test, and it was a big deal. This was a wonderful tradition, and we're bringing it back," Trump said, via the San Francisco Chronicle. The council will be led by LIV Golf pro Bryson DeChambeau (chairman) and will also include retired New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor and former Giants running back Saquon Barkley. Other members of the council are San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, and WWE superstar Paul "Triple H" Levesque. Taylor was in attendance on Thursday for the bill signing, but Barkley, who previously played a round of golf with Trump, was not. After signing the executive order, Trump unexpectedly called Taylor, who supported him during the presidential campaign, up to the podium. "I'm proud to be on this team. I don't know what we're supposed to be doing, but I'm here to serve. I'm here to serve you," Taylor said. "I'm going to do the best I can for as long as I can." While Taylor's role may not have been initially defined, Bosa's was. He will be tasked with providing advice on college athletics and women's sports. It's unclear what role Barkley will play. The council was originally established in 1956 by President Dwight Eisenhower, with the Presidential Fitness Test created by President Lyndon Johnson in 1966.
