What can you do at OKANA when it opens? A look at attractions and amenities
The indoor and outdoor waterpark is visible to thousands of Interstate 40 travelers who drive past the resort along the south shore of the Oklahoma River. The 100,000-square-foot indoor waterpark, with tubes winding in and out of the building, features 11 pools, 15 slides, an array of rides, a lazy river where visitors can float in innertubes, and an outdoor lagoon where people can relax on the beachfront.
For those just wanting to spend a day at the waterpark, passes will start at $49 with pricing varying based on the type of pass, season and demand. Special pass pricing will be provided to veterans, and children 2 and younger will be admitted for free.

The 11-story hotel at the heart of the resort features 404 rooms, 100 of which come with patios or balconies. Room sizes range from 420 to 720 square feet with views of either the Oklahoma River, the outdoor adventure lagoon or the downtown Oklahoma City skyline.
Room prices start at $249 a night and include two waterpark passes.
The resort will open with 13 food and beverage options ranging from OKANA Candy Co., home to a mix of candy, confections and ice cream, to Curveball, a restaurant that will feature the state's first high-definition baseball simulators.
Curveball is one of four primary restaurants that also will include Jack Rabbit gastropub; Chido Tacos x Tequila, which will feature Mexican street food inspired cuisine; and Smokehouse Social, BBQ with golf simulators. Retail will include Dock Shop, a mix of gifts, apparel and souvenirs; and Exhibit C Gallery, a First American art gallery owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation.
The resort includes 27,000 square feet of ballroom and conference space and the Spa at OKANA, a full-service spa with seven treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, a specialty product line, a relaxation area, and men's and women's locker rooms with saunas.
The resort is designed to be walkable with surface parking located along the entry drive closest to free-standing restaurants and shops and a garage available for hotel guests. The resort also adjoins the First Americans Museum, which opened in 2021.
The museum features the 90-foot-tall glistening glass curved wall of the Hall of the People, the welcoming outdoor sculpture "Touch to Above," the circular Origins Theater and historic exhibits.
Designed and outfitted with input from all 39 tribes headquartered in Oklahoma, the $175 million, 175,000-square-foot museum opened in 2021, almost 40 years after it was initially envisioned. The museum is also host to crafts festivals and First American celebrations.
Construction, meanwhile, continues on a landing for the Oklahoma River Cruisers at OKANA, and a pedestrian bridge that will connect the resort to trails on both sides of the river, Riversport Adventures, an outdoor recreational park, and Bricktown, the state's premier urban entertainment district.

CocoVail features 6–7 large-screen TVs, ensuring you can catch multiple games, from NBA and NFL, to UCL, golf, rugby, Formula 1, and March Madness. Reviewers love the laid-back vibe and friendly service. 2. Belushi's Bar A familiar face among expats and students, Belushi's offers an international pub atmosphere with multiple screens and a global crowd vibe. Expect a solid mix of pub food, beers, and broadcasts of major sports from around the world. 3. The George Payne Located centrally near Plaça Catalunya, this lively Irish pub delivers a genuine match-day atmosphere. With ten 60' screens across two floors, you'll never miss a moment. Known for its long beer list, 'Messi World Class Burger,' fiery chicken wings, and even humorous food challenges like the 'Luis Suárez Big Bite,' this spot turns sports viewing into full-on entertainment. 4. Flaherty's Irish Bar & The Old Irish Pub Also recognized as strong choices in Barcelona's sports bar lineup. Both offer cozy, authentic pub interiors and frequent broadcasts of football, rugby, and more, great for tourists or locals seeking a classic Irish pub vibe. 5. Sonora Sports Tavern Listed among the top sports pubs in the city, Sonora rounds out a solid lineup with its welcoming setting and reliable sports coverage. It's also in an interesting area of the city that is more modern, Poble Nou. 6. Casa de Tapas La Cañota For those seeking a family-friendly, restaurant-style alternative, this Montjuïc gem delivers seafood tapas and burgers, alongside four TV screens to catch Barça matches in a relaxed, but vibrant setting. 7. L'Ovella Negra A rustic, convivial tavern with large spaces, table football, sangria-by-the-pitch-volume vibes, and big screens for match nights. It's a mix of local tradition and festive sports culture. 8. Bar Llopart & Bar Versalles For a more local experience, these neighborhood havens offer an authentic sporting atmosphere with Catalan flair. Bar Llopart in Sants, with its Barça scarves, chants, and budget-friendly beers, attracts true fans. Bar Versalles in Sant Andreu, with historic charm and modernist touches, screens matches amid a genuine community feel. 9. Additional Favorites & Local Tips Travelers and students frequently recommend Irish pubs like Michael Collins, James Joyce, and George Payne as go-to places for casual match watching, even if the concept of a 'sports bar' isn't ingrained in Catalan culture. Others point to a local ambiance, where regular bars simply tune into big games in the background. Final Word Whether you're hunting for craft beers, fiery wings, and big screens (CocoVail), or an adrenaline-charged, challenge-fuelled environment (George Payne), Barcelona offers diverse options. Belushi's and other Irish pubs keep things steady and social. Meanwhile, more traditional locales like Bar Llopart or La Cañota cater to local fans, families, and foodies alike. There's a perfect place in Barcelona for every kind of match-day mood, cheers to that! TIME BUSINESS NEWS

Snow Tha Product blasts Latino Trump voters in new video for ‘Sabado'
Latino Trump voters are put on notice in Snow Tha Product's new music video for 'Sabado.' In a riotous three-minute clip, the Mexican American MC shows up to her fictional family's carne asada with an envelope in hand, revealing which family member voted for President Trump. The suspense builds, and needless to say, things get a little heated. 'Before the party begins, I want it to be known that one of us voted for Trump,' Snow sings, ominously holding up a white envelope that indicates who it is. As the tempo picks up, Snow begins to point fingers. This prompts a chaotic scene amid the crowd of attendees, which include a handful of Latino influencers and media personalities — among them queer couple Trino Garcia and Adam Vasquez, Brown Bag podcast hosts Letty Peniche and Do Know, TikToker Jesus Acevedo and more. 'There's the aunt with corn-silk hair that raised spoiled kids,' she sings in Spanish, over a Jersey club beat. 'The cousin traumatized over being American, with a paisa face that voted for Trump ... There's the foo that says the N-word, f— no sabo idiot ... A crybaby old man who always makes fun of me for being a lesbian, [but] when he gets drunk he's gayer than me.' In the song, Snow admits she won't open the envelope, as opening someone else's mail is a federal crime. But she does have her suspicions set on one person: the cousin who got married to a white man in order to have white children to better the race, or 'mejorar la raza.' It's a controversial age-old term that has been used to justify colorism in the Latino community. The party ends in a boozy frenzy, with cake plastered across some faces and an ICE patrol piñata that is beaten to smithereens by the family. The ending also gives way to a teaser for Snow's upcoming song, titled 'Domingo,' which will premiere Aug. 27. This isn't the California-born rapper's first attempt at critiquing the fraught political dynamics of late. Last week she released a cover of Molotov's rockero classic 'Frijolero,' alongside Mexican singer Belinda. The original 2003 track condemns racism, including the use of the word 'beaner,' which is often deployed as a racial slur against Mexican immigrants. It also critiques U.S. involvement in drug trafficking and foreign wars. Both new releases come at a time when Latino communities have been targeted by ICE agents, particularly in Southern California.
