🎥 Bayern stars pay homage to departed star Thomas Müller
Enshrined in club lore after making over 750 appearances and hitting 250 goals across all competitions in 17 seasons, the Bavarian-born star is now a man departed as he looks for pastures new to continue his legendary career.
Though he will no longer don the famous garbs of Germany's biggest club, Müller's now former teammates can't help but gush at what he has meant to the club and them individually as they sat down with internal media to describe 'Radio Müller.'
The likes of compatriots Jamal Musiala, Leon Goretzka, Manuel Neuer, Serge Gnabry, and star Canadian defender Alphonso Davies used descriptors such as 'legend,' 'unique,' and 'winner' when referencing Müller's presence in the team.
Gone he may be, but Müller's name will forever be cemented in the very fabric of one of football's greatest institutions.

Florian Thauvin joins Lens from Udinese
RC Lens have confirmed the signing of Florian Thauvin (32) from Udinese on a contract that will tie him to the club until 2028. Thauvin returns to a league that he is intimately familiar with, having made 289 appearances and scored 86 goals across stints with SC Bastia and Olympique de Marseille. The 2018 World Cup winner was also on the books for Lens's bitter rivals, Lille OSC, but strangely enough, his time with Les Dogues will likely have done him more favours in the eyes of the Lensois faithful. The Frenchman joined Lille from Bastia midway through the 2012/13 season and was loaned immediately back to the Corsican club. In the 2013 summer transfer window, the forward then signed for Marseille in acrimonious circumstances, with Thauvin later telling Le Media Carré, 'They made me look like the bad guy, but I was used as a bargaining chip. I never played for the club, and they made €10m on me.' With Thauvin set to be the centre-piece of this new Lens attack, the Derby du Nord looks as if it will have some added spice behind it, with old wounds certain to resurface. GFFN | Nick Hartland

Manchester City Plot Shock Move for Chelsea Target With PSG Clause Attached
Chelsea look set to sign 22-year-old Xavi Simons, who left PSG earlier this year, while Arsenal is also showing interest. Wherever Simons ends up, PSG is expected to make a solid profit from the transfer. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that Leipzig agreed to an €80 million deal for Simons, with €55 million paid upfront. The Dutch midfielder's contract runs through June 2027, and PSG included a sell-on clause to secure a share of any future transfer fees. That strategy is already paying off. Adam Crafton of The Athletic revealed that PSG recently received €17 million (£15 million) from Hugo Ekitiké's move to Liverpool thanks to a similar clause. Romano also said Chelsea are making strong progress on personal terms. Simons is reportedly open to the move and interested in joining the Premier League club, though talks are still ongoing. Can Manchester City land former PSG standout?Journalist Sacha Tavolieri reported on Monday that with Savinho likely to leave, Manchester City have reopened talks with super agent Ali Barat as they try to lure Simons away from Chelsea. Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sport Germany reported that Xavi Simons has already agreed to full terms with Chelsea and remains eager to join, waiting patiently for the move to go through. Chelsea are still pushing to finalize the deal but need to offload more players first. A swap involving Christopher Nkunku isn't being considered at this stage, though RB Leipzig are still open to taking Nkunku on loan. For now, the full cost of a Simons transfer is proving too steep for Bayern Munich.

Chelsea offer Man United two new swap deal options for Alejandro Garnacho
Manchester United have already signed three big-money players to revamp the team's attack, but INEOS are not done yet as per recent reports. Ruben Amorim still wants a midfielder, with Carlos Baleba being the top target, while Gianluigi Donnarumma has been earmarked as a potential option to replace Andre Onana in goal. However, bringing in both these stars will mean a significant outlay, and the only way for both deals to materialise if for the co-owners to sell well. Marcus Rashford has departed on loan to Barcelona, but the likes of Rasmus Hojlund, Antony, Jadon Sancho, and Alejandro Garnacho are all expected to depart this window. Garnacho only wants Chelsea The Argentine has attracted interest from Bayer Leverkusen, Saudi Pro League sides as well as several Serie A teams, but he seems hellbent on only moving to Chelsea. And the Blues are ready to take advantage, preparing a cut-price offer for the Carrington wonderkid. The Red Devils want a minimum of £50 million while the Stamford Bridge side will start off with only £30 million. They are prepared to include one of their players in order to bring the price down, with The Peoples Person already relaying swap deal talks involving Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku. With Benjamin Sesko onboard, United have no need for another striker, and hence, Fabrizio Romano has revealed on GMS that Chelsea have now offered United two other options. Axel Disasi, who was a former target, and Renato Veiga have also now being offered as part of a swap deal. The latter, a full Portugal international and Nations League winner, can play as a centre-back and defensive midfielder, which United are currently crying out for. But INEOS have clearly said no to any player deal possibilities, and want straight cash, which they want to subsequently reinvest into the squad. As for Garnacho, he is even willing to stay put and not play for the next six-twelve months and allow his price to dwindle further in order to force through a move. 'Chelsea and Manchester United are in direct contact, but sources tell GMS that there's still a difference in valuation, as Chelsea want to pay around £30m and Man United start from £50m. Two new swap deal options discussed We can also reveal that Chelsea offered the chance to include some players as part of the negotiations. Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku have been discussed, as well as Axel Disasi and Renato Veiga. 'The answer from Manchester United? They want money, fresh money to re-invest on different positions rather than going for these players despite the appreciation for some of them. 'Sources also tell GIVEMESPORT that Garnacho informed Man United about that: Chelsea or nothing, even if the price to pay is staying at the club completely out of the project.' Both new players have struggled in Chelsea, and it makes very little sense to swap Garnacho for either of them. United's stance regarding the Argentina international's price has been undermined due to Amorim publicly disowning the winger. It will be interesting to see how much INEOS can finally earn from his sale. It will count as pure profit, which hopefully will pave the way for Baleba to move to Old Trafford this window.
