Sheena Bajaj
, last seen in the TV show Vanshaj, is in the final stretch of her pregnancy. The last few months have been tough, but with support from husband, actor Rohit Purohit, she has managed things well.
The actress, who recently had a godbharai celebration, shares, 'The journey hasn't been easy. There are moments when I feel like breaking down… I've undergone multiple gynaecological surgeries in the past, but nothing compares to this. People call motherhood a beautiful journey, and yes, it is, but it's also the hardest one I've been on.'
She says the last weeks have been especially overwhelming. 'Your body enters a completely different state.
Sometimes I find it difficult to talk and breathe… sleep is almost non-existent. It feels like your body is running a non-stop marathon, but there's also joy and excitement within you as you await the arrival of your little one.'
Surrounded by family, Sheena says she hasn't felt the need to hire extra help. 'I haven't hired any full-time help because my family is more than enough to take care of both me and the baby. My husband has been a constant support even though he is busy shooting for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.'
