Strictly pro missing from This Morning chat as co-stars address their absence
One Strictly Come Dancing star was absent from their This Morning appearance on Monday.
During the latest episode, summer presenters Emma Willis and Joel Dommett chatted to Strictly favourites James Jordan, Pasha Kovalev, Brendan Cole and Ian Waite.
The quartet have joined forces for their popular show The Return Of The Legends, where they perform spectacular routines and share amusing tales from the beloved BBC One dance programme, where they all worked as professional dancers.
However, one member who was absent from the This Morning chat was Vincent Simone.
Before the interview, the group shared a touching tribute to Vincent, 46, who was a professional from 2006 until 2012, reports the Mirror.
Posting on Instagram, James, 47, who worked as a Strictly professional from 2006 to 2013, shared a heartwarming video message to Vincent with his fellow performers.
James declared: "Very shortly we are about to go live on This Morning! So make sure you tune in and also we just wanted to say hi to Vincent who can't be with us today. Vincent we love you and it's not the same without you!".
During the chat, the group also referenced Vincent as Brendan, 49, who was a Strictly professional from 2004 to 2017, highlighted in a preview of their show: "Did you see Vincent there? Vincent is with us as well!"
Meanwhile, at the beginning of Monday's programme, the Strictly professionals all danced into the studio as they welcomed hosts Emma and Joel complete with enormous feathers.
After their blockbuster sell-out tour Legends of The Dance Floor in 2024, Strictly Come Dancing icons Brendan, James, Pasha, Vincent and Ian have revealed an even grander tour for 2025: The Return Of The Legends.
James had previously reflected on last year's show: "Last year's Legends tour was a life-changing experience, reigniting a passion for dance I thought was lost.
"The energy, artistry, and camaraderie reminded me why I fell in love with dance. I'm deeply grateful to the exceptional team and talent behind it. I can't wait to bring that same energy and legacy to new audiences on the upcoming tour."
Meanwhile, Pasha, 45, who served as a Strictly professional from series nine to series 16, remarked: "Working with my best friends on the Legends of The Dance show was such a joy.
"We gave it everything, so to see the audiences' reaction in sold-out theatres night after night...it doesn't get better than that. See you there."
This Morning continues on weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV X.

First picture of Oasis fan who fell to death at band's concert
Lee Claydon has been named as the man who died at Wembley Stadium on Saturday having suffered 'injuries consistent with a fall'. Tributes have been paid to a "lovely family man" who sadly fell to his death during an Oasis gig. Lee Claydon has been named as the man who died at Wembley Stadium on Saturday having suffered 'injuries consistent with a fall'. Paying tribute to the dad on Facebook, his cousin Shannon Gabrielle said: "Honestly don't even know what words to write right now. My cousin Lee tragically passed away this weekend after no doubt having the time of his life at the Oasis concert this weekend, most will have seen snippets in the news I'm sure & as you can imagine it has devastated the whole family and for his closest knit family unit it's the toughest time they are going through ever right now. "Sharing his go fund me page, in the hope that any donations, big or small, will go a long way towards helping his partner Amanda & the boys throughout this awful period and costs of things. You just don't fathom you will go out for a night of amazing fun & not come home at the end of it." As reported by the Mirror, Lee was pronounced dead at the scene after falling at the concert. After the news emerged, Oasis said they were 'shocked and saddened' to hear of the death during their sell-out Wembley show this weekend. The band said in a statement: 'We are shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic death of a fan at the show last night. Oasis would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.' A GoFundMe page set up by his brother Aaron reads: "Hi everyone, my name is Aaron Claydon and I have set up this gofundme page for [his children] who have very sadly and tragically lost their Dad, partner and also my brother Lee, the man I have always looked up to. Our family has been turned upside down and are struggling to deal with this devastation and unexpected loss. Lee leaves behind his Son, Dad, Partner , Brothers, Sisters, Nephews and Niece. "Lee was a loving family man who was a role model to his son Harry and was loved so much by all his family. Lee would have done anything for any of us and he was taken from us far too soon and we will miss him so very much. Lee loved all