ITV This Morning star returns to show with heartwarming personal announcement
This Morning star Nick Ferrari returned to the ITV programme with delightful personal news: he disclosed that he had recently tied the knot.
During Tuesday's (August 12) episode of the popular daytime television show, Andi Peters and Emma Willis stepped in as presenters, covering for Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, who are currently enjoying their summer holidays from the ITV chat show, reports the Mirror.
Moments before launching into the day's headlines, Andi declared: "Alison is here alongside the nearly wed Nick Ferrari."
The broadcaster received enthusiastic applause as Andi asked, "Was it a wonderful day?" Nick replied, "It was, and the weather smiled on us. We had to make our way around Parliament Square just before the arrest, so as a car went past, the police moved in."
A photograph from his special day then appeared on screen as Nick continued: "I look startled or like I'm being heckled, but she (Clare) chose that picture, so I'm not going to argue."
Commenting on his wardrobe selection for today's programme, Andi remarked, "It looks like you're wearing the same suit and shirt."
Everyone erupted in laughter as Nick clarified: "I have got more than one pink shirt, Andi." Emma chimed in: "Aw, congratulations."
Andi quipped, "Nice to have you straight back, back to work. She's got you working straight away." Nick responded: "Well, I've got to pay for the frock."
Nick, 66, exchanged vows with his long-term partner, Clare Goodwin, this weekend following a 10-year relationship. The couple exchanged vows at the Old Marylebone Town Hall on Saturday afternoon, in the presence of their nearest and dearest, before heading back to Nick's South East London residence for a garden reception.
Their paths first crossed at Global Radio, where Clare holds the position of Head of Branded Content for Heart, Smooth, LBC, and Gold. Clare's wedding dress was crafted by Needle and Thread, while her friend Robin took care of the floral arrangements.
Their nuptials come after Nick publicly announced their engagement earlier this year during a meal at their favourite restaurant in the south of France.
Nick's proposal tale showcased his sense of humour. He confessed to keeping Clare in suspense about when he would propose, even humorously dropping to one knee in a DIY shop.
Instead of presenting a ring, he asked her to hand him a screwdriver, then picked up a jubilee clip - a type of hose clamp - as a makeshift engagement ring. The pair later purchased a "decent ring" the following morning.

Aaron Dingle and ex-husband Robert Sugden finally confess their true feelings in an upcoming episode, and one thing leads to another. With a concerned Aaron desperate to help Robert amid his spiralling mental health, he tells his soulmate (let's face it) that he "just needs to get him better". As an emotional Robert shares his fears that he has no one and nothing left, thoughts put in his mind by his evil brother John Sugden, Aaron's confused as to why Robert would think he "didn't want to know". It's then that he admits how he really feels and why he's been so distant, amid his marriage to John. It comes as spoilers confirmed the pair would give into temptation amid hopes from fans that Robron will reunite, ahead of killer John's downfall. In the new video preview we see the aftermath of Robert breaking down and trashing his room. Unable to take anymore he loses control with Aaron forced to intervene, shocked by just how broken Robert is. As the pair head downstairs, a numb Robert is on the sofa as Aaron does his best to comfort him. He's desperate to get him some help, while Robert considers leaving and claims he has nothing left in the village to keep him there. Aaron soon confesses what's really been going on, and how he has deliberately pushed Robert away to avoid temptation. He says: "We both know what will happen if we get too close." As Robert asks if they are both "fighting feelings", Aaron says: "I didn't say that. Right now all that matters is getting you better while you have still got people who care about you." Robert suggests his sister Victoria doesn't want to know him after the incident with Harry, with John telling him as such. Aaron adds: "She loves you. She wants to help you, I wanna help you. Even John does and he knows all about PTSD from the army." As Robert tries to change the topic he makes a jibe about Aaron's cooking, sending them on a brief trip down memory lane. But Robert's soon left sad again, telling Aaron: "Thanks for being here. I'm sure you've got better things to do than sit around with your tragic ex." Aaron replies: "No, not really. I've missed you." As the pair stare for a moment Robert leans in and kisses Aaron, with him soon reciprocating. One thing leads to another - but will they be caught out? Emmerdale's Ben drops earth-shattering bombshell about Owen as John twist sealed
