
Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition Launched In India, Price Starts At Rs 27.79 Lakh
A 'BE 6 X The Dark Knight' badge on the tailgate confirms its limited-edition status.
Mahindra has marked this Independence Day with a striking launch – the BE 6 Batman Edition, priced at Rs 27.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bookings open on 23 August for a token amount of Rs 21,000, with deliveries starting on 20 September, which also happens to be International Batman Day. Only 300 units will be available, making it a true collector's delight.
This special edition carries a premium of Rs 89,000 over the regular Pack Three variant and comes with an official Warner Bros collaboration – a first in the Indian automotive industry.
Pratap Bose, Chief Design & Creative Officer – Auto & Farm Sectors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., shares: 'With the Batman Edition, we wanted to go further — to create something so personal, so visually arresting, that owning it feels like owning a piece of cinematic history."
Design
Finished in satin black with gloss-black claddings, the BE 6 Batman Edition oozes superhero charisma. Batman-themed decals adorn the doors, while gold-finished emblems stand out on the front fenders, wheel hubcaps, rear bumper, and even the windows.
The cabin boasts of dual-tone black interior with rich gold accents. Highlights include gold stitching on the upholstery, a numbered Batman Edition plaque, and Dark Knight logos across the seats, dashboard, and even the boost button.
Ambient lighting in the panoramic glass roof follows the Batman theme, while puddle lamps project the iconic Bat logo. The instrument cluster features a Batman welcome animation, and the start-up sound is straight out of Gotham.

With this limited-edition range, fans in India can now experience the thrill of Batman every time they drive. It's a collector's statement on wheels."
Engine Specification
Built on the top-spec Pack Three variant, the BE 6 Batman Edition houses a 79kWh battery with an ARAI-claimed range of 682km. It's powered by a rear-axle electric motor producing 286 bhp and 380Nm of torque. AC charging options include 7.2kW or 11kW chargers (optional extras).
