Rachel Zoe Encourages Women to Have Their ‘Own Independence, Financially and Socially' Amid Divorce
Rachel Zoe is a new era.
The fashion designer, 53, revealed to Us Weekly exclusively that she is living her 'best life' following her separation from her husband of 26 years, Rodger Berman. Seven months after her split, Zoe is encouraging all women to find their own sense of fulfillment.
'As a woman in business and a mother, I will scream at the top of Mount Everest if I have to [about] how important it is for women to have their own independence, financially and socially,' Zoe exclusively told Us while at the Living Beauty Spring Luncheon and Fundraiser in Beverly Hills on Friday, May 30. 'Women need to be able to stand on their own no matter what. No matter how in love they are [or] how great their life is. If you can stand on your own, then you're in a position of strength no matter what happens.'
Zoe and Berman, who share sons Skyler, 14, and Kaius, 11, filed for separation in September 2024 after 26 years of marriage and 33 years together. The stylist is passionate about teaching women and girls 'everywhere in the world, and certainly in this country, how important it is to have your independence.'
Rachel Zoe Is Doing 'Endless Girls' Nights' Amid Rodger Berman Divorce: 'I Feel Very Strong'
'You don't just work till you get married. It is really, really important for a million and one reasons,' Zoe explained. 'You never know what's going to happen in your life. No one has a crystal ball. I think for a mom or anyone going through [a divorce], I think you have to find the light in the darkness.'
Zoe has found that light. She is successfully coparenting with Berman and her sons are doing 'amazing' since the split because 'they have two parents who love them,' which is the 'the only thing that really matters.' Zoe added that the 'stronger' and 'happier' she feels, the 'better [the kids] can feel it.'
'I am really happy. I'm not Instagram happy. I'm actually really happy,' Zoe gushed to Us. 'I'm enjoying this new ride. I'm enjoying looking at life through a different lens. Just working hard and doing lots of exciting things.'
One of those exciting things could include a new television show. Zoe revealed that she is open to returning to TV, if the project is aligned with her current mindset. The mother of two previously appeared on Bravo's The Rachel Zoe Project, which aired from 2007 to 2013, and on the Lifetime series Fashionably Late With Rachel Zoe, which ran for one season in 2015.

'We'll see,' Zoe said when asked about her television future. 'I think if the right opportunity comes along, and the stars align, and it all makes sense, and I have a lot to say — then maybe we'll see.'
One of the projects Zoe is making space for is her work with Living Beauty Cancer Foundation, which raised over $745,000 at Friday's luncheon to support free wellness and healing experiences for women with cancer. As a woman who has been 'plagued by cancer in all aspects of my life,' Zoe told Us that the cause was particularly close to her heart.
'My mother, grandmother, sister, dad, uncle and both grandfathers [have had cancer]. I know it well,' Zoe shared. 'I think that Living Beauty is more impactful than anyone can realize until they're going through it. The foundation really creates this community of women. No situation is the same, but at least they're feeling that together.'

Taylor Swift ‘working to trust' Blake Lively after Justin Baldoni subpoena
NEW YORK — Sources are shedding light on the state of Taylor Swift's fractured decade-long friendship with Blake Lively after the pop star was dragged into the actress' messy legal battle with Justin Baldoni. Swift was subpoenaed in May to serve as a witness in the case, with Baldoni's legal team saying she potentially had information regarding the behind-the-scenes drama on 'It Ends With Us.' Despite the subpoena being dropped weeks later, an insider told People that the Grammy winner, 35, is still 'working to trust Blake again' and that it's 'going to take some time.' Lively filed a lawsuit in late December accusing her 'It Ends With Us' director and co-star of sexual harassment while working on the film and a subsequent smear campaign. Baldoni in January filed a $400 million defamation countersuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and publicist Leslie Sloane, also accusing them of civil extortion. Months later, Baldoni's lawyers subpoenaed Swift, specifically citing her presence at a heated meeting over rewrites to the script and texts that Lively sent in which she allegedly referred to her friend as one of her 'dragons.' People's source said that Lively and Swift — the godmother to Lively's children — 'haven't been spending as much time together as they did in the past,' prior to the lawsuit, though the longtime besties are trying to get 'on good terms.' In the days after the subpoena was initially filed, an insider told Us Weekly that Swift and Lively had spoken but the relationship was 'strained.' The outlet subsequently reported that Swift had 'begun to distance herself' and that mutual friend Gigi Hadid had 'naturally done the same' amid the legal and publicity warfare.

Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) Secures US$30-45 Million Deal with Bittium for ECG Devices
Boston Scientific recently entered into a significant agreement with Bittium Biosignals Ltd. to supply ECG devices, valued between USD 30 to 45 million, which strengthens their cardiac diagnostics offerings. Despite this positive development, Boston Scientific's share price saw a modest decline of 1.54% over the last quarter. This movement is in line with broader market conditions, which have remained flat in recent days and risen over the past year. Positive earnings results and future growth projections would have added weight to broader market moves, maintaining the company's alignment with general market trends. Be aware that Boston Scientific is showing 1 warning sign in our investment analysis. AI is about to change healthcare. These 22 stocks are working on everything from early diagnostics to drug discovery. The best part - they are all under $10b in market cap - there's still time to get in early. The recent agreement between Boston Scientific and Bittium Biosignals Ltd. holds significant potential for bolstering the company's cardiac diagnostics segment. The deal, valued at US$30 to 45 million, could lead to improved revenue and earnings forecasts, given the expected expansion in product offerings. This development might offset some negative factors, such as tariffs and regulatory pressures impacting earnings, by providing a pathway for revenue growth in key markets. Over the past five years, Boston Scientific's shares have delivered a total return, including dividends, of 169.47%. This performance illustrates the company's longer-term growth despite short-term volatility, such as the recent 1.54% share price decline over the last quarter. In comparison, over the past year, Boston Scientific has exceeded both the US Market and US Medical Equipment industry performances, returning more than 12.6% and 9% respectively. The positive uptick in cardiac diagnostics may influence future revenue and earnings forecasts, potentially improving the company's profit margin, which analysts expect to grow from 11.6% to 16.9% over three years. Meanwhile, the share price's current discount to the consensus analyst price target suggests room for growth, as the target is US$117.02, approximately 10.3% above the present share price of US$104.12. Investors should weigh these aspects against market dynamics and the company's ability to capitalize on its new innovations and acquisitions.
