The MNS worker's son, who was half-naked, and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, allegedly misbehaved with Marathi influencer and actress Rajshree More after he rammed his car into her vehicle. A viral video of the incident also shows Rahil Shaikh charging at Rajshree, daring her to file a complaint.
"Go and tell the cops I am Javed Shaikh's son, then you'll see what happens," the MNS leader's son, who was half-naked and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, said in Marathi to the influencer.
In the viral video, Rajshree More also shows the ID card of Javed Sheikh, which she had got from the accused.

Following the incident with Javed Sheikh's son, the Marathi influencer lodged a complaint at Mumbai's Ambroli Police Station.
The Mumbai Police detained Rahil Javed Sheikh for medical examination, and his car was also taken into custody for further investigation, officials told ANI on Monday, July 7.
Rahil Javed Sheikh's incident with the Marathi influencer isn't the first time that MNS workers have come under the scanner.
Last week, a MNS worker allegedly assaulted an elderly North Indian restaurant owner on Mumbai's Mira Road for not speaking in Marathi, reigniting the language debate.
The video of the assault also went viral on social media.
In the viral video, three men, allegedly MNS workers, were seen engaging in a heated debate with the owner. As the argument got more frenzied, the men began slapping the vendor.

Mumbai: The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) on Tuesday joined the Opposition demand to hold the upcoming civic body polls in the state using ballot papers. A delegation of MNS leaders also met the State Election Commissioner with a list of demands, which included use of VVPATs (voter verifiable paper audit trails), a method of providing feedback to voters who use an electronic voting machine. "It appears there is a problem in electoral rolls. There was also an issue of use of VVPATs," MNS leader Shirish Sawant told reporters. MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar said people think democracy is in "danger". "What is the issue in holding polls using ballot papers? If you (the ruling BJP-led Mahayuti coalition) think you will come to power irrespective of the Thackeray cousins (Raj and Uddhav) coming together, then hold polls using ballot papers," Mr Nandgaonkar demanded. The Shiv Sena (UBT), too, has been demanding holding elections using ballot papers instead of electronic voting machines (EVMs).

Mumbai Police initiated a preliminary enquiry into IndusInd Bank following allegations of financial irregularities by former key managerial personnel. The investigation, handled by the Economic Offences Wing, focuses on wrongly booked profits and potential insider trading before the disclosure of accounting lapses in the derivatives portfolio. Nagpur slaughterhouses and meat shops to remain shut on August 15
The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) on Tuesday announced that all slaughterhouses and meat shops within city limits would remain closed on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day and Janmashtami, which falls on the same day as per Marathi calendar. According to a notice issued by Rajesh Bhagat, deputy commissioner, Department of Solid Waste Management, 'All slaughterhouses and meat shops within NMC limits shall remain shut, and action will be taken by the civic flying squad against violators.' The notice was issued in accordance with a Maharashtra Government directive, officials said, adding that the decision for the Janmashtami closure of meat shops was approved by the municipal commissioner. On Monday, the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (KDMC) ordered the closure of all slaughterhouses and meat shops on August 15. The restriction will apply to all licensed butchers dealing in goats, sheep, chicken, and large animals and remain in force from midnight on August 14. The Opposition has criticised the move, with NCP (SP)'s Jitendra Awhad asking if residents are being told what to eat on Independence Day and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray calling for the KDMC commissioner's suspension. 'Who is the commissioner to tell us what to eat and what not to? Bridges are collapsing, roads are in terrible shape, and instead of fixing them, the administration is busy banning food,' Thackeray said. Awhad also said he planned to hold a mutton party on Friday to protest the restrictions. Vishwanath Bhoir, Kalyan MLA from the ruling Shiv Sena, sought to defend the decision, arguing that being vegetarian for one day should not be an issue.
