Chris Hughes reveals wholesome way he finally admitted his feelings to JoJo Siwa

Love Island star Chris Hughes was initially 'confused' about his feelings for JoJo Siwa, but soon figured out a way to tell her during his trip to the US for her birthday Love Island star Chris Hughes revealed the sweet way he revealed his romantic feelings to JoJo Siwa after meeting on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year. The duo became fast friends when they appeared on the reality programme in April, and many fans were gobsmacked over their lovey-dovey antics. ‌ Barely any time passed after the final aired when JoJo, 22, dumped her partner Kath Ebbs at the show's afterparty, with fans convinced it wouldn't be long before the singer and Chris became more than friends. The couple have given fans insights into their life together in recent months and this week teased that singer JoJo is now officially the former Love Island star's 'girlfriend'. ‌ Chris, 32, also dragged fans into their intimate life by revealing JoJo named his testicles 'Jimmy and Timmy'. It comes after Gary Lineker 'signs a huge deal with ITV to host new show' after BBC exit. ‌ In a new interview, Chris took fans back to the beginning as he discussed how he told her about his feelings towards her at a hotel. The TV personality travelled to the US to surprise JoJo for her birthday when they took their friendship to the next level. He said he was initially 'confused' about how he felt, but suddenly 'wasn't confused anymore. "I knew I needed to write it down to explain to her how I was feeling. "I went to Florida thinking 'I really like this person', but I was slightly confused about the feelings. I had already written her birthday card before I flew over. I took all these presents over for her. They were fun and sentimental gifts rather than anything of monetary value." Chris continued to The Sun: "But the night before her birthday, I realised my feelings had changed. I told her, 'I've got to go do something. I'll be back in half an hour.' I went to the hotel reception and borrowed a pen, and came back up to the room." ‌ The reality star loved her as a pal in the beginning, but his feelings soon developed to something more by the end of the series. It comes after Chris was forced to hit back at trolls who claimed he was using the dancer for fame and pointed out the age gap between the two. He took to Instagram over the weekend to share a series of romantic snaps as the couple come to terms with their long distance romance. He captioned the post: "Just everything - missing you." ‌ The reality TV star received plenty of gushing comments, yet one troll commented: "Does anybody else find this creepy." Chris was having non of it as he snapped back: "No Pauline, you're miserable, p**s off kindly." The woman continued to poke Chris as she quipped: "lol we see long it lasts." Chris responded again: "yeah again, you don't need to speak, you don't follow me, respectfully do one thank you." However, Chris was hit was a comment from a different troll who posted: "Mate sort yourself out. You would do anything for fame." A fan came to the Love Islanders defence as they hit back: "oh liz, imagine hating someone who's just living and happy. Misery aren't you."

Princess Andre puts on a brave face at beauty event after her mother Katie Price condemned her upcoming documentary amid their 'growing rift'

Princess Andre put on a brave face at a beauty event on Thursday night after her mother Katie Price condemned her upcoming documentary on ITV2. The influencer, 18, attended the opening of the Space NK's new Oxford Street store in London where she looked stylish in a white top and baggy jeans. It comes just hours Katie condemned her upcoming ITV2 documentary as she broke her silence on reports of a 'feud' between the pair. In her latest podcast episode of The Katie Price Show, the mother-of-five insisted that her issue was not with Princess but in fact her daughter's management - who also work with her ex-husband Peter Andre. At the Space NK event Princess posed up a storm in her stylish outfit which she completed with white trainers. She wore her long blonde tresses in her usual curly style and opted for a bronzed makeup look. The influencer, 18, attended the opening of the Space NK's new Oxford Street store in London where she looked stylish in a white top and baggy jeans Calling Princess her 'best friend' on Thursday, Katie, 46, said that she fell out with the management team when she split from Peter, explaining: 'I always said over my dead body would I ever want her to manage my kids because she doesn't like me and Pete and I don't talk. 'I was very, very, very upset that Princess signed with them when she was 16', she said ahead of Princess' documentary which airs this Sunday at 9pm on ITV2. Katie added that Princess' management thought of her as 'trash', before claiming that she was deliberately cut out of the show because she's 'not welcome'. Katie and her producer Glenn then alleged ITV and the management team turned down her offer to film for free for three days. An ITV2 spokesperson has since denied claims that the channel didn't want Katie involved in her daughter's show. Growing rumours of a 'rift' between the mother-daughter duo have been growing in recent weeks after Katie didn't appear at Princess' 18th birthday party. Reports then claimed the former glamour model was allegedly 'banned' from appearing on the nepo baby 's fly-on-the-wall ITV television series. On her podcast, Katie said: 'I want to clear up some rumours. I'm going to be very articulate and just real, being honest and telling the truth. 