Dunelm shoppers say there's 'no need to iron' new-in 'amazing quality' bedding
A crisp set of bedding can truly transform a bedroom and ensure a good night's sleep. Dunelm have a number of stylish and comfortable sets on their website and new-in for this month is a classy set that is already racking up fans.
The Malmo Global Duvet Cover & Pillowcase set features a geometric, textured pattern, evoking a calming aesthetic in a fresh white colourway. It will easily slot into existing interiors thanks to the neutral shade and print, but it's a little bit different from a plain white set.
Reminiscent of Dunelm's best-selling Mandalay Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set but for a little cheaper, the Malmo set starts at £26 for a single, a double is £38, kingsize £42 and for a super kingsize it's £48. Each set comes with a duvet cover and two pillowcases.
Dunelm customers that have already tried and tested the bedding are calling it 'amazing' and 'top quality', making its £38 price tag even more appealing. There are other retailers that also offer affordable bedding, such as Next. This Textured Square Pattern Bedding Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Set matches the price of Dunelm, being £38 for a double.
The Next bedding comes in white or sage green, a feature that the Dunelm set could benefit from as it is currently only available in one shade. At Debenhams, the OHS Tufted Arch bedding is now 40% off, priced at £32.99 for a double down from £54.99. It has a striking design that the brand say will 'elevate your space'.
As Dunelm's Malmo bedding is fairly new to the website, it hasn't had many reviews, but the current ones have both given full five star ratings. Those that find ironing a tedious task might be pleased to know customers are saying this bedding can be placed straight from the wash, back onto the bed.
One person said: "Absolutely beautiful. The quality is amazing. There's no need to iron. Straight out the packet and not a single crease." A second shopper shared similar views, writing: "I love the look of this duvet cover on my bed. No need to iron after washing too which is a bonus."
Those that find it hard to sleep during the summer, might want to switch their duvet out for a bedspread. A popular pick that is 'selling fast' is Dunelm's Mandalay Bedspread.
Featuring a 'classy' textured pattern that 'transforms' bedrooms as it looks so 'luxurious', customers are noting that it 'makes the bed so easy to make up'. Highlighting how effective it is for the warm weather, another person added: "Lovely summer throw, perfect to replace a duvet in the summer months. Just add a cotton sheet and it's the ideal cover. It looks really pretty too."

Dunelm reduces 'gorgeous' £80 bedside table with 'lovely retro design' to £20
The retailer says the table offers a 'contemporary design that effortlessly complements various decor styles' Contemporary design lovers can get 75% off a highly reviewed bedside table from Dunelm. The retailer's clearance sale allows shoppers to purchase the "stylish" item for a dramatically reduced price. The Elements Griffin Compact Bedside Table, which is described as "an ideal choice for smaller spaces," has been reduced from £79 to £19.75. Designed 'from durable metal', Dunelm says 'this bedside table features a contemporary design that effortlessly complements various decor styles.' The product description for the table explains: "It includes one drawer and one shelf, providing ample storage space for your nighttime essentials. "The drawer offers a discreet spot to keep personal items out of sight, while the open shelf is perfect for books, magazines, or decorative items. The compact size of this bedside table makes it an ideal choice for smaller spaces, ensuring that even the cosiest bedrooms can benefit from its stylish functionality." According to Dunelm, the table measures 56.5cm x 45.5cm x 39.5cm, it is 100% metal, and the assembly instructions state that the legs need to be fitted. For those looking for bedroom furniture, there's no shortage of alternatives to browse. Argos offers a Tvilum Madrid 2 Drawer Bedside Table - Oak for £80, which is recommended by 88% of reviewers. Next offers an Actona Black Oak Seaford Metal Bedside Table for £63. While it has no reviews, the retailer says it is 'a sleek addition' to your home that 'combines functionality with modern aesthetics.' Elsewhere, Dusk offers a Nell 2 Drawer Bedside Table - Cream that's on sale from £79 to £62. There are five different colours to choose from, though only certain colours are reduced in price. Yet, Dunelm's Elements Griffin Compact Bedside Table could stand out to shoppers with its impressive rating, earning an average score of 4.8 out of five from reviewers. One happy customer said: "Perfect!!! Great quality bedside tables!! lovely retro design and just what I was looking for." Another fan wrote: "Lovely bedside unit. Solid piece. Lovely colour. Ready assembled apart from legs so in use straight away." Despite this, there was some mixed feedback. A different shopper loved the look of the table but found the drawer stiff to close. Sharing pros and cons, they wrote: "Excellent colour, good design. Fab colour, good looking bedside table. Heavy and sturdy and good value. The drawer is a little stiff to close." Someone else claimed: "Love it, looks gorgeous and very functional. All I would say is I had to have it delivered (x3 times, shout out to customer service), but the QA on this is bad. "I broke 2 of those spanners they gave because they aren't strong enough to do the job, and the screws were too small for the item and didn't go on. It is also a bit flimsier than I would have wanted." Another shopper also struggled with assembly, writing: "Beautiful tables - hard to assemble legs though. The screws underneath the table were painted in the same colour orange as the actual table which meant screwing on the bolts were difficult, luckily we were able to make it work after a while." However, a contrasting review said: "Sold attractive bedside table. Easy to assemble by one person." A different fan praised: "Great quality, quite heavy and very sturdy. Looks more expensive than it was. Great design love the shelf."

