Gisele Bundchen shares adorable snap with her baby boy as she celebrates her 45th birthday
The Brazilian model, 45, shares the five-month-old with her jiu-jitsu instructor boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
The baby boy looked adorable as he sat on Gisele's lap in a sweet photo taken outside in Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil.
Gisele's son - whose name has not yet been publicly revealed - joined her as she celebrated her 45th birthday with family members.
Among them was her fraternal twin sister Patricia, who beamed while posing with Gisele as they held matching birthday cakes.
The sisters' birthday is on July 20 but Gisele noted in a tribute that their late mother's birthday was on July 23, the day she shared the post.
The supermodel shared another photo in which she held her young son harnessed to her chest as she explored the wilderness while gazing at a picturesque waterfall.
Gisele also shared a sweet snap of a symbolic birthday card given to her on behalf of her son, which read 'Happy Birthday Mom!!!' and included a signed footprint.
Another photo from Gisele's nature outing showed her grasping the arm of a young girl, who appeared from behind to be her daughter Vivian, whom she shares with ex Tom Brady. They stopped to admire a smaller waterfall tucked away in the trees.
Gisele revealed that her boyfriend Joaquim had joined her for the family trip.
Gisele wrote in her caption: 'Haven't been around here much, but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the warm birthday wishes.
'I'm so grateful for another trip around the sun and even more grateful to have spent it in nature, surrounded by love and my family.
'Today is also my mom's birthday. We miss her deeply, but we know she's always with us. I continue to trust and welcome life with an open heart, holding gratitude for all that is still to come,' Gisele continued. 'Sending love to everyone.'
The Brazilian model's mother died at age 75 in January 2024 from cancer.

BEND It Like Beckham has been confirmed for a sequel, more than two decades after it was released. Director Gurinder Chadha revealed she is developing a follow-up to the 2002 hit film, which launched the careers of Keira Knightley and Parminder Nagra. She is recruited by Jules (Keira), who spots her talent and brings her into the local women's team. Chadha claimed she had not expected the film to take off, but wanted to 'uplift girls who were always being told how to dress and what to say'. The budget may have been just £3.5 million but it grossed at nearly £60 million. Chada didn't know much about football and relied on co-writers to add the football bits. It was even the first Western filmed to be screened in North Korea at a public broadcast during a film festival in the country. Actresses Nagra and Kiera did three months worth of football training for the film and didn't use any doubles. The title itself is a metaphor as Chada explained back in 2003. She said: "We can see our goal but instead of going straight there, we too have to twist and bend the rules sometimes to get what we want.
