But unfortunately, The Sun can reveal that the couple's fly-on-the wall show has now been shelved after just two series.
The programme had aired on the channel U&W, which is part of the UKTV family.
Confirming the news, a UKTV spokesperson said: "It's been a privilege to make two series of Gemma and Gorka: Life Behind the Lens with Two Rivers Media.
" Gemma and Gorka are both very busy with other projects at the moment, so at this time, there are no current plans for another series, but we look forward to working with them again soon."
Gemma, 40, found fame on Channel 4 's Hollyoaks before moving to ITV soap Emmerdale. She is now the drive time host on Hits Radio.
She met professional dancer Gorka, 34, when appearing on the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Gemma did not dance with Gorka, as she was partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec on the show, however the pair hit it off backstage.
The couple welcomed their first child into the world, daughter Mia, in July 2019. They got engaged two years later.
Gemma and Gorka landed their reality series in August 2023 and fans were they could "follow the unfiltered lives of actress and radio presenter Gemma Atkinson and professional dancer Gorka Marquez".
The first series only featured three episodes and Gemma was pregnant with their son Thiago when they filmed them.
Fans were treated to scenes of the couple juggling work - including Gorka's dance tour - around their preparations for baby number two.
Gemma even let the cameras into her baby shower before the series ended with Thiago's arrival.
Following the show's success, the couple returned for a second series of Gemma and Gorka: Life Behind The Lens last year.
At the time, they said: 'We're excited to be back on your screens for our second series.
'The messages we received, and are still receiving from the first series, have blown us away. We're glad so many families can relate to ours and the crazy, wonderful, and exhausting world of parenthood!'
The second series premiered in May 2024 and it showed the adjustment to becoming a family of four.
In November, Gemma was asked whether she thought Life Behind The Lens could return for a third series.
Speaking at the Pride Of Britain Awards, she told Express.co.uk: "Potentially, yeah."
"We're currently in talks to do it but we keep thinking why do people want to keep watching us doing nothing.
"But it did really well, it was like the biggest show on their channel so possibly."

Love Island sees quickest Hideaway sleepover EVER after just 56 hours as islanders NOT coupled up spend night together
Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LOVE Island's summer series is off to a bang as a couple headed to the raunchy Hideaway bedroom just 56 hours in. Blonde air hostess Helena Ford, 29, and semi-pro footballer Harry Cooksley, 30, spent the night together in the hidden suite on Monday, The Sun can reveal. 4 Air hostess Helena Ford headed to the raunchy Hideaway bedroom just 56 hours in to this series Credit: ITV 4 She was joined by semi-pro footballer Harry Cooksley Credit: ITV 4 This year's Love Island contestants, with Harry and Helena circled The luxury space is totally separate from the main villa and offers the Islanders complete privacy. Filming began for the series on Saturday lunchtime, meaning it was some two and half days before the pair headed for some alone time. A source said: 'This is the fastest sleepover in the Hideaway in Love Island's twelve series history - and what a gorgeous pair to do so. 'In the past, producers had to invite Islanders to use the breakout bedroom which meant the love nest was generally not used until couples became more established. 'But producers have changed the rules of the breakout bedroom so it can be used at any time, without an invite. 'It means Helena and Harry could take advantage of the 'no invite needed' and explore their connection. 'The scenes will play out later this week, but bosses are unlikely to show anything too naughty, as is the show's usual approach.' Helena, who is pals with Piers Morgan's son Spencer and Gary Lineker's son George on the outside, had fans in stitches on Monday night's launch when she described her type as a 'four out of ten that is funny.' Harry, who is a commodities trader, has been described as The Surrey Zidane by fans of his team, Farnham Town. He's scored with Helena after his original coupling, Sophie Lee, last night left the villa as part of a show twist. Watch awkward moment Love Island's Shakira desperately grafts to stay in the villa - and show rivals are furious Love Island bosses overhauled their approach to raunchy scenes after facing a backlash in 2016. Regulators rained down on ITV when cameras showed Emma Woodham and Terry Walsh romping in the shared bedroom above the covers. Speaking this year at the villa, executive producer Mike Spencer-Hayter told the Sun: 'I think if that happens, we have a really nice touch of how we do it, with humour.' When Joey Essex and Jessy Potts romped in the final week of last year's series, footage showed a champagne bucket rocking and their feet intertwined. To date, Love Island has been streamed 2 billion times on ITVX. Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
