A cleanser, SPF, and hair oil are must-haves within beauty routines.
A cleanser is crucial for healthy skin as it removes dirt, oil, and other impurities for flawless skin. This skincare step not only cleanses the face and removes dirt, but also prevents breakouts and premature skin ageing, helping you maintain a healthy, youthful, and blemish-free complexion.

SPF is non-negotiable and should be in everyone's daily skincare routine.
Even on cooler, cloudier days, our skin is exposed to the sun's UV rays which can be harmful to unprotected skin and even lead to damage. These damages include sunburn, pigmentation changes, and wrinkles which can impact the skin's texture and appearance. In some cases, prolonged exposure to UV rays can cause skin cancer.
Applying SPF daily prevents these damages and protects the skin from harmful rays. I recommend the
Hair oil has many benefits and should be regularly used. This treatment can strengthen and protect the hair from external stressors while improving its appearance and shine. Regularly applying hair oil can also reduce breakage and even encourage hair growth for longer, fuller locks. Hair oils also target the scalp, reducing dandruff and improving its health through exfoliation.

Hidden UK train station is swallowed by nature after 4 decades with eerie pics showing rows of moss-covered locomotives
EERIE snaps of a UK train station swallowed by nature reveals rows of moss-covered locomotives. The train graveyard was unearthed by urban explorer Tokyo Scott. 5 Eerie footage shows a train graveyard tucked away with rusting locomotives Credit: Caters 5 The incredible find is located in the Scottish Highlands Credit: Caters 5 Some of the engines are barely identifiable Credit: Caters The 21-year-old stumbled upon the haunting site located in the Scottish Highlands and documented her experience exploring the former station. Spooky images show rows of derelict engines which are barely recognisable after being engulfed by rust and moss. Other snaps show shattered windows, collapsing chimneys, and rotting train cars - offering a fascinating window into the past and the fading echoes of industrial life. Tokyo has come across over 10,000 abandoned vehicles with a collective value well over £1 million. "Over one million for sure, trains are worth a lot," she said. 'The abandoned train station stands silent in the misty Highlands, its weathered timbers and rusting tracks slowly vanishing beneath creeping moss and heather. 'It was crazy how long they had been left there, that's what surprised me the most. 'How they could be dumped and left to rot with no one interested in them. 'When we found the freight train, I love trainspotting and trains so it was a dream come true. 'Some people think trespass shouldn't be allowed, but others appreciate that I'm showcasing abandoned places that will never see the light of day otherwise.' Dark underbelly of UK's new City of Culture plagued by soaring unemployment, 'spiced-up' druggies & 'roaming XL Bullies' It comes after a haunting graveyard of rotting vintage vehicles has been captured in the British countryside by another urban explorer. Images show rusting motors lined up, including a nostalgic 90s Cadillac, in various states of disrepair. The scrapyard, which inhabits a crumbling UK farm, also includes dusty Micras and Volvos. The latter takes up most of the space, where a lineup of once eye-catching 240s and 244s eerily sit. Some of them don badges and stickers from their last days on the road. One Volvo in particular is likely a more recent addition as it sports a fresh-looking exhaust warning sticker. But others have seen better days. Some have been stacked, used to prop up even more scrap, their roofs caved in under the weight of other forgotten vehicles. 5 Spooky images show rows of derelict engines Credit: Caters

Irish dad goes viral for hilariously lazy holiday hack
An Irish dad has become an unexpected TikTok sensation after his daughter shared a video of his brilliantly lazy beach-day invention. In the now-viral clip, posted by user @annacrawfordx, her father can be seen reclining on a sunlounger, living his best life in the sunshine, with a smug grin and an even smugger solution to holiday hydration. Using a series of straws creatively stuck together, he fashioned an extra-long drinking device that allows him to sip a full cup of Baileys without even sitting up. Josie Gibson admits she's 'skint' and moving 'back into caravan'
Good Morning Britain welcomed Josie Gibson to the show this morning. The ITV star sat down to chat with hosts Ranvir Singh and Ed Balls about her new TV show. Josie, known for hosting ITV's This Morning, has been busy filming a new series, Josie Gibson's Big Country Build, which sees her renovate her Somerset home into an eco-friendly haven, with the help of her loved ones. A promotional video for the new seven-part series was shown on GMB, in which Josie shared the reality of taking on such a big construction project, admitting it has left her "skint". During her interview, she also spoke of the challenges she's faced working so closely with her family and friends on the renovation. Ranvir kicked things off by pointing out, "You know what, you used to live in a caravan before all of this, and now, just a few years later, you've bought this enormous house. You're a great British success story, Josie!" However, Josie admitted: "Well, I'm moving back into a caravan, I don't know about that!" Josie went on to explain that her "dream" has always been to build an eco-friendly property "as off-grid as possible". The TV favourite is working with her brothers, Josh and Charlie, who are scrap metal traders, her cousin Tom, a builder, and a team of locals to help transform her home in Somerset. Josie Gibson (Image: ITV) Josie admitted on GMB that this came with its challenges. She told Ed and Ranvir, "I've actually roped the family in. They say never to work with family or animals, and I've done just that. To say my stress levels are up here... They are great, they are amazing, but there are a lot of challenges, let's say." However, the This Morning host appeared to have no regrets about taking on such a big project, despite the "massive obstacles" she's faced in the process. "I've had a lot of sleepless nights," mum-of-one Josie admitted. "Sometimes, you get this great big dream and you follow your dreams, but you don't realise, with those dreams, there could be quite a lot of hurdles." Josie Gibson's Big Country Build (Image: ITV) Josie's new ITV series, produced by MGM Alternative, is set to air in 2026. ITV has yet to confirm an official release date. The new TV project follows her four-part Channel 5 travel series, Around the World in First Class, which premiered earlier this year. The series featured the star travelling to locations including Hong Kong. For more of the latest breaking news from the Irish Mirror check out our homepage by clicking here