outdoor activities, one of his favourite hobbies was fishing. He also loved music and his guitar. He also really enjoyed going to watch and support the boys and his nephew at their football games. "Amanda and the boys have our full support at this very sad time which is why we would love to be able to help them financially as well as emotionally. Please help us raise as much funds as we can to take one worry off Amanda and family right now as they are going through any family's worst nightmare." Oasis fans took to Facebook after the gig. The parent of one gig-goer said her teenage son "saw him falling" but was too far away to see him land. Another woman said the man fell into their block and described what happened 'awful'. Claire Collier wrote: "It happened about [five] mins before the end of the gig, it was awful... thinking of his family and friends and everyone that witnessed it." Fellow attendee Vincent Muylle said the atmosphere around him inside the gig was "euphoric" until the "very shocking" fall. "He fell, right in front of us," he said. Petrina Whiley said: "I think we are all in a state of shock at what happened last night." During the Sunday gig, Oasis dedicated Live Forever to 'all the people who can't be here tonight'. The touching moment came as the Manchester band brought to a close their first run of five gigs at the venue as part of their Live 25 tour. Addressing fans on Sunday night after finishing Whatever, singer Liam Gallagher said: 'This one's for all the people who can't be here tonight, but who are here if you know what I mean, and aren't they looking lovely. Live Forever.' A spokesperson for Wembley Stadium said on Sunday: 'Last night, Wembley Stadium medics, the London Ambulance Service and the police attended to a concert-goer who was found with injuries consistent with a fall. 'Despite their efforts, the fan very sadly died. Our thoughts go out to his family, who have been informed and are being supported by specially trained police officers. 'The police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them.'

Aaron Chalmers' son may need wheelchair as ex cries over heartbreaking health condition
Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers' ex, Talia Oatway, has given a heartbreaking health update on their son, Oakley, three, who was born with Apert Syndrome Aaron Chalmers' ex, Talia Oatway, has revealed their little boy, Oakley, may need a wheelchair in heartbreaking news. Little Oakley, three, was born with Apert Syndrome, a genetic disorder, which causes the skull, hands and foot bones to fuse together. Sharing recent photos of her son, Talia, who split up from her Geordie Shore star ex shortly after Oakley was born, admitted she 'cries a lot' as she gave an emotional update on the tot's progress. It comes after singer, Jessie J, updated fans on her health after being rushed to hospital with an infection and fluid on her lungs, weeks after breast cancer surgery. Responding to a follower on Instagram, who told Talia how amazing it was to see Oakley taking his first steps in a video his proud mum had shared online, the model said he may end up depending on a wheelchair, explaining: "Ah thank you, he will only walk outside for a very very short time (like a few minutes) at home he walks more. "The bones on the bottom of his feet are becoming more prominent, which is where I need to keep an eye on. "A lot of Apert children require feet surgery and depend on wheelchairs at times. This is due to the bones on the bottom of their feet causing pain up to their backs." Later on in the Q&A, Talia was told how "amazing", but she replied: "Thank you, I honestly don't think I'm strong. I am very emotional at times. I cry a lot especially in situations where I can't get my point across or when I'm overwhelmed. "I have tried to hold my emotions in as much as I can especially when the kids are around." Aaron and Talia welcomed Oakley into the world in February 2022. The former couple also share Romeo, four, and Maddox, three. They got together in 2017 but split just months after Oakley's birth. Aaron, who found fame on MTV's Geordie Shore, made his debut with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship in April. Speaking to the Mirror about how he struggled to cope after Oakley was born, he said: "Everything was going in the right direction, and then after my last fight in the November - a few days later my cousin died, who was literally my best mate, my brother. He passed away and I just went on a slippery slope. I started drinking f***ing really, really badly. Drinking badly. "And then leading into 2024, my son… As I was trying to get myself back on the straight and narrow, my son went into hospital. It was meant to be a routine head surgery, and he was in a coma and he was in Liverpool fighting for his life for eight weeks, and I just didn't deal with it."

