Did Angel Reese's necklace hint at her dating NBA star?
How did we get here? We'll explain.
Since as early as May, some crafty internet sleuths surmised that Carter and Reese have been hanging out. The Orlando center was allegedly at Reese's 23rd birthday party. (Warning: NSFW music.) In June, Carter also seemingly made an appearance during a Sky-Fever matchup, sitting next to Magic guard Jalen Suggs.
Then, the former Chicago Bull was seen during WNBA All-Star weekend wearing an Angel Reese t-shirt as he posed for a picture with her. However, the chatter got a bit louder after Reese wore a necklace during a Tuesday matchup against the Washington Mystics. The gold accessory had three cursive capital letters "W", "C" and J" and nothing else.
As you might suspect, the rumblings of what those letters could mean got back to Reese. "Women can't even wear necklaces that stand for Wisdom, Courage, and Joy anymore," one fan said, prompting a response from the Sky star.
"Right?" she wrote on X. "Like y'all know I'm one of God's children."
If the letters were for Carter, or anything else for that matter, we'll never know.

Gilbert Arenas Reveals He Plans On Snitching To Avoid Arrest: "Got A Fine-A** Girl At Home"
Gilbert Arenas Reveals He Plans On Snitching To Avoid Arrest: "Got A Fine-A** Girl At Home" originally appeared on Fadeaway World. Gilbert Arenas is currently out on bail after being arrested for allegedly running an illegal gambling operation, and he has no intention of being behind bars again. Arenas hosted a live stream on Thursday, where he declared he plans to snitch to avoid being arrested again. "Good luck in court," Arenas said. "I'm pretty sure I ain't gonna be there when it's starting to go, cause, yeah, I'm snitching." Arenas was arrested on Wednesday alongside five other individuals. The 43-year-old revealed that one of the officers actually played against him in high school, and he joked that this was the best defense he'd ever played against him. Each of the six individuals has been charged with one count of conspiracy to operate an illegal gambling business and one count of operating an illegal gambling business. Arenas was also charged with making false statements to federal investigators. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a $50,000 bond. Arenas' trial is scheduled for Sept. 23, and he could face up to 15 years in prison if found guilty on all three charges. The three-time All-Star hopes to snitch his way out of this. 'Ain't nothing wrong with snitching, man," Arenas said. "It ain't nothing wrong with just telling, man. Ain't nothing wrong with telling, man. Especially when you got a fine-a** girl at home.' Arenas married French social media influencer Melli Monaco on Jan. 20, 2025. He isn't keen on being away from her for too long. Arenas has landed himself in hot water here for allegedly hosting illegal high-stakes poker games at his mansion in Encino, California. He has claimed he only rented out the house and took no part in whatever operation was conducted inside. Kwame Brown, Arenas' former teammate, still ripped him for his arrest, calling him a stupid motherf*****. It wasn't surprising to see that Brown didn't have his back, as these two certainly aren't the best of friends. Arenas mocked Brown for celebrating his arrest, and you can expect these two to keep firing shots at each other. This is the third time that Arenas has landed himself in serious trouble with the law. There was, of course, the infamous gun incident that eventually led to him serving two days in jail and 30 days in a halfway house in 2010. Then, in 2013, he was arrested by the LAPD for possession of illegal story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Aug 2, 2025, where it first appeared.

Country Music Legend Calls Meeting Caitlin Clark, Indiana Fever Team 'Absolute Dream' originally appeared on Parade. Country legend Wynonna Judd, 61, made a surprise visit to the Indiana Fever before Sunday's (July 27) game against the Chicago Sky — and she was as excited to meet the Fever players as they were to meet her. "The squad got to meet Grammy award-winner Wynonna Judd before today's game in Chicago ❤️🎶," captioned the Fever's Instagram post on a series of photos and video of Judd posing with stars Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull. In the video, Cunningham gives Judd a huge hug and exclaims, "You are such a star, you are awesome! How are you? Oh, don't cry!" Then Judd can be heard saying, "No, I'm serious. In the comments, fans can't believe how Judd is dwarfed by the WNBA players. "I thought Wynonna's as tall as them. She looks tiny!" wrote one fan, to which another fan replied, " I thought the same thing. Players look like giants next to her. I googled it… Wynonna is 5'5'." "Smooth voice and splash sisters! Love to see it," wrote a third fan. A fourth fan, "SWEET!!!! My favorite Redhead with my favorite ballers in the world!!!!! Love this!!!!!" "This is SO AWESOME!! Four amazing, talented women right there! Go Fever and have a blast Wy !!," wrote a fifth fan. 'World's Richest Actress' Identified as Beloved 80s Star — But There's a Catch
'World's Richest Actress' Identified as Beloved 80s Star — But There's a Catch originally appeared on Parade. Jami Gertz made a name for herself in the 80s, appearing in a variety of popular films, including Sixteen Candles. In 1989, she married private equity investor Tony Ressler, who is now a billionaire. According to the Daily Mail, Gertz is known as the "world's richest actress," thanks to her husband's $14 billion net worth. Thought Gertz has earned plenty of her own money, her billionaire status is widely thanks to Ressler. "Everyone thinks I married a rich guy," she told The Hollywood Reporter in October 2018. "But I made more money — way more money — than Tony when I met him. I paid for our first house. I paid for our first vacation. I married him because I fell in love with him.' Gertz and Ressler, who share three sons and one daughter, are still happily married. Over the years, they've collaborated on a number of different projects, including the purchase of and NBA team — the Atlanta Hawks — for a whopping $850 million back in 2015, according to the Wall Street Journal. Despite making a great deal of money alongside her husband, Gertz appears to truly enjoy acting. From 2002 through 2006, she appeared in a recurring role on the television series Still Standing. She took on a few other projects before inking a deal to appear in 44 episodes of The Neighbors from 2012 through 2014. Gertz has all but left Hollywood for a life that involves more behind-the-scenes projects. Per her IMDb page, she hasn't acted in anything since I Want You Back in 2022. Prior to that, her last project was in 2017. These days, Gertz and her husband live a relatively quiet life, splitting their time between Los Angeles and Atlanta, according to Fortune. 🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬 'World's Richest Actress' Identified as Beloved 80s Star — But There's a Catch first appeared on Parade on Aug 1, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Aug 1, 2025, where it first appeared.
