Ciao bella! Super model Bella Hadid has just launched a perfume brand – here are our honest thoughts
CELEBRITY fragrances can sometimes be samey, underwhelming and overpriced.
Rewind a few years, and it felt like every celebrity (and their dog) was launching a fragrance.
But things have changed in the celeb perfume scene, with Cosmic by Kylie Jenner and LOVENOTES by Ariana Grande raising the bar.

Most recently, supermodel Bella Hadid has launched Ôrəbella - a gentle, long-lasting fragrance brand that's supercharged with essential oils.
After launching in the USA last year, Ôrəbella has already racked up a cult following and 371,000 Instagram followers.
The brand hit our shores last week - but is it worth the investment?
Fabulous Beauty Writer Mia Lyndon put the perfumes to the test.

Ôrəbella Salted Muse Eau de Parfum, £67
My first impression of Ôrəbella was one of intrigue and slight confusion, as the perfumes look like more of a prop on a Game of Thrones set than they do a perfume.
The bottle is reminiscent of a jewel or even a dragon egg, meaning it'll definitely stand out on my dressing table!
You'll need to shake the perfumes to combine their bi-phase formulas, which are made from an alcohol-free base layer packed with hydrating snow mushroom, plus aromatherapy essential oils.

Spraying them onto your skin is a very different experience from using other perfumes.
Their heavier, thicker texture feels wetter on the skin, and has an oilier texture that takes a while to fully absorb.
To ensure they didn't leave my skin feeling damp, I gently massaged the formula into my skin, which left it heavily fragranced.
The perfumes are impressively long-lasting, which meant I continuously smelled wafts of the fragrance over the next few hours.
Salted Muse is my favourite in the range - it's full-bodied and fresh, reminiscent of hotel lobbies, and has a herbal, sultry element to it.
Window2Soul is also lovely, but has a totally different feel to it.
Unlike Salted Muse, it has a comforting, slightly powdery air, and reminded me of walking down a blossom-filled road.
Ôrəbella Blooming Fire Eau de Parfum, £67

Ôrəbella Blooming Fire Eau de Parfum, £67
Blooming Fire has a floral aroma, which is peppered with warming bergamot and spiced cardamon notes, meaning it's feminine without being overly sweet or sticky.
It's not my favourite - as it feels like the least original of the range - but it's a great option for wearing both night and day.
Ôrəbella Nightcap Eau de Parfum, £67

These formulas are very unique

Ôrəbella Nightcap Eau de Parfum, £67
Nightcap rounds off the set, and stars vanilla, ginger and cardamon - which seems to be one of Bella's favoured fragrance notes.
This fragrance is designed to be reminiscent of elevated evenings spent at cocktail bars, but I couldn't get past the fact that it smells almost exactly like Coca-Cola!
Its formula is also a very interesting shade of brown, so I won't be whipping it out and applying it on the train.
Overall, while all the bottles feel a little cheap (especially given the price point), each formula is potent and long-lasting.
Bella's certainly brought something new to the market.

Regardless of the heatwave fans of all things autumn can snuggle up with pumpkin themed skincare August seems to be dividng shoppers between a love of warm weather and fruity scents and the urge to snuggle under blankets with scented candles and insist it's autumn. The base stays sweet with vanilla, warm milk and Crème Brûlée. The collection includes a Bath & Shower Cream, Body Scrub, Body Butter, Hand Balm and Body Mist. M Caffeine on Amazon has also launched a Smoky Pumpkin Spice range with the scrub and body butter retailing at £30, although we've not tried it. Bella Hadid's new lychee perfume launches exclusively at Selfridges Yoga app for over 35s that helps with 'weight loss and heart health' is 61% off It hasn't brought in any reviews yet but our team fragrance expert Jada Jones rushed out to store to try it. For those who liked Vanilla Pumpkin in the past, it smells like it's back with a new name. Jada said: "I've been insisting it's pumpkin spice season all month with the Gilmore Girls theme tune seemingly permanently in the background. With pumpkin themed body products on the shelf it feels safe to say that it is officially time to lean into all things cosy. "Vanilla Pumpkin used to be a product I'd stock up on every September and I was heartbroken when it got discontinued. Luckily Sugar Pumpkin smells identical. As soon as I sprayed it I felt transported to my early university days when I'd buy enough of the body butter to last me past Christmas." She continued: "The whole range smells extremely cosy and little bit like Shea butter. It instantly puts me in a good mood. It's not the most complex scent but I don't think we always need complex. I'll definitely be reaching for this on work from home days and cosy nights in. I love how soft my skin feels after using body butters from The Body Shop and the cosy body mist let's me have a constant fresh hit of the soothing scent." Of course The Body Shop isn't the only place stocking pumpkin themed scents, with Lush launching a Pumpkin Spice body spray for £28.

Bella Hadid stuns at launch party for her fragrance with her family
was a vision at the launch party for her new fragrance Orebella Eternal Roots in California on Wednesday. The model, 28, was joined by her parents, Yolanda and Mohamed, as well as her celebrity friends at the dreamy event. For the occasion, Bella wowed in a cream halter-neck dress featuring a daring chest cutout, a dropped waist, and a thigh-high slit. She paired the backless ensemble with white cowboy boots and accessorized with gold jewelry. Meanwhile, Yolanda, 61, looked effortlessly chic in a blue shirt dress and clear heels shielding her eyes with stylish sunglasses. Mohamed, 76, who was joined by his partner Keni Silva, kept it sharp in a blue shirt and white jeans. Also in attendance were Bella's brother Anwar, and pals Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. It comes just days after the entrepreneur released Eternal Roots, 'a multi-layered woody fruity fragrance' with lychee, raspberry, and pink sugar notes. According to the company's description, the fragrance 'evolves into an earthy base of vetiver, papyrus, and birch smoke for a harmonious blend of sweetness and depth'. Bella used social media to personally introduce the latest product and tell her 61 million followers about her 'process'. In a lengthy, heartfelt note, the Vogue cover girl shared, 'Our newest gem…. my newest baby- she's here! She's thriving - we love her- could cry - already have!' Giving out thanks, she added, 'Thank you to everyone for giving me the opportunity to live my dream not just in business, but in creativity. 'You keep us moving as a brand, and you keep me moving in my heart & soul. I'm so grateful. 'A woody, sweet, fruity skin parfum with so many fun layers you can really sink into. 'I love the juxtaposition of things that shouldn't go together but somehow match perfectly. Yin and yang, perhaps. 'My process always starts with my incredible, talented, EPIC-ly legendary (and very patient) perfumers. 'This one is with the master Jerome Epinette. I go in from the very beginning and ask him about every 'juice' he'd be nervous but excited to try, something we haven't seen on the market.' Bella wrapped up the post by sharing, 'This one is nostalgia bottled as always a time capsule of joy, freedom, and innocence. 'I couldn't have brought it to life without my dream team and all of you who believe in my vision. You make it possible for me to create magic.'
