Television couple
Yuvika Chaudhary
and
Prince Narula
, who welcomed their baby girl in October last year, are thoroughly cherishing their journey as
new parents
. In a recent exclusive conversation with Times of India TV, Yuvika couldn't stop gushing over Prince, applauding him for being a deeply involved and supportive father.
However, she did mention that Prince panics when he hears their daughter crying.
Talking about Prince doing
daddy duties
, she said, "Yes, Prince has become really good at helping the baby burp, but he also gets nervous, panics when the baby cries. At that moment, I feel like I have two kids—one small and one grown-up! I didn't use to say it before, but now I do. Still, I must say, he's always there when I need him. If I tell him something needs to be done, he does it.
When I say I'm tired, he takes care of the baby without any complaints. He's not someone who avoids responsibility, he truly supports us.
It feels really nice. I always remind myself not to expect too much, so when he helps, it makes me very happy. He never says no. He always helps—whether it's burping the baby or anything else."
Yuvika further opened up about how she insisted on Prince spending time with their daughter and today he shares a beautiful bond with their daughter
Ekleen
. She also spoke about how their journey as a family has deepened since her birth. "I remember after our baby Ekleen was born, I really wanted Prince to build a strong bond with her. Since we had experienced long-distance in the past and felt that gap, I didn't want the same for him and the baby. So after we moved into this house, I started handing Ekleen to him—asking him to burp her and spend time with her. This helped them connect, and as a family, we grew closer.
It all happened gradually. Now, we look forward to these moments. No matter where he is, Prince does video calls all the time—day and night. He gets super happy to hug us and lovingly calls us his two babies," she concluded.