'Princess' show The Princess Diaries comes out Sunday and there has been all of these rumours that there is a rift between me and Princess. 'There is absolute no rift between me and Princess. We have never, ever, ever, ever had an argument to this day or a disagreement. 'We get on like best friends, mother and daughter. Princess lives with me and she stays with her dad. She has been staying her dads the past two months because she has been filming her show. Our personal life together is amazing. 'People need to know when I was with Pete we were both managed by the same management and people will know who that is if they watch our shows and she managed Pete before he was in the jungle. 'She controlled the narrative of me and Pete, photoshoots, when we could hold hands, she was the dominator of it all.' Katie continued: 'And when I split with Pete, obviously Pete stayed with that management and kept me and Pete apart which people know and then it started that 'team Pete, team Kate' thing which was out of my control. 'And I always said over my dead body would I ever want her to manage my kids because she doesn't like me and Pete and I don't talk. I am very, very, very upset that Princess has signed with them when she was 16. 'I wasn't asked to look at any contract so I don't know what contract Princess has signed because it is all to do with that side. People need to realise because of that management and Pete, I am very disregarded as a mum, in fact I am nothing to them and never will be. 'Now she is managing Princess and Junior it is out of my control. I want the best for them always, I will never get in the way of it. 'But what hurts my feelings and it does upset me is when your kids grow up you go to their assemblies, their Christmas things, their awards, football matches, you are involved in everything they do. 'And knowing what my career has been, Princess has taken that same path and trying to do what I done which I absolutely love and adore of Princess but I have not been allowed to go on any photoshoot, no signings or Superdrug openings. 'Why? Because I'm not allowed and not welcome and it puts people in a situation because I don't want her to feel she has to choose between me and her work because I want her to do well. 'I have said to Princess just how it feels to me because I should be there to support you "I'm your mum, I'm proud of you" - but they think I am trash basically. 'Everyone knows she's my daughter so what different does it make? I find it an insult because I've been in the industry 30 years and if there is anyone better to advise or be there it is me.' Princess' television show focuses on her home life with her father Peter, his wife Emily and big brother Junior, as well as her career as an influencer. She added: 'Princess' 18th, I was away because I didn't want it rubbed in my face that the day of her birthday she has a party that I was not allowed to go to. 'The reason is because Pete doesn't want to be in the same room as me because I'm his ex. When the kids get older or get married, can only one parent can be there? I disagree. 'Just because people break up, it shouldn't stop both parents supporting their children. In her new show it will show Pete, Emily and the management all in the show. 'I don't want people to think I'm not in the show, the reason I am not in it is because I am not allowed. ITV you explain this bit. We have evidence and proof of everything that we are telling the truth. Glenn our producer is back in to add to the conversation. 'It is really serious because it affects my mental health all of this and I am not having all of this rift her trying to come between me and Pete.' Katie and Sophie's producer Glenn said: 'The television production company who are producing it are called Optimum. We got an email from them months ago asking if they can use several videos from our YouTube channel. 'Things like you going to nail bars, they wanted to use that in the show. Old footage of you and Princess out together. She was about 15 that was before she was managed by Cann management. 'So I am a TV producer by trade and from my perspective Optimum want to tell the story that you are their mother and that is the only way they can do it.' Sophie added: 'Even though Sophie would be willing to film footage with no fees.' Glenn: 'So we went back and said if you want to use footage of them together you can film fresh new footage of them together exactly, three days for free absolutely no cost and they came back and said no. 'So they obviously want to tell the story that your her mother from a TV perspective but it seems like powers from higher up are not wanting to do that. We offered free footage and they didn't want to take it.' Katie continued: 'I won't be watching the show and I won't be promoting the show because I don't need it rubbed in my face of everyone playing happy families and disregarding me as the other parent. 'Although I support Princess in everything she does, I think it is really wrong for her at her age to be put into this situation. 'I think Princess will be too scared to tell the truth that dad and her management wouldn't let mum in it. Princess shouldn't have that pressure, she should be enjoying it and not worry about what her parents think.' Princess recently revealed she 'wished she had a happier childhood' as she opened up about the 'dark times' she faced while growing up in her documentary. The rising star addressed the traumatic memories during her childhood, including her mum's high-profile breakups. She candidly admitted: 'I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. 'I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age.'

