Democratic Front: Ending War, Israeli Withdrawal Are Key to Combating Famine in Gaza

Gaza – SABA
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine stated on Monday that halting the ongoing genocide in Gaza and achieving a full Israeli withdrawal from every inch of the Strip are essential preconditions for combating famine, ensuring fair aid distribution, and reviving the region's health, education, food, environmental, and social systems.
In a statement received by Yemen News Agency (SABA), the Democratic Front said:
'The Israeli enemy's lies and maneuvers have been quickly exposed. Claims of delivering aid and addressing famine are a farce. No aid arriving through Kerem Shalom has reached those in need, and Israeli forces—who effectively control the territory—have failed to stop looters and provocateurs attacking trucks in broad daylight, attempting to tarnish the image of our people and undermine their steadfastness.'
The Front called for an end to what it described as 'a charade orchestrated by war criminal Netanyahu—wanted by the International Criminal Court—and his fascist partners to manipulate global public opinion and justify ongoing violence, even while falsely promoting 'safe corridors' for aid.'
The Democratic Front stressed the urgent need to 'end the suffering of our people in Gaza, which requires—above all—an immediate end to this barbaric war, full Israeli withdrawal, unconditional entry of all forms of humanitarian aid, and recognition of the Palestinian people's right to self-determination in Gaza.'
It also urged collaboration with Egypt to launch a serious reconstruction effort and begin economic, social, and humanitarian recovery in the devastated enclave.

Gaza Government Media Office: 51 Aid seekers martyred in Zionist enemy fire

Gaza – Saba: The Government Media Office in Gaza confirmed that Israeli occupation forces committed a new bloody massacre on Wednesday, targeting thousands of starving civilians in northern Gaza. Within just three hours, 51 citizens were martyred, and 648 others were injured. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the office explained that the victims were killed while attempting to access food aid delivered by trucks from the "Zikim" area. They were targeted in the "Al-Sudaniya" area amid the catastrophic famine imposed on Gaza by the enemy for months. The office noted that while 112 aid trucks entered Gaza today, most were looted due to the systematic and deliberate security chaos fostered by the enemy. This aligns with Israel's policy of "engineering chaos and starvation," aimed at disrupting aid distribution and depriving civilians of assistance. The Government Media Office emphasized that this massacre, along with previous similar crimes, reaffirms that the Zionist enemy is using hunger as a weapon of war, cold-bloodedly targeting civilians searching for sustenance—a blatant violation of international and humanitarian laws. It strongly condemned the continuation of these brutal policies, holding the Israeli enemy and its supporting states fully responsible for the horrific crimes against over 2.4 million people in Gaza, including 1.1 million children deprived of food and infant formula under a suffocating siege and systematic genocide. The office urged the international community, the United Nations, and global justice institutions to act urgently to open crossings immediately, lift the blockade, and ensure the safe, organized entry of humanitarian aid—including infant formula—under full UN supervision. It also demanded accountability for Israeli war criminals over their escalating atrocities. Reiterating Gaza's needs, the office stressed that the strip requires at least 600 daily relief and fuel trucks to meet the bare minimum of vital sector demands, emphasizing that these requirements "remain far from achievable under this suffocating and bloody siege." IDF Intercepts Houthi Drone Launched from Yemen

Israeli military announced it had successfully intercepted a Drone launched by Yemen's Iran-backed Houthis. The missile, reportedly aimed at Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv, triggered air raid sirens across central Israel and Jerusalem, prompting civilians to seek shelter. The Houthis claimed responsibility for the attack, stating it was part of their ongoing campaign in solidarity with Palestinians amid the Gaza conflict. This marks the 66th missile launched by the group since the end of the Gaza ceasefire in March. Israeli defense officials confirmed that the missile was intercepted by the Israeli Air Force before reaching its target, and no casualties or damage were reported. In response, Israel carried out airstrikes on Houthi-controlled infrastructure in Yemen's Hodeidah port, targeting what it described as military assets used to stage attacks. The Houthis have vowed to continue their operations until Israel halts its offensive in Gaza and lifts the blockade. Meanwhile, Israeli officials warned that further provocations would be met with decisive retaliation.

Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement: Airdropped aid is just "Whitewashing the Enemy's Face with Arab Hands"

Gaza – Saba: The Palestinian Al-Ahrar Movement stated on Wednesday that the airdropping of aid into the Gaza Strip is nothing more than an attempt to "whitewash the face of the Zionist enemy with Arab hands." In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the movement expressed regret over the extent to which some Arab countries have aligned themselves with the policies of the Zionist enemy, participating in the starvation of the Palestinian people by dropping aid in a humiliating and degrading manner. The movement emphasized that everyone knows these airdropped supplies amount to less than half a truckload—insufficient to feed even ten Palestinian families or save them from hunger. It added, "Today, the enemy, with the involvement of these Arab states, is trying to deceive the international community by claiming it is facilitating aid through various means. Its malicious propaganda promotes the false narrative that Gaza is flooded with aid, all to evade international pressure and whitewash its ugly image before the world's nations, which are becoming increasingly aware of the criminal nature of this entity and its Nazi-like leaders." The movement called on the United Nations and its international institutions, particularly UNRWA, to expose the Zionist enemy's policy of starving Gaza and its collaborators. It urged them to provide all evidence confirming the enemy's crimes, lies, and deceit before the world and international courts, proving the use of starvation as a weapon of war to break and subjugate the Palestinian people. Additionally, the movement demanded that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) condemn the Zionist entity for using starvation as a weapon of war, prosecute its leaders as terrorist war criminals, and bring them to trial, ensuring they do not escape punishment.
