Meghan, Duchess of Sussex posts rare video of her children for Father's Day
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has posted a Father's Day video showing her husband, Prince Harry, playing with the couple's two children. The footage, posted on Instagram on Sunday, features a mixture of photos and videos, including one in which the duke is seen dancing with son Archie in his arms. Another clip shows Harry teaching Archie to ride a bike while daughter Lilibet runs behind them. The duchess captioned the post: 'The best. Happy Father's Day to our favorite guy 💕' The couple have been known to guard their children's privacy closely, but, while the children are only seen from behind in many of the clips and photos, others clearly show their faces. This is the latest sign of a change in approach from the family, as Meghan has recently made a series of posts featuring 6-year-old Archie and 4-year-old Lilibet. For example, on June 4, Lilibet's birthday, she shared rare photos of the little girl. In one black-and-white picture, Meghan can be seen cuddling Lilibet, whose face is partially visible behind her mother's hand and arm. A second image shows Meghan cradling Lilibet, whose face is visible in profile, shortly after her birth. A separate post features two photos of Prince Harry with his daughter, with the caption: 'The sweetest bond to watch unfold. Daddy's little girl and favorite adventurer.' The couple did release a Christmas card last year that featured a photo of both children, but their backs are to the camera as they run toward their parents. Five other images appeared on the card, taken throughout the year. It marked the first time since 2021 that Harry and Meghan released a Christmas card featuring their children.

Philadelphia Eagles center Cam Jurgens describes winning the Super Bowl
Philadelphia Eagles center Cam Jurgens describes winning the Super Bowl A former Nebraska offensive lineman recapped the experience of winning the Super Bowl this past season. Center Cam Jurgens and the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22. Jurgens described the experience as the worst and best month of his life. He made the comments while talking to News Channel Nebraska. 'The playoffs was the worst month of my life and the best month of my life all in one, it hurt so much some days I could even walk or move. But it's all about getting ready to play. Laying your body out on the line for your team and doing what you can.' The honors won't stop there for the former Husker. Next Friday, Beatrice High School, in Beatrice, Nebraska, will name its football field Cam Jurgens Field after the former Nebraska center. Jurgens was a three-sport star at Beatrice High and was the top in-state prospect in the 2018 recruiting class. He would sign with the Cornhuskers and played for Nebraska from 2018-21. The former Husker started his career as a tight end before making the switch to center. The Philadelphia Eagles selected the center in the second round with the 51st pick overall in the 2022 NFL draft. He recently signed a four-year $68 million extension with the Philadelphia Eagles. This includes a $39.4 million guaranteed contract and keeps him with the organization through the 2029 season. Jurgens described the experience while making an appearance at his hometown of Pickrell, Nebraska's Pickrell Picnic. Eagles' 2025 schedule: 5 most intriguing games to watch
Eagles' 2025 schedule: 5 most intriguing games to watch Philadelphia has a daunting 2025 schedule and we're looking at the five most intriguing matchups on the Eagles slate The Eagles completed their off-season workout program and will now have a five-week break before kicking off training camp at the NovaCare Complex. Back in May, Philadelphia released its 17-game 2025 NFL regular season schedule, and they will face the gauntlet of juggernauts in the NFC North and the AFC West and division winners in the NFC West, AFC East, and NFC South. With the schedule reveal complete and planned travel itineraries in place, we're examining the Philadelphia Eagles' most intriguing matchups of this season. Week 1: Thursday, September 4: Home vs. Dallas Cowboys at 8:20 PM (NBC^) All-Time record: 57-71-0 regular season/ 1-3 playoffs There will be storylines entering this matchup, but the most urgent scenario features Jalen Hurts needing to defeat a healthy Dak Prescott in a head-to-head matchup. Prescott has a 33-8 record against the NFC East in his career and a 9-4 record against the Eagles. An NFL season is a marathon, but it would be mentally fruitful for Philadelphia to send a message on a night when they raise a banner. Week 2: Sunday, September 14: Away at Kansas City Chiefs at 4:25 PM (FOX) All-Time record: 5-5 regular season/ 1-1 playoffs Super Bowl matchups are always fun, and an emotionally drained Eagles team will fly to Kansas City to face a Chiefs team returning from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Week 6: Thursday, October 9: Away at New York Giants at 8:15 PM (Prime Video^) All-time Record: 93-87-2 regular season / 3-2 playoffs The Giants have copied the Eagles' model of building an elite pass rush and will host Philadelphia at MetLife Stadium in a game that could see New York defensive coordinator Shane Bowen send Kayvon Thibodeaux, Brian Burns, and Abdul Carter at Jalen Hurts in waves. Week 10: Monday, November 10: Away at Green Bay Packers at 8:15 PM (ESPN/ABC^) All-time record: 17-28 regular season /3-1 playoffs Philadelphia won't run the Tush Push thirty straight times, but a motivated Eagles team will look to send a message to the entire NFL, while punishing the Packers at home. Week 15: Sunday, December 14: Home vs. Las Vegas Raiders at 1 PM+ (FOX) All-time record: 7-6 regular season/ 0-1 playoffs Pete Carroll is 8-0 all-time against the Eagles, and he's defeated Andy Reid, Chip Kelly, Doug Pederson, and Nick Sirianni in those matchups. Carroll will bring a revamped Raiders team into Philadelphia, and he'll have Geno Smith at quarterback, Ashton Jeanty at running back, Brock Bowers at tight end, and Chip Kelly at offensive coordinator.
