A MUM has won an £11,000 payout from a Premier League star accused of helping his brother dodge child support payments for his young daughter, she claims.
Chelsea ace Tosin Adarabioyo allegedly funds older brother Fisayo's extravagant lifestyle, paying for a £2.9million mansion, giving him a monthly income and a credit card to go shopping with.

The Sun snapped photos of flashy Fisayo, 30, a former pro-footballer, carrying a £3,140 Bottega Veneta leather briefcase.
But despite his millionaire lifestyle, Fisayo has yet to pay a penny towards his two-year-old daughter Anara's upbringing after telling the Child Maintenance Service he's skint, it is claimed.
Anara's struggling mum Nadia Messaoud, 41, who dated Fisayo for a year before they split in 2022, said she was forced to take action after being ignored.
She took civil action against Chelsea defender Tosin for funding his brother while allegedly knowing of his sibling's obligations.

Legal documents relating to the civil action, seen by The Sun, state: 'The defendant (Tosin) has been knowingly providing his older brother, Fisayo Adarabioyo, with an income that is not being declared to HMRC or the child maintenance service.
'This is with the intention to obstruct my daughter's legal right to obtain child maintenance.
'My child has for the last three years been awarded the nil level of CMS.'
Nadia also alleged that as well as thousands of pounds a month in cash income, Tosin also provides his brother with a credit card to spend on.

According to Land Registry documents, Tosin, 27, thought to be on £120,000 a week at Chelsea, owns the Cheshire mansion in which Fisayo lives.
The Department of Work and Pensions has awarded unemployed Fisayo a "nil rate" on child support for the past three years because he claims he does not earn enough to pay.
Nadia staged a protest outside Chelsea's Stamford Bridge stadium last month to raise awareness around her cause.
She wore a vest top and held a sign both of which said: 'TOSIN #4 Women Matter, Children Matter, D.A (Domestic Abuse) survivors matter.'

She is backed by domestic abuse charity Women's Aid.
Fisayo was convicted of harassment without violence in 2022 after turning up at Nadia's terraced home in Cheshire, banging on her door and leaving her terrified.
He also bombarded her with texts, saying he hoped she miscarried the baby and threatened to kill her.
After allegedly failing to respond to Nadia's legal claim, his brother Tosin has been ordered by the court to pay her £11,000.

However, Tosin's legal team told The Sun the order was a "default judgement" made in error "on the part of the court".
Nadia said: "I've not received a penny from Fisayo to help with our daughter, while he's living a footballer's lifestyle thanks to his Chelsea playing brother.
"I've been rebuffed at every opportunity which is why I decided to take legal action against both of them.
"All I ever wanted was a reasonable level of financial support but Fisayo has claimed poverty. Now I know the truth.

"As a Premier League player Tosin is supposed to be a role model, but his actions have essentially blocked my daughter from receiving the financial support she's entitled to by law."
Tosin's lawyers' statement added: "The Order arises from a default judgement which has been entered by the Court in a claim issued by Nadia Messaoud against our client ('the Claim').
Unfortunately, it would appear that our client's strike out application has not been properly processed by the Court and it has therefore allowed automatic default judgement to be entered in favour of Ms Messaoud.
"This is a very serious administrative failing on the Court's part and one which we are addressing with the Court on our client's behalf.

Inappropriately, she made an application for judgement in default, despite being served with that application.
"Your summary is not a fair and accurate report of anything that has taken place in the Court proceedings."
They added that as well as "chasing" the court, they have also made an application on their client's behalf "to have the default judgement order set aside".
"In summary therefore, the Order which you have seen is subject to an active challenge, and should never
have been issued by the Court in the first place."

They said the claim is a "pattern of behaviour" by Ms Messaoud "to exert unwanted pressure on our client to provide further funding to her".
"Our client has no relationship with Ms Messaoud and owes no legal or other duties or obligations to her," the statement adds.
The Sun has also contacted Fisayo's lawyer and Chelsea for comment.

