Demi Moore is happy to embrace her grey hairs. The 62-year-old actress believes that she could have a really "striking" look if she decides to embrace her grey hairs. Demi told People: "I look at women who have that incredible grey, especially long, and I think it's striking. "I would definitely do it. I just don't have enough to make it interesting. Mine's like a smattering that makes my hair look murky. I didn't really start colouring my hair until I was, like, 55." Demi actually dyed her hair blonde to star in 'The Butcher's Wife', the 1991 rom-com that also starred Jeff Daniels. The Hollywood actress actually enjoyed going blonde for the role, but she admitted that damaged her hair. She said: "It was a very fun time to have blonde hair. "I think on that path of trying to figure out who you are, what works, what doesn't work, it's this great time of experimenting and discovery. What I did realise very quickly is that dyeing your own hair blond trashes it. That's what I found it. But it was fun while I had it." Demi famously had a buzz cut to portray Lieutenant Jordan O'Neill in 'G.I. Jane', the 1997 action movie. But the actress is unlikely to shave her hair off again. She reflected: "I feel fairly connected to my hair in a different kind of way. There's energy in hair, you know? But I never like to say never." Meanwhile, Demi previously claimed that she's helped to change the landscape for actresses in Hollywood. The movie star suggested that she deserves more credit for making movies such as 'G.I. Jane' and 'Striptease'. Demi told Variety: "If I really look at 'G.I. Jane', there was a faction of people out to shut that movie down before it even opened. "I did 'Striptease' and 'G.I. Jane' back to back. If anything in this industry has ever been stacked against me, it was having those two films come out at the same time and becoming the highest-paid actress on top of that." Demi believes that her movies and her success triggered a change in the film business. She said: "That moment was so powerful for me because it wasn't just about me; it was about changing the playing field for all women. But because I was portraying a stripper, I betrayed women. And because I played a soldier, I betrayed men."

He had the chance to reflect on it during a conversation with comedian Mo Amer for the Actors on Actors series for Variety. 'I haven't watched it in a while, but I remember it fondly,' Chappelle said at the 27-minute mark of the conversation, which was shared Wednesday (June 4) after Amer asked him about his perspective on it from back then to now. The monologue went viral, as Chappelle declared that 'an internet troll' had won the White House, also pointing out his history of sexual assault. He would then segue into how he felt after former President Barack Obama won in 2008. 'And it made me very happy about the prospects of our country,' he said then. 'So, in that spirit, I'm wishing Donald Trump luck. And I'm going to give him a chance. And we, the historically disenfranchised, demand that he give us one, too.''Oh, I remember that part,' Chappelle said. 'You know what? I look at it like a photograph. That's what it felt like in that moment. Now, if it ages well or not, I don't get mad if I look at a picture because it's not today. That's what it was at that time.' He continued, 'You might look at an old set and cringe, but you could just cringe because of how you were at that time. And in that sense, I'm fine with it.' Chappelle's conversation with Amer is one of the rare moments he's opened up for media – he has declined direct interviews in the wake of brushback from jokes he made against the transgender community in his 2021 Netflix special The Closer . But he and the Palestinian comedian bonded during the COVID-19 pandemic, making this a keen opportunity for the two to talk about comedy and their perspectives on the current times particularly with Amer's hit Netflix show. 'He was a wonderful family man,' Anne Perricone, 77, exclusively tells PEOPLE of Carl, who died on June 2 at the age of 95. Anne said their journey began when he was a father of five and a widower at 27 after his first wife tragically died following rheumatic fever. They met when she lived across the street and cared for his children. 'I babysat the children and fell in love with the children and him,' Anne says. They would go on to marry, have a daughter, and remain committed to each other for 58 years. They would have celebrated their 59th anniversary in August, most likely partaking in a familiar pastime. 'Oh gosh. He always brought me out there, glass of wine to have an afternoon on the porch,' she says. Five years ago, Anne says she and Carl moved to their daughter's home, and the longtime couple 'enjoyed sitting out here watching the birds. He loved watching the birds. He has a bird feeder out there watching the birds and the animals.' His valor as a father and husband also extended to his service to his country alongside his brothers Anthony, Bernard, and Donald Perricone, affectionately known as the Alphabet Quads. They were born in Beaumont, Texas, on Halloween in 1929 to Maria Concetta "Bessie" Mazzu and Philip 'Filippo' Perricone. They were the first surviving male quadruplets in the world, according to the Museum of the Gulf Coast. Their births made headlines, and so did their decision to be drafted into the Army in 1950 during the Korean War. The mother of the quads contacted then-Sen. Lyndon B. Johnson with the insistence, ' 'You can't just take one of my boys. They've always been together,' ' Anna says. The brothers ultimately served in the same unit. 'He was proud of his service,' she says, continuing that he also served in the Air Force. Upon returning home in 1953, the brothers worked together at Pure Oil Refinery before Anthony decided to become a barber. Carl and his two brothers remained at the company until retirement, according to the museum. The quadruplets eventually bought a parcel of land in their hometown and dubbed the private road Quad Lane, where their descendants still live. In 2010, Carl represented himself, his brothers and his country at a ceremony in South Korea commemorating the 60th anniversary of the end of the Korean War, per the museum. Despite his strong bond with his brothers, Carl did not always want to be associated with being part of the famed quad. 'They were so publicly displayed for so long. He got tired of all that. He did grant an interview probably about seven years ago after Donald died. Yeah, it's been longer than that, my daughter said. But anyway, we kind of just backed away from it,' she recalls, but he ultimately granted an interview with The Beaumont Enterprise in 2013. She continues, 'We all sat down with the people in the living room and he just told them about missing his brothers.' The news of his death led to an outpouring of condolences, but Anne says that he was 'very healthy,' and that 'no one could believe' he was 95. 'He would walk out here and go ride his lawnmower and cut grass and he was very healthy. But in the last few months, I guess I'd say he took a couple stumbles up here.