Coronation Street icon dyes hair ahead of making major comeback this week
Catherine Tyldesley is set to reprise her role as blonde bombshell Eva Price on Coronation Street, and has gone back to her character's signature colour in time for filming Catherine Tyldesley has dyed her hair in time for her return to Coronation Street. The actress, 41, is set to be make a major comeback onto the ITV soap as she returns to her signature role of Eva Price, seven years on from her initial exit. During her initial stint on the cobbles, Eva sported platinum blonde locks but after she quit the soap, Catherine quickly went back to her natural brunette colour as she competed on Strictly Come Dancing. She kept the darker look as she took on roles in shows such as Scarborough and Viewpoint but an Instagram post on Tuesday revealed that she is a blonde once again. The actress shared two snaps of herself posing with friends as she headed out for dinner, in Manchester and The Sun reports that the outing comes just days before she is supposed to making a return to the set at MediaCityUK to begin filming. Catherine, who was a brunette when she took on her first big role in the BBC drama Lilies prior to joining Coronation Street, previously explained that bosses just felt that it was right that barmaid Eva would have blonde hair. It comes after reports of all the celebrities rumoured to be joining BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2025. In 2019, she explained during an interview on Lorraine: "When I first started Corrie I'd done a sketch show and was blonde. They felt Eva was blonde and so did I. I keep walking past windows and mirror and think 'Oh!' and forget I've done it. A lady came up to me and said I think you should be blonde." Reports surrounding the return of Leanne Battersby's sister emerged earlier this year, but then nothing was announced. Fresh reports just last week claimed the planned plot was now approaching. It's thought that the move has come about after EastEnders bosses revealed that Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) and Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) will be taking the reins of the Queen Victoria pub. Aaron McCusker, who starred as Freddie Mercury's boyfriend in the film Bohemian Rhapsody, is reportedly set to arrive alongside her as her new husband. A source told The Sun: "Corrie bosses were never going to take EastEnders shrewd decision to reinstate Kat and Alfie at the Vic lying down. So they took their time looking for the perfect actor to play her husband to Eva as she makes her return to Corrie as the new boss of the Rovers." The insider added that Corrie bosses knew they had found the 'perfect' actor as soon as the Irish-born star walked into the room. They added of his character: "Aaron's character is also someone not to be messed with, and the locals are going to be in for a shock if they think they can take advantage of his good nature and that cheeky Irish charm. "It's the start of an exciting new chapter in the pub's history." Aaron is also known for his role as Jamie Maguire in Shameless, whilst Catherine has starred in The Good Ship Murder and earlier this year appeared opposite Siobhan Finneran in an episode of the ITV drama Protection. She was also set to star in a cancelled touring production of Bonnie and Clyde: The Musical last year and went viral over a social media scandal known as Cakegate in late 2023. The actress first appeared on Coronation Street in 2011 as the daughter of Stella Price (Michelle Collins), who had arrived to take over the pub herself and also reveal herself as the long-lost mother of Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson). Over the course of seven years, Catherine saw her alter-ego through numerous relationships with the likes of Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas), Rob Donovan (Marc Baylis) and Nick Tilsey (Ben Price). Her most notable relationship was with Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward), but that started to go awry when he began an affair with Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon). Instead of confronting Aidan head-on about his infidelity, she took revenge by putting a bright pink Range Rover on his credit card and then decided to fake a pregnancy. Maria discovered Eva's lies and exposed them all at the wedding but Eva later discovered that she was in fact pregnant with Aidan's baby. In order to go through with the birth in secret, she went off to a remote cottage and had planned to give baby Susie away to Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor). However, Aidan later took his own life and Eva began to grow close to her daughter, eventually opting to leave in the back of a taxi with her for good. If Eva does return and take over the Rovers, she will be following in the footsteps of former characters such as Annie Walker (Doris Speed), Bet Lynch (Julie Goodyear) and Liz McDonald (Beverley Callard), all of whom have helmed the nation's most famous pub over the course of the show's history. One such landlady is Jenny Connor, who is confirmed to be leaving the ITV soap.
