Emma Willis is 'all good now' after undergoing heart surgery earlier this year.
The 48-year-old television presenter revealed in April that she had been born with a hole in her heart and underwent surgery at the Royal Brompton hospital in London to correct it.
She has now said the procedure was carried out using keyhole surgery – involving small incisions in the chest rather than opening the breastbone – which meant she avoided the long recovery associated with open-heart surgery and described her recovery as 'smooth'.
In a new interview with the Daily Mirror, Emma said: 'I'm all good now. I had a bit of time off.'
Her husband Matt Willis, 41, added in the joint interview about her condition: 'She's not very good at sitting still.'
He also explained he had tried to take the lead in their household during her recovery.
The couple, who met in 2004 and share three children, also discussed their relationship as they prepare to present Love Is Blind UK for a second year.
Emma said: 'Love, time, commitment, compromise, f*** knows. I mean, hopefully we'll still be going in another 20 years or 30 years or 40 years and then we'll be in a box together!'
She added: 'We like to keep our eye across everything. So we don't drop the ball, we make sure we have time for each other and prioritise that.'
Matt said: 'Having children for us was such a massive thing. It changed everything. It takes it to a whole new level. It's bonkers but I love it.'
According to The Sun, Emma and Matt have stepped back from hosting Love Is Blind UK's spin-off podcast, with TikTok creator Sarel taking over for the upcoming series.
A source told the newspaper: 'Matt and Emma loved doing it but they're so, so busy – they couldn't make their schedules work. Sarel is huge on TikTok and will be really popular with listeners.'
Netflix confirmed last week season two of Love Is Blind UK will launch on 13 August, with 10 episodes released over three weeks.
In the programme, single participants meet in enclosed pods without seeing each other, forming connections based only on conversation before deciding whether to meet, move in together and marry. The streaming service also released a teaser trailer, including one man saying: 'I don't find it difficult to date multiple women. That's just a part of the game,' and a woman replying: 'That's really disrespectful, I'm not your plan B.'
Photographs released from the new series include an apparent engagement ring and a scene in which a man rests his hand against a wall inside one of the pods.

Celebrity SAS star Lucy Spraggan needs surgery after ‘ripping' intimate body part as stunt goes wrong

A competitor on the UK celebrity version of SAS: Who Dares Wins has sustained a rare and painful injury after a stunt on the show went horribly wrong. X Factor singer Lucy Spraggon was left bleeding and in agonising pain on the notoriously hardcore reality show and now will have to undergo reconstructive surgery. The show pits celebrities against each other, testing their resilience in a condensed version of a SAS selection course and is run by an elite team of ex-Special Forces soldiers. Spraggon revealed the horrific extent of her injuries to The Sun , saying medics initially thought she had hurt her leg, but the reality was far worse. 'I ripped my labia - it was bad. That's not a common injury,' the 34-year-old said. 'Actually, genuinely, that's never been the same, so much so I'm having some surgery soon to correct it. 'I don't really know even what happened, I guess the harness was tight. 'I was like: 'This feels really bad. Surely there can't be anything.' And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood and the doctor came over and I turned around because at that point you literally don't care about anything. Dignity has gone. It was like: 'Oh my God, I thought it was your leg.' And I was like: 'No, no, it's not!'' It wasn't the only time she was injured on the gruelling series. Spraggon said she also nearly knocked out one of her teeth, got a black eye and fainted. 'I had the filler under my eyes and when my face hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face,' she said. 'By that point I was just in pain the filler didn't migrate back, when I got home I had to have it dissolved.' Despite the injuries, Spraggon has called being on the show a 'life goal'. 'I met some brilliantly brave and inspiring people and took part in things I never imagined I would get to do,' she wrote on Instagram. 'A truly unforgettable experience!'

Pixie Lott reveals due date of second child

Pixie Lott has revealed she is due to give birth to her second child in early September. Speaking exclusively to The Voice Kids favourite, 34, who is seven months pregnant, made the admission while speaking to The Sun after a gig at the Kendal Calling festival, at which her model husband Oliver and their son Bertie, 23 months, supported her from the side of the stage. She said: 'I think the last gig (I will play this year – Flackstock on 8 August 8) is going to be four weeks before the due date. So yeah, I think it's going to be fine.' Pixie also explained she had been cleared by her doctor to continue performing 'for as long as it feels good'. She added: 'I did it last time and I've checked with the doc and he said that it's fine to keep doing it as long as you feel good. 'So hopefully, I mean that last show, four weeks, I don't know how long… woo!' Pixie, who released her top 10 album Encino last year, described how her life on the road is now shaped by parenting alongside performing. She said: 'It's more tiring being pregnant, waking up early and running around after him than the shows. 'Because with the shows I get like an adrenaline that takes over so I don't even think about it. The tiring bit is the running around after the toilet fight.' She added her boy Bertie enjoys festivals and is now happy to wear ear defenders to protect his hearing. Pixie also discussed her forthcoming music, including a new single Coming of Age, due for release on 21 August, and a 'heartfelt' Christmas song written with a friend. She said: 'Every song that I'm going to be putting out is just going to be about my state of life now, so like having a family, and we're expecting our second, we've moved house, and just like this state of life. 'I think a lot of people are able to relate, hopefully, because we're all going through the same kind of changes, and I just want it to be as real as possible.' Having been in the music industry for 18 years, Pixie also spoke about enjoying the independence her success has brought. She added: 'At the start you've got no clue, you're 18. So in a way it feels changed to be at the stage where I know what I want to do more clearly.' Pixie also praised emerging female artists such as Lola Young, Skye Newman and Sienna Spiro. She was a mentor on ITV's The Voice Kids for seven series until it was put on hiatus in 2023, and said about the experience: 'I absolutely loved doing it. We did seven seasons, and they said it's taking a rest, so I don't know when the rest is up. 'I would love to (return.) 'Bertie was in my belly for the last season but he wasn't actually here. He would absolutely love it. We should definitely bring it back.'
