KUWAIT CITY, June 24: Agility, a supply chain services, infrastructure, and innovation company, has renewed partnerships with Kuwait's leading non-profits to empower and support over 5,000 beneficiaries in Kuwait throughout 2025, building on two decades of collaboration that have reached over 51,000 people across the country.
2025 CSR Program:
1- INJAZ-Kuwait Programs
Agility will continue its 18-year partnership with INJAZ Kuwait, supporting programs that equip young people with financial skills to succeed in today's private sector. INJAZ provides and runs nationwide financial literacy programs for students in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and private schools, as part of its mission to empower 100,000 students in Kuwait. Agility's support extends to a range of INJAZ programs, including Entrepreneurship Master Classes, It's My Business, Innovation Camps, Personal Finance, and Job Shadows initiatives.
2-LOYAC's Kon Program
Agility has also renewed its commitment to LOYAC's 'KON' program, now in its tenth year. The five-week program trains students aged 12 to 16 in entrepreneurship through hands-on learning and workshops led by industry professionals. Developed in collaboration with Babson College, a leading U.S. institution in entrepreneurial education, the program equips students with core business skills, critical thinking, leadership, and communication abilities.
3-CODED Academy
Agility has renewed its strategic support for two of CODED Academy's programs: Kuwait Codes and Academy X. To date, these free programs have trained 2,833 young men and women in Kuwait on foundational and advanced programming languages.
Now in its fourth year, Kuwait Codes has proven to be a successful platform for nurturing tech and coding talent across Kuwait. Agility's renewed support reflects its continued commitment to impactful educational initiatives and aligns with the company's broader mission of driving innovation in supply chain technology and digital infrastructure.
Academy X, which began as a pilot program within Kuwait Codes in 2023 and officially launched last year, enters its second year in 2025 following remarkable success. The program offers a dynamic environment for growth and innovation and is dedicated to empowering the next generation of women innovators in Kuwait. Agility's continued support underscores its commitment to building a more inclusive and digitally empowered future.
4-RUN Kuwait by FSHN
Agility, a founding partner of RUN Kuwait, has renewed its support for the country's first annual fundraising race. Organized since 2013 by the non-profit Fawzia Sultan Healthcare Network (FSHN), the event raises funds to provide essential healthcare services to children from underprivileged families. All proceeds go toward therapy sessions at FSHN's Child Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC), which offers free or low-cost care for children with special needs, ensuring they receive the treatment and support they need.
5-Work-Maker Project by Youth Public Authority
For the third consecutive year, Agility, in collaboration with Engineering Systems Group (ESG), is continuing its accelerated facilities management training program for 25 young Kuwaitis as part of the Work-Maker Project, a national workforce development initiative led by Kuwait's Youth Public Authority.
The program provides practical, industry-focused training to Kuwaiti engineering graduates from universities in Kuwait, the U.S., and the U.K., equipping them with the skills and experience needed for careers in both the public and private sectors. By aligning training with real market needs, the initiative helps prepare young professionals for in-demand roles in facilities management and related industries.
6-Participation in Career Fairs
Agility also actively engages with the future workforce through its participation in career fairs, with a strong focus on employing and empowering Kuwaiti youth. Agility took part in the American University of the Middle East (AUM) Career Fair and the K-Tech Career Fair. These platforms allowed Agility to connect with young Kuwaiti students and graduates, showcase career opportunities across its diverse business units and reinforce its commitment to national workforce development.
7-Food for Good
As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting communities in need, Agility has partnered with the Kuwait Association for Needy Families for Agility's annual 'Maachlat Al-Khair' (Food for Good) initiative. Through this collaboration, Agility provides 1,000 underprivileged families in Kuwait with essential food packages during Ramadan, with support from Agility subsidiaries UPAC and Shipa.
Recognition:
Agility is ranked among the top three sustainability leaders in the Middle East's Transport & Logistics sector and was one of only five Kuwait-based companies featured on Forbes' Middle East Sustainable 100 list for 2024. The company has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series since 2020—a global benchmark for companies with strong ESG practices.

