SECRET BEACH (7.35 Epsom, nap)
He landed a stronger race than this at York last time by an easy two lengths and heads here without a penalty. This trip is ideal and it will take a big effort to stop him following up.
KING OF THE STORY (5.40 Worcester, nb)
Got his act together in fine style over fences here last time. He had more than five lengths in hand crossing the line with plenty left in the tank. A 6lb rise is far and this trip clearly suits. He can strike again.

CRIMSON SPIRIT (8.05 Epsom, treble)
Can land a winning hat-trick. He goes well here and a 2lb rise in the weights won't put the brakes on. This quick ground is right up his street.
SILENT CITY (2.50 Hamilton, Lucky 15)
Left her debut form behind when scoring over this trip at Windsor last time. She can take another step forward for Roger Varian over this ideal distance.

Horse racing tips: ‘She has a progressive profile' – Templegate's big Sunday NAP runs at Haydock

TEMPLEGATE'S picks on Sunday are below. Back a horse by clicking their odds. LORNA B (5.45 Haydock, nap) She has a progressive profile and has yet to taste defeat in handicaps this summer. What makes her stand out at this level is her battling qualities in a finish. The handicapper keeps putting more lead in the saddle and she keeps on finding that little bit extra. It's likely to be the same story today and she can land a deserved hat-tick under Dale Swift. GRANDLAD (5.15 Haydock, nb) He looks a tasty price given he was back to his best last time, is effective at 5f and looks well drawn to pull off his favourite front-running tactics. This is a tougher challenge than last time but he's a sprinter in form. HILLTOP (4.30 Leicester, treble) She won nicely at Lingfield last time and looks open to improvement for the Kublers. That was an apprentices' race so the handicapper has left her mark alone and she'll be dangerous on this step up to a mile. Templegate's tips WOLVERHAMPTON 2.37 My Boy Harry Consistent, trip suits, unlucky last time, can take this on AW. 3.07 Many A Star Proven C&D performer, strong form earlier this term, class edge today. 3.37 Sea Cookie Promising debut, will improve for run, right trip to open account. 4.07 Without Burlington Shapes as though 1m4f ideal, excuses last time, fair mark here. 4.37 Eliza Bennet Back to form latest, prominent racer, tapeta suits, can dictate and score. 5.07 Run With It Maiden winner, unexposed at trip, strong stable form, can bounce back. LEICESTER 2.00 Quadrillion Juddmonte filly, promising debut, expected to progress sharply with experience today. 2.30 Naughty Niall Recent Yarmouth winner, well drawn, should get ideal stalking trip here. 3.00 Joycean Way Consistent placer, unlucky last run, well-handicapped if repeating Windsor effort. 3.30 Lincoln Rockstar Has run well here before, class drop and Tudhope booking boosts claims. 4.00 Half Sovereign Winning filly, value for extra last time, unexposed and progressive type. 4.30 Hilltop (treble) Recent Lingfield winner, unpenalised, unexposed at trip, trainer in strong form. 5.00 American Style Consistent in stronger races, drops in grade, suits prominent-runner bias here. HAYDOCK 3.45 Born Ruler Proven at trip, useful on best form, strong finish last time suggests ready to strike. 4.15 Vlad Game winner last time, likes this trip and has more to come. 4.45 Pretty Danielle Strong finish when third at Windsor, open to significant progress over 6f. 5.15 Grandlad (nb) Back to peak form winning last time, effective at 5f, can dictate from good draw. 5.45 Lorna B (nap) Progressive filly, three wins from four this term, tough and stays well at 7f. 6.15 Leadenhall He's won well over course and distance and ran well last time. 6.45 String Of Pearls Unexposed type, good win over this trip last time, more to come. Fresh Strictly drug allegations as 10-year show veteran claims he was offered cocaine by one of it stars at wild party