Cowardice of C-listers on Celeb SAS: WDW is bad enough – but the bigger failure was the ‘interrogation' of Rebecca Loos

THE worst thing about Love Island contestants? They never go away. 7 They either reappear on the winter version or they start polluting every other reality format in the schedule with their me, me, me schtick. With TV's worst-affected show currently being Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which has lumbered itself with Adam Collard, Chloe Burrows and Tasha Ghouri, who are convinced the public know them best for. . . . 'being a bit of a lothario', 'snogging lots of boys' and just generally acting the a***hole on Love Island. A spectacular delusion, given 99.99 per cent of the public probably wouldn't recognise them if they abseiled into their bathtubs wearing a name tag. Which only goes to highlight the conflict of priorities at the heart of this show. Pointlessly famous Because, while Foxy, Billy and the heroic Special Forces instructors are quite rightly looking for 'people with grit and determination who can make their country proud', Channel 4's production team are ruthlessly hunting down over-sharing exhibitionists who will bury their country's reputation under 100 tonnes of self-pity and too much bloody information. Just how badly the SAS boys lost that battle of wills can best be gauged by this year's line-up. As well as the three Love Island contestants, others wearing the tell-tale smirk of the pointlessly famous include: Louie Spence, S Club's Hannah Spearritt, Harry Clark from The Traitors, 'Peru Two' drug mule Michaella McCollum and the compulsory drag queen whose real name is Thomas George Graeme Hibbitts, so you can probably understand why the poor frightened little soul decided to call himself Bimini Bon-Boulash. Boxer Conor Benn is also present, along with footballers Troy Deeney and Adebayo Akinfenwa who should probably be slightly wary about 'TV personality and yoga instructor' Rebecca Loos, last seen bringing a pig to climax on Channel 5's The Farm, back in 2005, who remains stuck in a Catch-22 situation all of her own making. She desperately wants to move on from her alleged affair with David Beckham, but cannot shut the hell up about him. A problem that wasn't helped by instructor Chris Oliver, who invited Loos to talk about him again, during an 'interrogation', with the words: 'I'd be interested to get your take on it.' But then missed a trick, once she'd finally exhausted herself on the subject, by failing to add: 'No, not Beckham, I was talking about the Channel 5 pig.' Celeb SAS Who Dares Wins full line up revealed with ex Premier League footballer, pop icon and THREE Love Islanders Say what you like about her, though, Rebecca Loos is far from the most brittle member of this feeble celebrity line-up which started to disintegrate almost as soon as the opening credits were done. First to go was Hannah Spearritt, who didn't even reach for the third ad break, let alone the stars. She was swiftly followed by Louie Spence and then the two Love Island girls who got the shortest shrift of all, from Chris Oliver, after voluntarily withdrawing on the way to the Hang Tough challenge. 'What do you mean VW?' he screamed. 'You haven't fookin' done anything yet.' You could tell the production team were also livid and probably angry with themselves, for choosing such obvious quitters, as they decided to replay the contestants' opening words of defiance straight after they handed in their armbands. Hannah Spearritt: 'I'm pretty determined. I wouldn't say I give up easily.' Louie Spence: 'I'm a survivor.' Chloe Burrows: 'It's really hard for me to say what it would take for me to VW.' 7 7 7 It is? Then I'll say it for her. It took a tiny slope. Not even a hill, a slope was just too much of an obstacle to overcome, so Chloe quit and hopefully exited public life, just as John Barrowman did last year. Two acts of cowardice that'll hopefully jolt C4 into reviewing their recruitment procedure as all the tears and histrionics of these 'TV personalities' tend to obscure the fact there is actually a contest of sorts going on in the background. Barring injury, the eventual winner will probably be Conor Benn, Troy Deeney or Adam Collard, but definitely not rapper Lady Leshurr, who made a 26ft leap into an Anglesey harbour look like the annual Birdman of Bognor challenge. She possibly provided the soundbite of the series so far, though, when Chris Oliver eventually hauled her out of the Irish Sea and asked: 'How did you find that?' 