I saved thousands on my wedding by getting 50p flowers from Dunelm – I normally hate fake stems but I filled my boot
A SAVVY bride-to-be has revealed that rather than breaking the bank on posh flowers for her wedding, she stocked up with reduced buys from Dunelm. After being quoted 'insanely high prices' for wedding flowers, Anna Frances was on a mission to see how she could save cash without having to scrimp on style for her big day. 2 2 The bargain hunter normally 'dislikes' artificial bouquets, but desperate to pocket pounds, decided to have a browse online to see what options were available. And now, Anna has been able to save thousands for her upcoming nuptials, thanks to reduced finds in Dunelm. In total, Anna spent less than £200 on artificial flowers for her wedding day and even had an entire boot load full of bargains from just 50p. Overjoyed with her huge haul, Anna took to social media to alert others to her discounted purchases, leaving many totally stunned. Posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private Facebook group with 2.6 million members, Anna uploaded a snap of her recent purchases alongside her chuffed fiancé and beamed: 'Thank you to whoever posted the bargains on artificial flowers in Dunelm. This is one of two orders, spent £180 in total.' Shocked with her 'steals', she continued: 'This boot is £95 worth. I think the biggest steals were the £15 stems/bunches down to 50p. 'I absolutely hate spending money, which is why I love this group! This has saved me hundreds, if not thousands. 'I always thought I'd go for real flowers but unfortunately they are just so expensive, especially decorating the whole venue as well as bouquets.' Following this, she added: 'If online says 'out of stock', I'd recommend going in. There were still so many left in the Taunton store that were reduced (probably 10x the amount I had). 'The amazing staff went out the back and got more for me to look through and were so happy to have me take them as it meant they didn't need to sort them for display!' I wasn't going to spend thousands on a wedding dress so got an Oh Polly one for £75 - no one would know it wasn't pricey Anna later confirmed that to keep within a budget for her wedding day, she and her husband-to-be are 'trying to DIY' as much as they can. And with the average cost of wedding flowers setting brides and grooms back £1,100 it's no surprise, as she confessed: 'I actually really dislike artificial flowers but the quotes we've had for real are so high.' I think the biggest steals were the £15 stems/bunches down to 50p Anna Frances While Anna acknowledged she understands you are 'paying for skill' with wedding flowers, she couldn't justify the huge cost. Not only was she able to keep the price down, but she then explained: 'I will sell [them] for less than I paid or give them away after our wedding. I like that you can do this with artificial flowers.' Keen to reassure shoppers that she didn't clear the shelves, the Dunelm fan stressed: 'There were hundreds more stems available. 'Everything we got, there were more of, and I didn't 'take the last one'.' Bargain hunters beam Anna's post has clearly impressed many, as it was shared just 13 hours ago, but has quickly racked up 663 likes and 120 comments. Bargain hunters were stunned by Anna's huge haul of purse-friendly flowers and many eagerly raced to the comments to praise her finds. One person said: 'Amazing. Please show us what you did with them on your wedding day. And congratulations.' Having seen the cost of weddings these days I say good on you and great bargain hunting Facebook user Another added: 'Love a bargain and a bit of DIY on a budget! ' A third commented: 'Fantastic, I'm chuffed for you.' Meanwhile, someone else simply beamed: 'Great bargains!!' At the same time, another chimed in and wrote: 'Having seen the cost of weddings these days I say good on you and great bargain hunting. Enjoy your married life together.' However, not everyone was as complimentary, as one frustrated user slammed: 'And this is why nobody else could get them.'
