EAPCET 2025 results: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy releases EAPCET result

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has released the results of Telangana Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) 2025 in Hyderabad at his residence on Sunday (May 11, 2025).
Candidates can access their result on https://eapcet.tgche.ac.in
A total of 2,20,327 for Engineering and about 81,000 candidates had taken the computer-based test, conducted on April 29 and 30 (for Agriculture and Pharmacy streams), and May 2 to 5 (for Engineering stream).
According to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, the exam conducting authority, the stream-wise top rankers are:
Engineering
1. Palla Bharath Chandra (Parvathipuram, Andhra Pradesh)
2. U. Charan Reddy (Ranga Reddy, Telangana)
3. P. Hema Sai Surya Karthik (Vizianagaram, AP)
Agriculture and Pharmacy
1. Saketh Reddy Peddakkagari (Medchal, Hyderabad)
2. Sabbani Lalith Varenya (Karimnagar, Telangana)
3. Chada Akshith (Warangal, Telangana)

AP EAPCET Engineering Stream Answer Key Released, results likely on June 14

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has announced the release of the answer key for the Engineering Stream of the EAPCET examination. This comes alongside the master question paper and response sheets, now accessible on the official council website. Candidates have until 30 May to submit any objections regarding the answer key, which will be reviewed before the final version is published. The AP EAPCET-2025 examinations, conducted by JNTUK Kakinada, took place from 19 to 27 May at various centres across the state. Notably, the Agriculture and Pharmacy exams were held on 19 and 20 May, with the Engineering department exams taking place online from 21 to 27 May. The preliminary answer key for the Agriculture and Pharmacy exams was released on 27 May; however, the objection period for these subjects has already closed. Results will be announced following the finalisation of the answer key. As per the schedule, the AP EAPCET 2025 results will be released on June 14th.

Nobel laureate Abhijit Banerjee to join TelanganaRising advisory board

Development economist and Nobel Prize winner Abhijit Banerjee appreciated the pioneering efforts of Telangana government, led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, like recruitment of transgender individuals into Police and Municipal departments, envisioning the Hyderabad core urban area within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) as a pure-services zone, and creating skills and sports universities. He also accepted the invitation from the Chief Minister to join the Vision Board of TelanganaRising as advisor. On Saturday, Mr. Banerjee met the Chief Minister and deliberated on several innovative ideas in urban development, economic growth, augmenting public revenues, fiscal discipline, large-scale skilling and job creation. While discussing mass-scale job creation, the Nobel laureate spoke of the need to create unique short-term courses in traditional skills with modern design and appeal, marketing and the use of social media technology to help traditional artisans turn into modern entrepreneurs. He also suggested to the Chief Minister that crafts, arts and creativity should be a significant part of the Bharat Future City. Outlining Hyderabad's historically global vision and the global reach of products made in the region, Chief Minister spoke of the need to create global awareness. Mr. Reddy also elaborated on various empowerment programmes for women self-help groups, youth and farmers. Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, Finance Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Hyderabad Commissioner of Police C. V. Anand and other officials participated in the discussion.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed the officials concerned to prepare comprehensive plans for the development of core urban region within the Outer Ring Road limits. Officials were directed to appoint a committee of experts in this regard if need be. The Chief Minister reviewed the status of developments in the core urban region with senior officials on Wednesday. He wanted steps to be taken to liberalise the services sector in the core urban region while officials should study the scope and feasibility for putting in place single billing, easy permissions and related aspects. He instructed the officials to examine the possibility for inclusion of GHMC, metro water board, power utilities and related departments in this direction. Steps should be taken to conduct LIDAR (light detection and ranging) survey, a surveying method using lasers to create detailed 3D models of surface, in the core urban region. The focus of the survey should on ensuring accurate mapping of properties, lakes and nalas in the region.