'Traumatic and salty.' SHOW'S GON OFF THE BOIL BBC1 introduced us to the best-named MasterChef contestant of all time, this week. He's Gon, from Thailand. As opposed to Gregg and John, who are gone from pretty much everywhere. Also missing, from Wednesday evening's audience, was our ever-indignant Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy, who described BBC1's decision to go ahead with the MasterChef series as 'absolutely appalling'. A slight step-up, incidentally, on the way Lisa recently described the Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas, responsible for murdering 1,195 Israelis, on October 7, who were merely 'appalling'. Personally speaking, though, I cannot summon Lisa's levels of fury over MasterChef any more than I could avoid spluttering when John said: 'Get your mousselines out, Penelope', during the guest judge round. For Gregg and John are clearly a pair of oafs who should've been reeled in or sacked years ago, just as surely as EastEnders should avoid repeating the finger-wagging lecture about Joel's toxic masculinity which preceded Wednesday's show. Unless, of course, the BBC wants to look like the most self- righteous hypocrites on the planet. But boycotts are for students and watching MasterChef is punishment enough for any man. So I took my medicine on Wednesday night and immediately found myself in a battle with acute drowsiness, during the mystery box test. The moment John started fretting about the texture of yet another risotto, though? I was . . . what's the word? Gone. Random TV irritations ARROGANT Tipping Point: Lucky Stars contestant Matt Dawson ordering Ben Shephard to 'move on' rather than saying pass. The preening self-satisfaction of GMB's holiday cover pundit Nels Abbey, whose stupidity manages to make Ed Balls look like Jeremy bloody Paxman. And drag queen Bimini Bon-Boulash claiming to be 'flying the flag for misfits', on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins which, given there's a bloke in a skirt on nearly every mainstream show, is the very last thing he's doing. He's flying the rainbow flag for establishment cliches. TV gold THE genius and extraordinary back story of Billy Joel getting the treatment they richly deserve from Sky Documentaries' brilliant six- hour, two-parter And So It Goes. Kevin Rowland putting the Jocky Wilson debate to bed on BBC2's hugely enjoyable Dexys At The BBC (it was deliberate). Love Island's Unseen Bits playing The Addams Family music to the arrival of the islanders' relatives on ITV2. SAS: Who Dares Wins legend Billy Billingham lacing the question, 'What does 'Bimini' do?' with more contempt than you'd ever imagine four words could carry. And the Sky Sports presenter, late on Sunday, who said: 'Making their return to the Scottish Premiership, Full Cock.' Before she corrected herself, rather unnecessarily in my opinion. 'Falkirk.' Lookalike of the week 7 Sent in by Gordon Montgomery. GREAT TV lies and delusions of the month. Cooking With the Stars, Jordan North: 'You see Rosemary Shrager on the telly and you think, 'That's why you're proud to be British'.' BBC News: 'Last night, England fans were celebrating the Lionesses' win and the world was celebrating with them.' (Was it really, though?) And Love Island, Cach Mercer: 'Everything happens for a reason.' Says a man who has clearly never watched Destination X. DESTINATION X, episode three clue, Saskia: 'It was football, but it was a picture of Harry Kane. Do you know who he is?' James: 'Of course I know who Harry Kane is. He's fit.' Conclusion: He really doesn't know who Harry Kane is. BROADSHEET interview, Nish Kumar: 'I was awful for the first five years of stand-up, but slowly momentum built.' And now he's completely awful. TIPPING Point, Ben Shephard: 'With a natural lifespan that can exceed 120 years, what animal is an orange roughy?' Bzzzz. Judith Chalmers?
