Kansas City Chiefs arrive at preseason matchup vs. Seattle Seahawks in style
The Kansas City Chiefs arrived in style at Lumen Stadium for their tilt against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 2 of the 2025 NFL preseason.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce — who always make a point to don their best attire for Kansas City's games — were sure to dress their best for Seattle's famously dreary weather as the rain started to fall in the Emerald City.
Mahomes wore an all-white ensemble that featured the Adidas logo, a silver chain, and a snazzy hat from his new steakhouse, 1587 Prime.
Kelce joined his quarterback in promoting the fledgling restaurant by wearing a white 1587 Prime cap, an orange and green rugby shirt, and oversized khakis.
Take a look at what the rest of the reigning AFC champions wore as they walked to Kansas City's locker room this evening:

Post-game live stream: Key takeaways and thoughts from Seahawks 33, Chiefs 16
The Seattle Seahawks ran roughshod over the Kansas City Chiefs, racking up 268 yards on the ground and 477 overall in a convincing (well, as convincing as preseason can be) 33-16 win on Friday night at Lumen Field. A lively crowd braved the rainy, breezy conditions and were undoubtedly encouraged by what they saw on the offensive side of the ball. The defense shut the Chiefs offense down after the early portion of the second quarter, but that was a decidedly distant part of the main story. We're plenty hyped about the Seahawks defense and what they could do in 2025, but the offense has shown a lot of promise through two exhibition games. Myself and HawksZone Rundown podcast host Bryce Coutts are coming to you live from, uh, our respective homes to give you our day-after thoughts and observations on the game, the roster, and much more. This is going to be a regular feature (whether with me, Bryce and Ryan MacMillan, etc.) for Seahawks games on Field Gulls this season, and there will be another special collaboration with myself, Bryce, Brandon Cain of The Hawk's Nest, and Dan Viens from Seahawks Forever very soon. We'll have a separate article on that next week! You can catch this episode of HawksZone Rundown at 6 pm PT and join the live chat or just watch the replay on-demand! Live Stream/Video
