Chiefs star Travis Kelce on how he and Taylor Swift manifest their success
Tayvoodoo in full force? Travis Kelce tells the media ahead of Super Bowl LIX how he and Taylor Swift manifest their success.
JT and TK are living it up in Las Vegas.
Football stars Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce were seen alongside Justin Timberlake at a Las Vegas blackjack table in an Instagram video on the 8AM Golf brand page.
The video was shared April 26, before the brand's annual 8AM Golf Invitational during Wynn Celebrity Weekend, which also featured appearances from former NBA star Blake Griffin and comedian Andrew Santino. The group was also spotted together the following day grooving on the golf course, in a video posted by Timberlake, who is an investor and partner for the golfing brand.
The budding golf star and fellow Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes will compete against Golden State Warriors stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson in an NFL versus NBA matchup for Capital One's The Match 12-hole golf event.
Adam Sandler shares first 'Happy Gilmore 2' trailer with Travis Kelce, Bad Bunny: Watch
Kelce will also soon get to fully embrace his golfing era onscreen in Adam Sandler's "Happy Gilmore 2." Sandler has confirmed the film would likely debut on Netflix in July, adding, "We have a nice something for Travis (Kelce). He's going to come by. He's a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life."
It's unclear what role Kelce has in the sequel to the 1996 comedy. In a trailer premiering on Netflix's Christmas Day NFL Gameday 2024, the "New Heights" podcaster is dressed in vintage spiffy with slicked-back hair, telling Sandler's famed golfer character, "It's great to see you back, Mr. Gilmore."
Travis Kelce talks Chiefs return on 'New Heights': 'Don't want to leave that life yet'
It has been a chill post-season for Travis Kelce, who lost to the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl 59 in February. He's now an uncle of four, after Jason and Kylie Kelce welcomed daughter Finnley Kelce in March. And since girlfriend Taylor Swift's Eras Tour wrapped in December, the pair have kept a low profile.

Mavericks believe Jason Kidd will return as head coach next season, not fill Knicks vacancy: Sources
Amid widespread speculation that Dallas Mavericks coach Jason Kidd could force his way out to join the New York Knicks, there are strong signs that the 52-year-old Hall of Famer will stay put. As The Athletic reported, the Knicks have serious interest in hiring Kidd — who has two seasons left on his contract — after they shockingly fired Tom Thibodeau last week. Yet according to team and league sources, the Mavericks continue to privately insist to key stakeholders that Kidd won't be going anywhere. According to a team source, the Knicks had yet to request permission to speak with Kidd as of Tuesday afternoon. Advertisement The widely held belief is that Kidd, ultimately, is hoping to parlay the Knicks' interest into a lucrative contract extension. It remains to be seen how Kidd might respond if he doesn't get the desired extension, and there is historical precedent here when it comes to Kidd spurning the Mavericks for the Knicks. At the end of his decorated 19-year playing career — in the summer of 2012 — Kidd was expected to re-sign with the Mavericks in free agency. But he changed course abruptly, signing a multiyear deal to play alongside Carmelo Anthony in New York. As of now, the Mavericks don't believe that Kidd will leave them for the Knicks again. Kidd has been present at the Mavericks' practice facility this past week as they've held workouts and has functioned in a business-as-usual capacity. What's more, the negotiations with former Toronto Raptors and Phoenix Suns head coach Jay Triano for a lead assistant-coaching position with the Mavericks have been revealing when it comes to Kidd. According to a league source, Mavericks general manager Nico Harrison made it clear to Triano during the process that Kidd would remain the head coach. Triano, the league source said, agreed to terms on the assistant position on Tuesday. NBA reporter Jake Fischer was first to report on the Mavericks' interest in Triano. Triano has spent the past three years as a Sacramento Kings assistant. In September, he was promoted to associate head coach. The Kings fired his boss Mike Brown in December and tapped Doug Christie for their head-coaching position. The Knicks are the only NBA team with a head-coaching vacancy right now. They fired Thibodeau after he led them to the playoffs in four of the five years he was in charge. New York made the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in 25 years this past spring, but it still decided to part ways with Thibodeau. Advertisement Kidd, who was one of the candidates the Knicks interviewed in their 2020 hiring cycle, has a strong relationship with New York's star point guard in Jalen Brunson. Kidd coached Brunson for one season with the Mavericks in 2021-22. Brunson's strong performance in the 2022 playoffs helped him earn a four-year, $104 million deal with the Knicks. The Mavericks have downplayed the possibility of a Kidd-Brunson reunion this week. The belief internally in Dallas is that Kidd will be the team's coach next season.

Netflix Will Invest $1 Billion For Original Productions In Spain
Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez with Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos in Madrid during the ... More streaming company's 10th anniversary celebration. Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos announced the streaming giant will invest more than one billion euros in Spain (about US$1.14 billion) between 2025 and 2028, reinforcing its long-term commitment to original productions and helping support more than 20,000 jobs across the country. Sarandos revealed the company's plans at a special event celebrating Netflix's 10th anniversary in Spain, held at its 22,000-square-meter production hub in Tres Cantos, Madrid. Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and other government officials attended the ceremony. "With this investment, we will be able to contribute even more to the Spanish economy. Create more Spanish jobs. Tell more great stories made in Spain. Support the next generation of creative talent here in Spain," said Sarandos, noting that Netflix has filmed in over 200 cities and towns across the country, bringing to the screen "all the different sides of Spain." The investment builds on Netflix's decade-long presence in Spain, during which the company has produced more than 1,000 Spanish titles since 2017. Spanish films and series have proven highly successful for Netflix, generating over five billion viewing hours on the platform last year alone. "Money Heist" (La Casa de Papel) was Netflix's first most-watched non-English language series. Major Spanish productions include global hits, such as its first original series Cable Girls and Money Heist (La Casa de Papel) - the streamer's first most-watched non-English-language series. "Dali masks, red jumpsuits, Bella Ciao - all of them have become instantly recognisable parts of the global culture," stated Sarandos, while showcasing some of Netflix's top Spanish originals, which also include Elite, its longest-running international series ever, and the Oscar-nominated film Society of the Snow, about the tragic 1972 plane crash in the Andes, which won 12 Goya awards. Another Spanish production, A Widow's Game (La viuda negra), based on real events, has been No. 1 on Netflix's Global Top 10 non-English films for the past two weeks. The company also produced a 10-year anniversary sizzle reel of its productions: Netflix's investment in Spain follows a similar billion-dollar commitment to Mexico announced earlier this year, reflecting the company's broader strategy to develop authentic regional content that appeals to both local and international audiences.