The whistleblower claims on two separate occasions bags of white power were found in a smoking area and in the men's toilets STRICTLY SHOCK Fresh Strictly drug allegations as 10-year show veteran claims he was offered cocaine by one of it stars at wild party STRICTLY has been hit by fresh drug allegations from a former veteran worker on the show — including claims he was offered cocaine by one of its stars. The whistleblower, who worked on the family hit for ten years until 2023, said he saw 'partying' at the Elstree studios after live filming. Advertisement 3 A whistleblower, who worked on Strictly for ten years until 2023, alleges one of the show's stars offered him cocaine (stock image) 3 The BBC has launched an inquiry into allegations of cocaine abuse on Strictly by two stars (stock image) Credit: Getty He alleged stars and crew were 'drinking and taking drugs'. He claimed on two separate occasions bags of white power, suspected to be cocaine, were found in a smoking area and also in the men's toilets. And the ex-production crew member alleges one of the Strictly stars offered him cocaine at a Blackpool show after-party. We have passed on his allegations to the BBC. Advertisement It comes after The Sun on Sunday revealed last week The Sun on Sunday revealed last week the BBC had launched an inquiry into allegations of cocaine abuse on Strictly by two stars. BBC bosses have hired external lawyers Pinsent Masons to speak to former contestants, professional dancers and crew. We told how one star accused another of being 'off their face' on drugs. And a celebrity had told how it was 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine . . . it was talked about widely among the cast'. Advertisement Now, in the latest claims, the long-serving former production crew member, told The Sun on Sunday: 'Strictly is full of partying and drug -taking. BBC launches inquiry into damning allegations of drug consumption on flagship show Strictly Come Dancing 'The main partying is on site at Elstree after filming of the live show has finished. Boozing and drug taking goes on until 3am, sometimes 4am. 'The smoking area outside is a hive of activity. Cocaine gets taken there. 'I remember a bag of cocaine was found in the outside smoking area at Elstree and handed in to a senior producer. That person said, 'Leave it on my desk', no eyebrows were raised. Advertisement 'On another occasion, a small bag of cocaine was found in the male toilets at Elstree. It was widely discussed by people working on the show. 'But in some ways it was seen as quite normal, to find that sort of thing. "People think they can get away with it.' Strictly is full of partying and drug taking Whistleblower The whistleblower came forward after reading our story last Sunday and learning of the BBC-led inquiry. Advertisement He claimed the annual show filmed at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom was 'a particularly big celebration' for the cast and crew. He said: 'Blackpool was always a big party night. I was offered cocaine by a star at an after-show party. Lots of people would go back to the hotel. 'It was a closed-off party, just for the cast and crew. It went on until 5am, even to 6am, it was insane. People were wired and you could see it in their eyes. 'There was lots of champagne and Prosecco too, loads of bottles of it.' Advertisement He added that he thought it was 'well known' on the programme that one of the stars took cocaine, and that he felt they needed help. He said: 'They had a real problem with cocaine, lots of people spoke about it.' Referring to these latest allegations, a BBC spokesman said: 'We have clear protocols and policies in place for dealing with any serious complaint raised with us. 'We would always encourage people to speak to us if they have concerns.' Advertisement 3 The BBC is preparing to air its 23rd series of Strictly next month Credit: BBC Last night, a BBC source said they would look into the ex-worker's allegations and asked us to put him in touch with them — after the former worker said he was considering talking to the investigation team. It came as the BBC is prepared to launch its 23rd series of Strictly next month. The Corporation is hoping for a scandal-free show after previous ones were hit by numerous controversies. Advertisement They included Sherlock actress Amanda Abbington accusing Giovanni Pernice of bullying her and Graziano Di Prima being sacked for kicking his celebrity partner Zara McDermott. Last weekend, The Sun on Sunday revealed drugs allegations were made in a legal submission to the BBC in March, by law firm Russells, on behalf of celebrity contestant Wynne Evans — who was axed from the Strictly live tour after he was recorded making an inappropriate sexual comment. It was understood others have also reported to the BBC allegations of drug taking on Strictly. A source said: 'It's been an extremely difficult time for everyone connected to Strictly but, to be fair, the BBC acted promptly on The Sun's drug allegations and brought in external lawyers to help with their investigation. Advertisement 'They're clearly determined to clean up the show, which of course is a hugely popular family show, so it's no real surprise they are taking these allegations seriously and holding a proper inquiry. 'With the new Strictly series about to start, and the latest crop of celebrities being unveiled soon, the BBC will want it all to run smoothly.'

