Williams posted photos of herself walking around New York City, wearing a strapless maroon mini-dress and sunglasses. In one image, she held a slice of New York-style pizza. In another, she carried a cup of iced coffee. She captioned the post, 'I like this little life.'
The post came shortly after Allen and Steinfeld's wedding in California, prompting speculation online. But Williams, who has kept a low profile since her breakup with the NFL star, didn't acknowledge the wedding or her former relationship.
She looked relaxed and content, and made no effort to hide that from her 180,000 followers.
A relationship that spanned years
Brittany Williams and Josh Allen first met as kids in Fresno, California. According to Williams, they were around eight years old when they met at Allen's brother's birthday party.
Their first date happened in high school, when Williams invited Allen to a Sadie Hawkins dance. On the Morning After podcast with Kelly Stafford (September 2022), Williams shared that the night was overwhelming for Allen:
'I asked him to come to Sadie's at my school, which is the big school to him and he was nervous,' she said.
'And my friends were crazy, we were taking a party bus… [Allen] had never been on a party bus and was just so overwhelmed with everything. And the boys at my school were mean to him.'
She added that they didn't talk for a year after that night:
'He ghosted me for like a year, but at the same time, I was like 'OK, I get it, things are just not in our timing right now.' I knew it wasn't meant to be at the time, but I always knew in the back of my head it's not over.'

They reconnected as college freshmen and began dating seriously in 2017. Williams was frequently seen at Bills games in support of Allen throughout the early part of his NFL career. The couple broke up in 2023 after several years together.
Allen and Steinfeld's timeline
Shortly after the split, Allen was linked to Hailee Steinfeld. The two began dating in May 2023 and were first photographed together that summer. In August, Allen confirmed the relationship during an appearance on the Pardon My Take podcast.
By November 2024, he proposed. In a letter published in Steinfeld's Beau Society newsletter in December, Allen shared details of how it happened:
'It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you,' he wrote. 'Then, multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be.'
He recalled what he said when proposing:
'I said, 'I couldn't wait any longer.'
I said, 'I can't wait to start a family with you.' I said your full name, and I asked you very nicely. I said please.'
He added that Steinfeld was 'extremely surprised' and said yes, which he said was 'all that mattered.' He also wrote, 'It feels unbelievable to be engaged to someone who is so special and loving and caring and gorgeous and fun and happy.'
Allen and Steinfeld got married on May 31, 2025, in California. According to People, they were seen at a rehearsal the day before.
Steinfeld wore a white strapless gown with opera gloves and a long veil. The guest list included Allen's teammates Dawson Knox, Mitch Trubisky, Spencer Brown, and Shane Buechele.
At the 2025 NFL Honors in February, Allen won MVP and thanked Steinfeld in his speech, calling her his 'rock' and 'best friend.'
Brittany's quiet reset
Since the breakup, Williams has remained mostly private. She hasn't spoken publicly about Allen's new relationship or her own dating life.
Her recent post, though brief, was interpreted by many as a quiet reflection of where she stands: removed from the spotlight, content with her pace, and not looking back.
No drama, no direct comments, just a caption, a coffee, and what appears to be peace.

The poop rule - It is not what you think. This isn't some bathroom etiquette tip, but it is definitely about flushing things out (of your wardrobe or home). Clean and clear, that's what the trend the latest episode of how bizarre (or gross) the internet can get, someone came up with a hack to deal with the clutter that is sitting rent-free in your store rooms or cupboards. When we sit down to declutter, deciding whether to throw away that birthday card from third grade or those sparkly tapes once used for a school project, it gets tough. To throw or not to throw? What if I need it someday? All that contemplation and in the end the pile stays for yet another much? Now, if you are someone who has problem discarding things and no pro tip seems to work for you, you probably need to read up on the 'Poop Rule'.Introduced by lifestyle influencer Amanda Johnson, who regularly shares tips and tricks for decluttering, the idea is simple, but may seem gross to some. She suggests you ask yourself, "If the item had poop on it, would you keep it or toss it?"Yes, Amanda claims that's pretty much how you can get rid of a majority of things (not sure about your red flag boyfriend, though, or maybe you can). View this post on Instagram A post shared by Lauren Hostetler (@lauren_hostetler_)In Indian homes, where emotions and nostalgia run deep, decluttering isn't easy. So can the 'poop rule' become the ultimate solution to all the horaders' problems? The sanitary poop rule?advertisementAmanda Johnson documented her decluttering journey and swore by the 'poop rule'.She explains it further: 'If you wouldn't pack it up and take it with you in a move, like you wouldn't even want to touch it with a poop bag, it probably doesn't belong in your home.''We hang on to things we don't even like, just because we've had them a while, they were a gift, or we might use them someday,'' she wrote, sharing the post. 'But if you wouldn't keep it with poop on it you probably don't need it at all. Decluttering gets a lot easier when you get honest. Use the poop rule and move on.' For those with ADHD, graphic imagery helps them visualise and therefore decide more quickly and with less all the horaders out there, would you give this one a try?

"Can't Believe Virat Kohli Knew...": RCB's Celebrations Amid Stampede Row Heats Up
Royal Challengers Bengaluru's celebrations of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 triumph were marred by the tragic stampede episode outside the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru, where at least 11 people lost their lives while several others were injured. The police and authorities failed to control fans, who turned up in huge numbers just to get a glimpse of the players. However, what was shocking for many was the fact that the felicitation ceremony inside the stadium continued despite the stampede outside. Some people even criticised the franchise RCB, and Virat Kohli for the insensitive act of continuing the felicitations despite knowing that certain fans had lost their lives in the stampede. Though Kohli later took to social media to share his condolences, the fact that the felicitation wasn't immediately ended left many infuriated. Former India cricketer Atul Wassan, however, isn't on board with the theory that Virat knew about the tragedy, yet decided to go ahead with the ceremony. "I cannot believe in a million years that Virat Kohli knew that people were dying outside and the felicitation was going inside," Wassan said in a chat with ANI. The former India cricketer, however, said that the RCB management and the politicians would've known about the tragic incident, but not Kohli. "The politicians, I can believe, because they're ruthless, thick-skinned and so is the corporate, which is the RCB franchise. The franchisees don't care because they have to show the balance sheets, and they have to show revenue. They would have known maybe. It was a lack of communication. By the time Virat and the players would have got to know, they didn't have any say in it. If Virat had known, he would have immediately walked out. I cannot believe that Virat knew and this has happened," he added. #WATCH | Gurugram, Haryana: On the stampede outside Bengaluru's M. Her favourite schools were Kendriya Vidyalaya and Army Public School, then she recalled her days spent in the hills of Kumaon. Celina said that sometimes there was a school, but there were no teachers, and sometimes there were teachers, but the class was broken. She told how this simple life allowed her to meet the most important people in her life. Her post read, 'In the late 90s in Kendriya Vidyalaya, behind and beyond the lofty #Himalayan mountains, we lived a very simple life. Wore #SalwarKameez #uniforms, talked about #leopards that slept in our classroom the previous night, and had big dreams in our minds and eyes. Even though we did not have teachers for multiple subjects in some schools. Sometimes we even studied under trees, shared our tiffins, ate jamuns and apples on the way home, and not once did we give up on our dreams under any circumstances.'
