On July 18, Prime Video announced their upcoming television series based on the nostalgic beach read—and if you're a friends-to-lovers girlie, this one is definitely for you. Thankfully, Prime Video didn't keep BookTok waiting for updates, immediately announcing seven cast members, including our main duo. You'll probably recognize leading man Matt Cornett from High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, while Amazon tapped Saltburn's Sadie Soverall to play Percy.
