In promotion of her New York Times best-selling debut memoir The Matriarch, Tina Knowles, 71, sat down with beloved interviewer Scott Evans for his YouTube series, House Guest, where he interviews stars while enjoying complementary food and drinks.
During the beginning of the interview, Knowles gifted Evans with a bottle SirDavis, by Beyoncé, 43, which they opened and added to the peach-flavored sweet tea made by Evans.
After sipping their impromptu cocktails, Knowles said, 'I brought a mix that Beyoncé put together, but you can try that later because the tea was really good.'
Stunned, Evans took a moment to let that fact sink in and replied, 'We're going to try the mix that Beyoncé made.'

In the next scene, a pitcher of the Beyoncé-mixed drink appeared. 'This is her recipe,' Knowles explained. 'She plays around with all this…the juices, and she put jalapeño in it.'
When Evans noted that the drink had a lot of jalapeños, Knowles agreed as she continued to pour, adding, 'She's spicy, what can I say?' The duo then added a half-shot of SirDavis to each other's glasses, and, to no one's surprise, the drink was a hit.
'I don't want to like this as much as I do,' Evans confessed as he continued to sip. As he held up his glass, he pointed to Knowles and said, 'I want to say, thank you to you, thank you to Beyoncé, and I want to say thank you God.'
Before segueing into their Creole-inspired dinner, Knowles and Evans toasted to her late brother, Johnny, whom she talks about in detail in The Matriarch and Beyoncé references on the track 'Heated' from her 2022 album Renaissance.
Beyoncé's prowess when it comes to beverages is apparent from the rave reviews SirDavis has received from liquor connoisseurs.

As for her culinary chops, it's widely known that the legendary superstar is not known for her cooking skills. In more than one interview, the mother of three children, whom she shares with husband JAY-Z, 55, has mentioned that she doesn't know how to cook, despite attempting to do so many times.
During a November 2008 interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, she confessed to then-talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, 67, that it was the Brooklyn rapper who told her she didn't need to cook after her first few tries. She recalled, 'He actually, after me cooking a couple of times, just said, 'Don't do it. It's okay.' '

Monyetta Shaw-Carter's Birthday Hits Different – She's Celebrating Life & Love After A Stage 1 Breast Cancer Battle

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty Today (May 31) isn't just another birthday for Monyetta Shaw-Carter — it's a full-on rebirth. After battling stage 1 breast cancer, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's special day hits different. She is turning 45 and celebrating with purpose, power, and a whole lot of pink. 'I caught the cancer early, and because of that, I will be here for my kids,' she told People . 'There's nothing more important than getting checked often and early to protect your future. Our health is irreplaceable.' Her diagnosis came after she felt an unusual sensation in her left breast last September. She didn't find a lump but told People she had a strange feeling that something was off. She listened. And that instinct saved her life. 'It was literally like my body was alerting me that something was wrong,' Monyetta said. 'It's so important for me to share this story because I hope to inspire others not to dismiss their gut feeling. Our body speaks to us, and when it does, we have to listen. It can be a matter of life or death.' One month after that self-check, a mammogram confirmed she had stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent a lumpectomy in January and completed 16 rounds of radiation by May 2. Now, weeks later, she's bringing her loved ones together for a joyful, pink-powered birthday bash. Her party honors life, resilience, and sisterhood. Monyetta credits her husband, Heath Carter, for being her rock through it all. She also had the support of her ex-fiancé, singer NE-YO, with whom she shares two children. 'NE-YO was just showing up for me in a major way and just always asking and making sure everything was okay,' she recalled in a recent interview. 'He was like, 'Oh, you're gonna beat this.'' Her RHOA circle also showed up with love. Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Shamea Morton, and Shereé Whitfield all supported. For Monyetta Shaw-Carter, breast cancer is real but not unbeatable. So why not celebrate? As the founder of Keep It Classy Nails , a mother of four, and a businesswoman, she wants Black women everywhere to trust their instincts, take care of themselves, and live on their own terms. 'I'm stepping into this new chapter with deeper gratitude, unstoppable faith, and a whole new glow,' she wrote on Instagram. 'This birthday is more than candles and cake…it's a celebration of life, a reflection of pain & purpose, of healing, and God's grace. I've faced one of the biggest battles of my life… and I WON!!!' Fox News Host Slams Musk for Dodging Drug Use Question

Fox News host Howard Kurtz has called out Elon Musk for deflecting questions about his alleged drug use while serving in the White House. The New York Times published a bombshell report this week on Musk's alleged drug habits when he was President Donald Trump's senior adviser at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which reportedly included taking magic mushrooms, ecstasy, Adderall, and enough ketamine to cause bladder issues. Musk was asked about the Times report during a press briefing at the Oval Office marking the end of his tenure at DOGE on Friday. 'Wait, wait, The New York Times, is that the same publication that got a Pulitzer Prize for false reporting on Russiagate? Is it the same organization?' Musk replied before saying, 'Let's move on.' Kurtz pointed out on Media Buzz Sunday that Musk 'decided to talk about something from five years ago involving the Pulitzers because he knew that he did not want to answer that question. That's my take.' 'That's called deflection,' he added. But Fox News contributor Toni Lahren said that she wasn't sure if the Times 'produced any real evidence of a so-called drug problem,' claiming that the left was simply 'looking for some kind of scandal.' 'The left loved Elon Musk even if he was a billionaire that did mushrooms on the side and maybe a little ketamine. They didn't have a single problem with it. They loved the Teslas. They loved Elon. They loved space flight. They loved all of it,' she said. 'And then he came out as a Trump supporter and now you've got headline news—with everything going on in the country, in the world—about Elon Musk allegedly, maybe doing some mushrooms, maybe a little adderall,' Lahren added. 'Again, please spare me.' She said that even if Musk was actually taking drugs, his potential 'recreational drug use' didn't impact 'everyday Americans.' 'I know that they're looking for some kind of scandal there, but I think it's a real nothing burger and I don't think many people quite frankly, care what Elon Musk does in his personal private time,' she said. Musk has previously publicly acknowledged using ketamine. In an interview with former CNN host Don Lemon last year, he admitted to taking a 'small amount' of ketamine to treat depression. A clip has also recently resurfaced of Musk at Trump's Bedminster golf club in New Jersey in March balancing spoons with Shivon Zilis, one of the mothers of his children. Social media users have accused him of 'tripping on ketamine' in the clip. 'I'm not on ketamine ffs,' Musk wrote in response to the clip.
