Andy Cohen has found a buyer for his lavish NYC home — a massive duplex he spent decades piecing together
The king of Bravo is finally trading indoor glam for outdoor green.
Andy Cohen, the Emmy-winning TV personality and producer of 'Top Chef' and 'Watch What Happens Live,' has found a buyer for his sprawling West Village duplex after eight months on the market.
The 3,500-square-foot Manhattan residence — pieced together over 21 years by combining multiple units — was listed for $14 million in September 2024 before undergoing a $2 million price cut in February.

It officially went under contract on May 19, according to real estate broker and longtime friend Ryan Serhant, who shared the news via Instagram. The final price to be paid, as well as the new owner, are not yet known.
Serhant, who's now the star of 'Owning Manhattan' on Netflix, first made his name in real estate reality television on Bravo's 'Million Dollar Listing New York,' which premiered in 2012.
'Congrats @bravoandy,' Serhant wrote. 'Thanks for trusting me and @serhant with your home.'
Serhant had been eyeing Cohen's unit for years, according to previous reports.

11 Over 21 years, Cohen combined four separate units — and later two additional studios — into a 3,500-square-foot dream home.

'The first time I ever walked into Andy's apartment, I said, 'Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know. Because it's a one of one,'' he told the New York Times. 'It's one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for.'
When reached for comment by The Post, Serhant could not elaborate on the deal.
The apartment reflects a layered, theatrical sensibility befitting its owner.
It is currently composed of three bedrooms, with the potential for 4 to 5 bedrooms, and boasts 4.5 bathrooms.
11 Serhant, who had long coveted the listing, called the property a 'one of one' and a career highlight.

11 The home boasts woodburning fireplaces, a steam room, sweeping views of the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings — and standout design touches like a walnut, steel and glass staircase.

With architecture by Gordon Kahn, the custom residence includes a show-stopping walnut, steel and glass staircase; cobalt blue kitchen cabinetry; and panoramic views of both the Empire State and Chrysler Buildings.
The unit features a mix of saturated color palettes, from lacquer-red powder rooms to a royal purple rug in the primary suite.
Among its many rarities: multiple woodburning fireplaces, a steam room, three storage units, and a primary bath with a teak soaking tub and a marble vanity.
The main bedroom also boasts its own fireplace.

Still, even dream apartments have limits.
Cohen, who had long pined for an open-air escape, decided to move after finding another West Village home that finally checked the box: outdoor space.
'Outdoor space was the decision! I always have coveted outdoor space,' Cohen, who hails from Missouri, told People. 'There is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space, so when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment … that's what it took.'
Cohen's new home reportedly cost $18 million and comes with a 2,000-square-foot terrace in addition to 3,000 square feet of interior space. When he's not there, he's constantly found walking around the West Village — and has been a common sight on the streets there for years.
11 The Emmy-winning producer and talk show host said he made the emotional decision to sell in pursuit of outdoor space, which he found in a nearby $18 million West Village apartment boasting a 2,000-square-foot terrace.

The sale marks the end of an era for the Bravo figurehead, whose West Village abode served as a longtime personal and professional refuge.
Outside of real estate, Cohen continues to juggle a packed schedule. In addition to his SiriusXM channels and hosting duties, he's currently touring the country with CNN anchor, and longtime friend, Anderson Cooper in their live conversation series, 'AC2: An Intimate Evening with Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen.'
As Serhant sees it, parting with the home wasn't just a sale — it was a moment.
'It's one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for, to find something like this that you get to bring to market and sell,' he said.

Nobody Wants This cast announce release date for season two
Kristen Bell and Adam Brody have confirmed season two of Nobody Wants This will drop later this year. Loosely inspired by creator Erin Foster's own experiences, the hit Netflix show follows agnostic podcaster Joanne (Bell) as she starts a relationship with an unconventional rabbi named Noah (Brody). The show was renewed for a second series shortly after it premiered via the streamer last September, and on Sunday, the cast revealed the new episodes will drop on 23 October. The news was shared by Bell, Brody, and fellow actors Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, and Jackie Tohn at Netflix's FYSEE LA Emmy Event. In addition, producers posted a video online in which the actors are seen celebrating the release date by asking a Magic 8 Ball questions regarding the "scoop" on the second season. Bell begins by asking, "Will the Matzah Ballers (fictional basketball team) make the playoffs?" to which she gets the response: "Try again, loser." The cast also questions whether there will be "another iconic kiss this season," referring to a memorable scene between Bell and Brody's characters in the second episode, and if Joanne's sister Morgan, as played by Lupe, will "find love". To conclude, Bell asks the Magic 8 Ball what's coming in October, to which she gets the response: "Ask a rabbi". "And the rabbi says: season two! Your favourite show and mine, Nobody Wants This," adds Brody. In a recent interview for Netflix's Queue magazine, the former star of The O.C. recalled how the entire cast of Nobody Wants This instantly bonded. "We just enjoy each other so much," he gushed. "I know these are early days, but we're not young kids. We're stable. And I would imagine if we go a long time, we'll still feel that way. I just really, really, really like everyone."

‘Love Island USA,' Plus 7 Things to Watch on TV this Week
Between streaming and cable, there is a seemingly endless variety of things to watch. Here is a selection of TV shows and specials that are airing or streaming this week, June 2-8. Details and times are subject to change. From yachts to villas. 'Below Deck Down Under' just wrapped, and luckily for those of us who can't get enough of life and drama at sea, the new season of 'Below Deck' is setting sail with Capt. Kerry Titheradge at the helm this week. Fraser Olender is also back as chief stew on the show that follows the crew of a luxury charter yacht. In a preview released by Bravo, we already saw a crew member calling the maritime police and, well, everyone making out with everyone. Monday at 8 p.m. on Bravo. Toooonight (said in Iain Stirling's voice): 'Love Island USA' is back for its seventh season. Though there may be some flawed logic in sending a group of hotties to a remote island villa in an attempt to form long-lasting relationships, it does make for ridiculously fun TV. New episodes arrive every day of the week except Wednesdays, with Ariana Madix back as the host. Things are sure to be messy. Streaming starting on Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Peacock. Warning: If you watched the original seasons of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey,' this new show might make you feel a little old. Teresa Giudice's daughter, Gia, who was 8 years old when she first appeared on that series, will be in 'Next Gen NYC,' alongside adult children of other 'Real Housewives' franchise stars, with some New York City influencers mixed in. As the cast members of other Bravo shows like 'Summer House' and 'Vanderpump Rules' age out of their hard-core partying days, maybe this new cast will fill those roles. Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo. A big week for theater. From Tom Francis's 'Sunset Boulevard' walk to Cole Escola's Mary Todd Lincoln in 'Oh, Mary!' and Audra McDonald's return to the stage in 'Gypsy,' there has been a lot of theater to celebrate this season. And that is exactly what will happen at the Tony Awards. Alongside the usual performances from this year's biggest shows, it was announced last week that original 'Hamilton' cast will reunite for a performance during the broadcast. The New York Times theater critic Jesse Green saw all of the 42 eligible Broadway productions and ran through his predictions for the show. Sunday at 8 p.m. on CBS. Want all of The Times? Subscribe.