Jorginho leaves Arsenal, signs for Flamengo before Club World Cup
June 7 (Reuters) - Italy midfielder Jorginho has joined Brazilian side Flamengo ahead of this month's Club World Cup, following a mutual termination of his contract with Arsenal, both clubs said. Jorginho, whose Arsenal deal was set to expire at the end of the month, has joined Flamengo on a contract until July 2028. The 33-year-old Brazil-born Italy international moved to North London from Chelsea in January 2023, making 78 appearances in all competitions for Arsenal. Arsenal finished second to champions Liverpool in the Premier League in the recently-concluded season. "We can confirm that we have reached a mutual agreement with Jorginho to end his contract with immediate effect to become a free agent," Arsenal said in a statement late on Friday. Having started his career at Italian side Hellas Verona before switching to Napoli in 2014, Jorginho won the Champions League, Europa League, Super Cup and Club World Cup titles during his time at Chelsea. Capped 57 times for Italy, he won the European Championship in 2020. "Jorginho's first assignment with Flamengo will be at the Club World Cup," the Brazilian Serie A club said. Flamengo will begin their Club World Cup campaign against Tunisian side ES Tunis on June 16 in Philadelphia. The expanded 32-team Club World Cup runs from June 14 to July 13 in the United States with $1 billion in prize money at stake.

Ange Postecoglou's wild ride ends at Spurs after steering Australia back to the big time
Ange Postecoglou took Tottenham Hotspur on the wildest of rides. A record-breaking run to begin his first Premier League campaign in charge. An injury-riddled slump that led Spurs to within sight of relegation the next season. A promise to win a trophy in his second year. The club's first piece of silverware since 2008. The sack coming just 16 days later. All-out attack. Defensive dare. Stirring late comebacks. Calamitous and costly goals conceded at the death. No score was safe. No Spurs supporter, let alone pundit, was left without an entrenched view of his capabilities as a coach. No football fan, whether in north London or as far away as Australia, dared to look away. The hair-raising adventure is one that Australian football fans have been on before. During Postecoglou's time in charge of the men's national team, as the Socceroos failed to earn a point in a horror group at the 2014 World Cup but rallied to win the Asian Cup the following year. When the coach had earlier led Brisbane Roar to a pair of A-League championships, and later won the J1 League with Yokohama and five trophies with Scottish giants Celtic. A manic press in attack. A high line in defence. Goals at both ends. Peaks and troughs across each game, let alone during a full campaign. A rollercoaster ride has always been part of the Postecoglou experience. Taking the show on the road to Japan and Scotland sparked fresh Australian interest in Postecoglou's teams and those leagues. But bringing it to the Premier League has steered Australia back to the big time. Not since the days when Tim Cahill, Harry Kewell and Mark Viduka graced the main stage have Australians been given such a solid reason to support a second English team. As fans relished watching Postecoglou rattle the football establishment, Tottenham Hotspur became the hottest club in his distant homeland. A whirlwind stirred up around a brash foreign manager arriving in the Premier League is nothing new. A laconic Australian demeanour and press conferences peppered with gratuitous use of the term 'mate' – while otherwise doing little to conceal a hard edge and stubborn confidence – left fans as much as the media hanging off his every word, while his compatriots were warmed by a sense of pride. The 59-year-old has been unwavering in his ideals, for better or worse, throughout his coaching journey. Postecoglou is not just comfortable dividing opinion. He often appears to go out of his way to hammer a wedge through it. But whether Spurs' ruthless decision to axe a coach who led the club to a European title just 16 days earlier is the right call is much less clear and will remain one up for debate. After a fifth-place finish in the Premier League, just two points and one spot short of a ticket to the Champions League, Postecoglou this season guided Spurs to their worst top-flight finish in more than a century. Did Spurs pay a heavy price for their commitment to an intense style that caused the heart of the side to be ripped out through injury? Or was the coach handed a poisoned chalice with a thin squad relying too much on talented youth to compete on multiple fronts and then go all-in on a knockout competition in the chase for silverware? Whether or not their Premier League campaign was truly allowed to just wither away, as Postecoglou has since suggested, Spurs found a back door to the lucrative continental competition on an emotion-charged night in Bilbao. Spurs' 17-year trophy drought was finally broken with Europa League glory, leading to lifelong memories to be created in the Spanish city and later on the streets of north London, while Postecoglou was lauded back home as one of Australia's great exports. It was as much validation for Australian football as a victory for a favourite son. Proof that one of our own not only belonged on the global stage, but could conquer it – even if for one night only. Another divisive coach in José Mourinho was let go in the week leading into the 2021 League Cup decider. Here is further proof that winning a trophy isn't necessarily everything in the high stakes world of football, or even just enough to save a coach's job. Spurs will now have another new manager for the Super Cup against Paris Saint-Germain in August, and never find out whether season three under Postecoglou would have been better than season two. Postecoglou has arrived at a new coaching frontier after being sent packing while still under contract. Where he lands next, whether looking to right any perceived wrongs back in the Premier League or as a breath of fresh air elsewhere in Europe, we can be sure that he will take his principles with him and that Australian football fans will follow.