KUWAIT / UAE: Aug 12: Agility Global PLC, a multi-business owner, operator and long-‎term investor, today reported Q2 2025 earnings of $24 million, or 0.24 cents per share. EBIT ‎grew 5% to $97 million, EBITDA increased 8% to $181 million, and revenue rose 8% to $1.2 ‎billion.‎ For the first six months period, earnings stood at $45 million, or 0.44 cents per share. EBIT grew ‎‎1% to $189 million, EBITDA increased 7% to $354 million, and revenue rose 12% to $2.3 billion.‎ As of June 30, 2025, Agility's investment segment had a total asset value of approximately $5.5 ‎billion, and total assets value was $12.7 billion.‎ Agility Global Chairman, Tarek Sultan, said: 'The Group delivered another quarter of healthy ‎operational performance, supported by continued organic growth across our core businesses. ‎We see robust growth in Menzies and Agility Logistics Parks. Tristar delivered steady top-line ‎growth and operational ramp-up; however, the lower-margin profile of this growth, compounded ‎by challenges in its Maritime segment, has limited its EBIT expansion. Nevertheless, our ‎operational momentum and underlying business fundamentals remain strong.'‎ Sultan added: 'Our diversified portfolio, spanning critical logistics infrastructure across high ‎growth markets, enables us to navigate global economic headwinds effectively. We continue to ‎execute on our strategy, focusing on disciplined growth and value creation.'‎ Controlled Segment For Q2 2025, the consolidated EBIT of the controlled businesses was $96 million; EBITDA was ‎‎$179 million; and revenue reached $1,200 million. For the six months, EBIT of the controlled ‎businesses was $174 million; EBITDA was $339 million; and revenue $2,343 million. ‎ Aviation Services: Menzies Menzies Aviation revenue reached $691 million in Q2 2025, representing 9% growth over the ‎same period in 2024. The growth was mainly driven by increased volumes from new operations ‎in Portugal and Spain; ground handling yields improvements; and strong cargo volumes across ‎the regions excluding the impact of the closures of some non-profitable stations. In Q2, Menzies ‎Ground Handling and fueling operations serviced close to 1.5 million flights.‎ Over the same period, EBITDA and EBIT grew 13% and 24% with all divisions and service lines ‎showing growth. Improved EBITDA and EBIT margins indicate the business's ability to leverage ‎its existing platform for growth. ‎ In Q2, Menzies expanded its executive lounge presence in Europe, adding a Pearl lounge in ‎Bratislava to the portfolio. ‎ Regulatory approval for the acquisition of 100% of US-based G2 Secure Staff is expected in ‎Q3.‎ Fuel Logistics: Tristar Tristar, a fully integrated fuel logistics business, reported Q2 revenue of $346 million, EBITDA of ‎‎$64 million and EBIT $33 million. The 17.3% revenue growth over Q2 2024 was mainly driven by ‎the new retail fuel business in Sri Lanka, which began operations in the second half of 2024. ‎Although the retail fuel business is a low margin business today, Tristar is gaining a strong market ‎presence and expects profit margins to improve in 2026 as efficiencies are realized, and the ‎network expands. The maritime segment continued to face market headwinds during the ‎quarter, but management remains confident in the long-term potential of this segment.‎ Industrial Real Estate: Agility Logistics Parks (ALP)‎ Agility Logistics Parks recorded Q2 2025 revenue of $14 million, representing a 13% increase ‎from the same period last year. EBIT stood at $10 million.‎ Strong demand for warehousing in Saudi Arabia continues to drive occupancy rates above 90%, ‎particularly Riyadh. ALP's ongoing development of 226K SQM of new warehousing space is ‎progressing and on schedule; some units have already been delivered, and the remainder are ‎scheduled for delivery during the remaining months of 2025.‎ The GCC warehousing sector is experiencing robust demand driven by e-commerce growth, ‎‎3PL expansion, and government-led industrial diversification programs. In Africa, ALP continues ‎to evaluate opportunities in high-growth logistics corridors, particularly in East Africa, where ‎demand for modern logistics infrastructure is underserved.‎ As of June 30, 2025, Agility Global's investment segment stood at $5.5 billion in asset value.‎ The segment's key assets include stakes in DSV and Reem Mall.‎ ‎●‎tDSV, Agility Global's largest investment holding, delivered solid Q2 2025 performance, ‎underpinned by continued organic operational strength. The DB Schenker integration ‎remains largely on track. While the share price has been volatile over the period, we are ‎managing our equity collar with prudence to protect downside risk and restructure upside ‎potential in line with DSV's intrinsic performance. Agility Global's DSV investment value ‎has increased by 12% YTD.‎ ‎●‎tAgility Global is an investor in Reem Mall on Abu Dhabi's Reem Island, Abu Dhabi's latest ‎signature shopping, dining, and entertainment family destination, spanning around 183.4K ‎sqm of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). Anchored by hypermarkets and notable ‎entertainment and home furnishing concepts, the mall will be home to around 400 ‎international and local brands. One of the prominent recent openings was Sharaf DG, an ‎expansive 3,334 sqm electronics retail space with 34 brand experience zones, making it ‎the largest store of its kind in Abu Dhabi. ‎ As of June 2025, roughly 66% of GLA was open and trading, with an additional 14% ‎under fit-out, for an effective GLA leased of 80%. As of July 2025, we have signed ‎proposals for an additional 4% of GLA. The mall recorded consecutive record-breaking ‎months for footfall and tenant sales in May and June where key metrics have increased ‎by 30% and 40% respectively.‎

Kon is a five-week extensive program that encompasses educational activities, specialized training sessions, interactive discussions, online lectures, and virtual workshops all tailored to enhance and develop pioneering social programs in Kuwait. This year, 45 male and female students participated in the program between the ages of 12 and 16, and the opening day provided a unique opportunity for networking and exchanging experiences between different generations of social entrepreneurs. The aim of this program is to instill in the student skills of leadership and innovation by developing projects that serve society and contribute to its prosperity. Moreover, participants get the opportunity to learn from distinguished leaders at NBK as well as experts from different participating companies and institutions, who provide their knowledge and counselling for the program's competing projects. As part of the program's activities, Mohammed Al-Sarraf, Event Manager at NBK gave the students an orientation session which introduced them to concepts of social responsibility and highlighted NBK's diverse initiatives and programs across different sectors, including healthcare, education, environment, and youth support. Yaqoub Al-Baqer, Assistant Vice President of Public Relations and Event Management commented: 'We are pleased with our collaboration with LOYAC that embodies our joint vision and belief in the significance of investing in Kuwait's youth who, as we strongly believe, can make sustainable and positive change in society'. Al-Baqer emphasized NBK's strong commitment and dedication towards enabling Kuwait's youth to become influential future leaders, as the bank diligently provides them with the necessary support and confidence to turn their ideas into purposeful projects. NBK is also very keen on constantly providing specialized training programs that invest in youth competencies and give them the opportunity to build promising futures. The program successfully concluded its activities on August 7, after which students benefited from extensive training sessions presented by experienced social entrepreneurship experts, as well as specialized discussions and virtual workshops. At the end of the program, the students competed in a final evaluation of their projects by which the judging committee chose the best three projects as per innovation, excellence, and quality standards. Under its commitment to social responsibility, NBK is always keen on supporting all society segments as well as volunteering non-profit organizations that promote youth education in preparation for a better future.