Emmerdale spoilers have revealed the moment removal man Ben makes a jaw-dropping admission to the police about Nate Robinson's presumed killer Owen amid John Sugden's lies New Emmerdale character Ben makes his return to the ITV soap next week leaving Nate Robinson's loved ones reeling. Fans may recall the character was the removal man who came to collect Nate's belongings from his wife Tracy Robinson, prior to Nate's death being announced. At the time Nate was believed to have moved away and cut off his family, sending removal guy Ben to get his things for him. Now knowing that Nate was murdered, it became apparent to the police that it could not have been Nate who did this, and was likely his killer. It comes after Nate's murderer John Sugden successfully framed a patient called Owen for the crime, leaving him to die after an apparent overdose all so he could make it look like Owen was the killer. Next week Ben shows up in the village leaving Tracy stunned, with her and Nate's loved ones keen to finally see whether or not Owen killed Nate. When an update sees the detective tell Nate's father Cain Dingle that there's been some new evidence, the arrival of Ben sparks more intrigue. Now a new preview has revealed the moment Ben is in the shop with Tracy and Cain, as well as Mackenzie Boyd. The detective on Nate's case is called there and approaches Ben asking him where he's been and why he hasn't come forward. He claims he's been away and hadn't heard about Nate's murder. It then comes out that Tracy has showed Ben a photo of Nate, and Ben is able to confirm it was not him that booked the service or who he met with to hand over the items. The police are keen for Ben to identity whoever it was, believing this will give away who killed Nate. As they open up a file, the show him a picture of Owen. Immediately Ben claims that Owen is the guy he met with and who asked for Nate's belongings, posing as Nate. With that it appears to confirm to the police and Tracy, and the others, that Owen had Nate's stuff removed, and that this likely means he killed Nate. But as a viewer, we know full well that this just isn't adding up, and there has to be something about newcomer Ben. If Ben literally met the person who wanted Nate's belongings, with him now claiming this was Owen, then he would know it was actually John or someone else. Given John had Nate's belongings and he burned them, and he organised the pick-up in the first place, Ben would know it wasn't Owen, the man in the photo. Owen did not kill Nate, fact, and he wasn't even in the village until months later. By the time Owen was on the scene, Ben had been and gone and Nate's death was exposed. So it can't have been Owen and we, the viewer, know that it wasn't as we saw the flashbacks proving John did it, and then we saw him burn the items too. So very clearly here Ben is lying to the police, but why? Unless of course Ben never actually saw anyone, John or not. But that said John wouldn't have known Owen back then to set him up, so there's just no way Ben has seen Owen, and therefore his identification to the police is false. X Factor alum Honey G is back with a brand new tune and took to social media to showcase her dance moves alongside TV presenter Hayley Palmer Former X Factor star Honey G has shown off her impressive weight loss as she shared her latest song release. The rapper, 44, rose to fame on the popular ITV talent show in 2016. She has since candidly revealed she has struggled with her weight previously. However, she has now proudly confessed that she has dropped from a size 18 dress size to a size 12 - and claims it has upped her "body confidence". Honey, whose real name is Anna Gilford, was seen dancing to her new track titled Nothing To Me on a roof terrace in London. She was alongside TV presenter Hayley Palmer. It comes as the full Strictly Come Dancing lineup has been confirmed. Honey shared the clip on Instagram. She captioned the upload: "Our take on the Nothing to Me dance. Mine & @hayleypalmer_presenter 's rendition – my new single - dropping this Saturday!' She also added the hashtags 'shake your booty' and 'bootylicious'. In the video, Honey wore a small pair of floral-patterned shorts and a vest top. She also donned an oversized pair of sunglasses as she danced to the tune. Fans were quick to praise the star for her fun post. One user in the comments section gushed: "honey g your [sic] still an icon." They added two flame emojis. Another user also added a comment of four flame emojis, while another added: "Aww check yooooo," with a raised hands emoji. The TV personality previously explained she had "changed her body" after a series of gym routines during the Covid pandemic. She added she had also taken up running. Speaking to Daily Star in 2023, the musician said: "I had a personal trainer for a year and a half, almost two years and we worked a lot on strength training and I started to see, coupled with all the running I was doing, I started to see my body change." Honey confessed at the time: "That's why not a lot of people recognise me in the street anymore, it says online I'm unrecognisable which is true. "But yeah, I'm not saying I miss being chased through a shopping centre by school kids, but seriously, in all honesty, when I started to see body shape change, it spurred me on even more.' She also told Closer magazine: "I used to wear loose and baggy clothes that went up to a size 18, but I've thrown most of them away as my taste has matured. Now I wear outfits I wouldn't have dreamt of wearing, and I can fit into nice underwear from Victoria's Secret." Despite not being a regular on television these days, Honey G has kept herself busy. She has been seen performing at clubs and festivals throughout the UK.
