Charlie Fleming, Esnyr happy to be third placers in 'Pinoy Big Brother'
In Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, the CharEs duo looked back on how they felt when their placement was revealed during the Big Night.
"I really wasn't expecting anything.
During their PBB stint, Charlie and Esnyr championed their fellow breadwinners, with Esnyr also representing the LGBT+ community.
For CharEs, the Big Tapatan challenge with the evicted housemates was one of the highlights of their PBB journey, which they said they did not prepare for.
"'Yun po talaga 'yung totoong mga nararamdaman po namin at totoong thoughts po namin about the questions po na naibato po sa amin," Esnyr said.
"The only thing I told Esnyr was 'Let's be graceful, let's handle it with grace,' na hindi kami mang-iinsulto on whatever emotions we will feel. I'm proud of us kasi even if we raised our voices to be heard, we've never given an insult to each and every one of them kasi we still handled it with love po," Charlie said.
During their stay, Charlie was called immature, while Esnyr was called playing safe.
"Yes, I'm misunderstood but I hope people know that in my generation, a lot of us are misunderstood also, and if they could really give people chances, if they could really give the teens in my generation chances po, they would really understand them and get to see to see the good spots in them just like how they gave me a chance inside the house po," Charlie said.
Esnyr said that all he wanted was to spread positivity inside the house and share laughter with everyone.
The social media star also shared that the reality show paved the way for his reconciliation with his family.
"It's a blessing in disguise po for me kasi pumasok po ako nang hindi po OK 'yung pamilya po namin sa mga pamilya nila, tapos lumabas po ako na sobrang OK na po kaming lahat," Esnyr said.
The 20 housemates of "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" are set to reunite at an event titled "The Big ColLOVE" fancon on August 10, 8 p.m., at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
