Sitamarhi: Acting on a tip-off, a police team nabbed a criminal, Raja Kumar, along with a country made pistol, two live cartridges, a motorcycle and a cellphone from a thatched house at Balua village under Majorganj police station area in Sitamarhi district on Saturday.
He is a native of Maniyari village under Punaura police station in the district. Raja, who has a criminal antecedent, didn't produce any valid paper for his bike.

The gang made the claim through a social media post, with gangsters Neeraj Faridpur and Bhau Ritouliya stating that Yadav promoted betting apps that had 'ruined many families.' The 54-year-old, popularly known as the 'Queen of Seas,' is a former SAF Games champion who also famously crossed the English Channel twice, in 1989 and 1999. She now resides in Kolkata's Kasba area. Choudhury's career was decorated with remarkable achievements. Born in 1970, she first made her mark as a nine-year-old at the 1979 national swimming competition, dominating her age group.