Scarlett Moffatt reveals when she plans to marry policeman partner Scott as star opens up on wedding

SCARLETT Moffatt has revealed when she plans to marry policeman partner Scott Dobinson, as she gave a hint as to her wedding plans. The Gogglebox star got engaged to Scott in 2023, five months after they became parents to baby son Jude. 5 Scarlett Moffatt has revealed when she plans to marry policeman partner Scott Dobinson, as she gave a hint as to her wedding plans Credit: scarlettmoffatt/Instagram 5 The couple share an adorable son named Jude Credit: scarlettmoffatt/Instagram Scarlett shared a snap of the romantic proposal scene at the time, which showed baby son Jude sat next to an illuminated sign saying: "Marry me". On the floor were scattered an array of rose petals while silver and purple helium balloons surrounded the room. Now, in a chat with The Sun, the popular TV star revealed whether or not they were any closer to saying 'I do.' While working alongside a campaign for M&Ms she confirmed that wedding plans were underway, and said: 'Do you know what, we've actually been to see a few venues. 'And I actually did book to go and try a wedding dress on and Scott was like, 'but we haven't booked a venue.' And I was like 'yeah I know, but I just want to play dress up.' 'It's the fun part! But yeah, we've got lists and lists of things to do, and it changes every day.' Asked when they're planning to tie the knot, the I'm A Celeb winner added: 'I'd hoping to do it next year but maybe that's too adventurous? It takes a lot to plan a wedding, but I've got this in the bag.' Just a few years ago, Scarlett admitted that she initially had dreams of a huge Willy Wonka themed wedding, but has now decided to scale back her plans. In an interview before getting engaged, she once said: "I've always, always wanted a massive wedding, now I keep saying: 'Let's go to Vegas.'" EXCL Jungle Queen Scarlett Moffatt breaks silence on ITV show and what she'll do differently after signing up for I'm A Celeb All Stars It comes as Scarlett told us she'd like to get stuck back into TV work. In June, insiders told The Sun the Gogglebox star is in advanced talks to join the All Stars version of the show, which starts filming in South Africa later this year. The series, hosted by Ant and Dec, will air next year - which coincides with the ten-year anniversary of Scarlett, 34, winning the show. And the Gogglebox icon broke her silence on the stint. Scarlett admitted: 'I mean, it would be amazing to do [All Stars] because it's iconic and I just love the show so much. I was on it a whole decade ago, so I would've been in my early 20s and I'm a different human now. 'So I would do the trials differently. But I'd just go in and be myself, and that's the only thing you can do.' She continued: 'I'm not sure about smashing the trials, but I'd give them my best shot. But as I've gotten older my fear levels have gone up. I can't even get on rollercoasters now.' Since starring on the show, Scarlett has paved a very successful career, as well as getting engaged to partner Scott Dobinson and welcoming son Jude. This summer, a source told us: 'Scarlett won I'm A Celeb in 2016 and was hugely popular with viewers so everyone's really excited she might be returning for the new all stars series. 'She is so game for a laugh and knows what to expect in terms of the Bushtucker Trials so she'll throw herself into every task. 'Scarlett is a mum now too and she wants to do the show to show her little boy just how brave she can be. 'The series is shaping up to be one of the most exciting TV shows of next year and some of the stars they're speaking to are proper camp legends. 'This is an amazing opportunity for her and let's face it, who wouldn't fancy a trip to South Africa? Even if she does have to chomp down on some kangaroo testicles?' The first series of the I'm A Celeb All Stars spin off aired back in 2023, with Carol Vorderman and Helen Flanagan losing out to Myleene Klass who was crowned the winner. The spin off proved to be massively popular, especially with 16-34s, and saw an average of 5.2million viewers across its weeknight run. On the topic of TV, Scarlett was chatting to The Sun about all things telly while enjoying some M&Ms, to launch Couch Confessions, a playful new pop-up experience coming to Battersea on 5th August, built around Britain's funniest (and most relatable) TV-watching habits. She cheekily admitted to Googling the ending of anything she's about to watch, clearly not fussed by spoilers. Scarlett told us: 'Do you know what - and this is Scott's pet peeve - I Google the ending of everything. 'Like psychological thrillers and all that, I'll Google it to see who it is. But I'll also do it with rom-coms, in case I need to mentally prepare for a dramatic scene. I don't tell him I've done it, but I'll tell him I've Googled it.' Scarlett also discussed watching police dramas with her policeman fiance Scott. 'I do not watch any police programmes with Scott because he goes into work mode and I'm like, no watching telly is about switching off,' Scarlett shared, adding: 'He'll say things like 'well if I was doing it…' and I'm like 'no, no, it's not you.'' M&Ms Couch Confessions, it's more fun together. 5 Scarlett would like to say 'I do' next year Credit: Scarlett Moffatt 5 The star is keen to throw herself back in TV Credit: Instagram
